The pantry and linen closets has only 3 shelves. The bathroom light fixtures are very dated. Toilet tanks has about a liter of water, need to flush twice at a minimun. No light fixtures at all in any bedroom. I took care of all the modifications above to my liking on my own. There's one more issue that im dealing with at the moment. Ron and Larry don't think it's a problem. These door knobs are unreal. The plate on one side comes loose as you turn the knobs and it makes a "clang " noise. There's about 6 knobs that are like that. Awful company

I would NEVER recommend Beazer Homes. They are an absolutely awful company with the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I can't count the amount of times i was threatened with canceling my contract and loss of my deposit. We've been in the house a month and the path to the front door is already sinking and become very uneven. Do not buy from these people

Terrible customer service

Sales office people were rude and disrespectful after we signed on . We were told very rudely that we were going to loose our house because we haven't had enough activity on the sale of our existing home . Designer Susan is unprofessional. Told me not to go way out with my color scheme because they might have to resell my home . Seriousl?. When we signed on we were told we would get a sign on option credit ,we choose to use it on 3rd car garage. In the end we paid for it. So unhappy. The only decent people are Dave the builder and Bill from customer care.

Misaligned 1st floor toilet. Had missing shutters. Pop out fell on my truck at 1 am in the morning. Ugly wall on backyard missing cinder blocks
