This was my first time buying property and while I’m the kind of person that researches something EXTENSIVELY before I go out and try it, I still had a lot of nerves and anxiety with the process. Miss Tiffany is a huge part of the reason I can call myself a homeowner today. She explained things in a way that was incredibly helpful and had no problems going over it again if I asked. She was patient and thorough and that’s exactly what you want when making one of the most important decisions of your life. She did a wonderful job of selling the property and explaining how Beazer is different from the rest. It’s been almost two months since I moved in. I’ve come across a few small issues, but I’ve been addressing them gradually. Overall, I think things are going well so far.

My wife and I were looking for a new build house. I have always loved Beazer. When I got the notification that a new community was opening, I was so happy. We went to the grand opening of it and fell in love with the lot size, perfect as we have 4 dogs. We signed papers that day. That was in January, now in April we were pleasantly surprised to get told that they finished a head of schedule. We got to move in the last week of April and have been really happy ever since. Liz made it really easy to go through the process on securing the home we wanted. Gray was really helpful in helping us with learing all the insights of how the house works. Would definitely buy another home with Beazer!

Tony has been very responsive. overall satisfied with the workmanship of the house. We had issues of missing mailbox keys and they ended up resolving the issues.

Good experience so far, the house itself is beautiful! We love the build quality. We’ve had some issues with the solar panels activation but that’s not at all beazer’s fault! We love how efficient all the appliances are and how nice the AC is in heat of summer. Clearly does well with thermal efficiency and we love that.

These guys made my move into my new house, super easy and friendly. The information that they dropped as well as the issues that we had to address before moving in we’re done efficiently and effortlessly as they were seem. You can tell that these gentlemen say pride and everything that they do. Even now as I have been here for a few weeks anytime that I have an issue, it gets addressed immediately. Can’t ask for a better support team than them. I appreciate you.

Tony has been great! Any questions I have about the house, or if I need to have something fixed, he gets back to me right away and makes it happen. It has been a pleasure working with Tony!

It has been a great experience. Every Beazer representative has been extremely helpful answering any and all questions, very knowledgeable and detailed with the walk through and very responsive with any follow work/questions I have had.

From the first day of viewing the model homes, representatives of Beazer made this purchasing experience a smooth process. I was only in town a couple of days on vacation from a job which required me to work internationally. The sales person and project manager worked with me through this process and sent me pictures at every stage of the build. The communication was great. The only downside of the purchase process is(which isn't on Beazer) is some days you would recieve multiple Docusign emails to the point it would be difficult to keep track of in the end. Easier than buying a car!

The experience dealing with Guild Mortgage was the worst! During the build Brett was wonderful and our Beazer customer service agent was awesome! We would give them both a 5 rating.

Wife and I are first time home buyers. Everyone at Beazer have been so helpful, and knowledgeable about the entire process. I know most builders are trying to push a sale but Beazer didn't really need to due to their well constructed homes. We were very impressed overall. Even after closing Beazer still helps us out with everything we need.

Overall quite smooth for a first time homebuyer. The one hiccup was for the marketing. Beazer made it appear as if they were running offers on all homes when in fact it is just a headline deal for certain homes.

Experience was easy and is going well with the exception of no cable pulled through the blue hose in the primary bedroom internet and cable closet. That has been a loan in the butt!!

The experience was made fast and easy once we determined this was where we wanted to grow our family.

This has been such a wonderful experience all around. The staff in the office at the sales office were beyond helpful. And the men, both Tony and Dave immediately addressed each of my concerns before and after closing. All the workmen who came to fix or touch up were very knowledgeable and informative. Way to go BEAZER!!!
