We recently moved into our new Beazer home and I can’t say enough about our experience. From the day we walked into the sales office for the first time to our final walk through, we were treated with respect and care. I would definitely recommend Beazer. We have built many homes in the past with different builders and Beazer definitely rates at the top.

Beazer made me feel comfortable from me choosing my home thru the closing and moving in. It's a beautiful home with beautiful finishes that I picked out. It was a special experience that'll always remember. Thank you.

Was pleased with how quickly Beazer responded to my requests for repairs of minor problems to the house when they were discovered. Ultimately they all were addressed and corrected.

The location can’t be beat. 45 minutes from LV Metro area, but also a world away. Good prices for homes compared to the inflated LVM market and you actually get ROOM in Burson Ranch. Decent floorplans and amazing views are available. Staff is much better than you expect, especially if you have shopped around. Is it perfect? No. But it is a fantastic alternative to the other alternatives on the area. I am pleased with my decision.

We were very surprised at the quality of the build, as well as the absolute cleanliness on the day of our walk through. A whole lot of house for the money! After living in it more than a month, we couldn't be happier.

While Beazer does use energy efficient materials, their subcontractors rush through the building process causing sloppy work. Painter, plumber and electrician had to come back twice to fix things. Lorin on their Customer Care Team is your go to guy in Nevada.

Josh was great. Bill knows his stuff. Lorin did an excellent job smoothing out the bumps. We love the house.

The staff at Dorrell Estates are the best.

Enjoy the build process

From day one our experience was stellar. No high pressure sales, step by step through the entire process. Collin was our sales agent, he was a pleasure to deal with. Our initial contact was a cold call visit to him with our realtor and 5 hrs later we had fully designed our house. House was completed 3 weeks early and we had pictures and reports every step of the way. Post closing, Bill kept in touch and addressed any minor issues in a timely manner. Construction , insulation and a/c are all top notch. Very happy.

The people I have dealt with have bent over backwards to keep me informed throughout the entire process. Especially Dave the building superintendent.

I enjoyed dealing with Steve and DeeAnn. Steve kept me informed by sending pictures as the house was being built, that was a great surprise since I didn't come by often. Meeting with the construction foreman Dave was also a good experience, seeing the insude of your walls and him explaining the hows is very interesting. Greg is also a big help when it comes to those few things that need to be fixed but are overlooked on the walk through. Make sure to ask what color the standard faucet is And ask about what trees are being planted.

In 46 years of marriage this was our 17th move and we are quite satisfied with the quality and functionality of our Zion home plan. However when we contracted for the this purchase it was unfortunate that Beazer homes did not have a Zion model home at Burson Ranch for us to view or walk thru, we had to drive to North Las Vegas to see a model. Another downfall of Beazer Homes is that we were never supplied with or able to find a complete listing of available options for this model. The young salesman who handled our purchase, who is no longer with Beazer Homes, apparently did not have a good working knowledge of the product and product features available to potential buyers. Since occupying our home four weeks ago we are learning from our new neighbors of options we were never told of from the sales personnel. Sales office people were rude and disrespectful after we signed on . We were told very rudely that we were going to loose our house because we haven't had enough activity on the sale of our existing home . Designer Susan is unprofessional. Told me not to go way out with my color scheme because they might have to resell my home . Seriousl?. When we signed on we were told we would get a sign on option credit ,we choose to use it on 3rd car garage. In the end we paid for it. So unhappy. The only decent people are Dave the builder and Bill from customer care.

Good experience over all

My overall experience was standard. Get your paperwork in prior to closing and you are fine. There were some additional charges at closing that were we're not expecting so make sure to plan for that but that has nothing to do with Beazer. The Customer Service team that handles service repairs could improve by being more efficient in handling requests in a more timely manner.

We have not had any problems with our home and they keep contacting me to see if everything is going good.

My summit home by beazer is absolutely beautiful. The workmanship and care that goes into these homes is fantastic. I would highly recommend this builder to anyone interested in buying a home.

I am very pleased with my home buying experience. Christine, Rena, and Michelle were awesome people to work with and made the process very easy.

This is the second house we have purchased and by far the best experience. From the first moment till we closed on the house, Beazer and everyone working with the company was wonderful. Even now the rep Greg has been awesome to work with and both the sales reps that we dealt with while buying are home have been great!
