My experience with the purchase of a new townhome was greatly enhanced by the compassionate understanding of what my needs were. This began with Detra. And then the experience was greatly enhanced also by Brett and the progress photos since everything was delayed. So far, the icing on the cake has been Tobie who has been helpful in every way.

The sales team at Juniper Trails, Detra & Carmine are top notch! Exceptionally knowledgeable about the homes and the entire process. Carmine patiently waited 2 hours for me after hours to sign my contract while I was stuck in traffic. Detra was comforting to work with.
