Overall bad buying experience from start to finish.

Tony takes care of everything, he will go over the house with you with super nice patience. After you live in, he will also maintain all the issues that you need. Strongly recommend Tony to be your home consultant

As a first time home buyer I was well informed and educated throughout the process. I felt that I was in great hands with Tony and that I could trust him 100%. He was open and addressed all of my concerns. Tony was helpful and resourceful. He made my homebuying experience less stressful and always cared about my needs.

The overall maintenance of this community is awesome! Very little, if any debris left hanging around due to the construction workers. Neighbors are pretty much to themselves, yet they are personable. I feel quite safe, happy and comfortable in this community. Everything continues to look brand new and the neighbors are very good at the upkeep of their property!

Tony has been amazing to work with. He addresses any issues quickly and efficiently. I love my new Beazer home and look forward to many years of enjoyment.

I purchased a townhome in southwest Las Vegas. I arrived at the sales office with my real estate agent and spoke to Vincent. Vincent was very friendly and answered all of my questions. Beazer had models on site to tour. The tour was easy and self-guided. The purchase process was very streamlined, and Beazer has (at the time of my purchase) 4 preferred mortgage providers to work with which do compete for business. I chose to work with US Bank and my loan manager, Max, was very responsive and helpful. Following my purchase, Tony provided a guided tour of the new home. He explained home maintenance, warranty information and answered questions. All of the warranty items thus far have been promptly handled. Our buying experience was great! Jim the realtor, Bob the Contractor and Bill in Customer Service have taken care of any concerns we have had. Really happy about the quality of Home Beazer builds. Very few items needed to be repaired after our initial walk through.

Prior to moving in we found many issues that needed repair and pointed them out however they were not addressed. We were told that they could be repaired later if they were not fixed. After moving in we still found many issues

I know each person and experience is different, but I can't provide many positive experiences with purchasing a new home with Beazer. I know that in the future I would think twice and look at other builders. Now that I have moved in, I feel they care more about the sale and getting it done rather than making the experience and home good for the buyer. Be mindful about what you see if the model because they don't always provide you what you think is standard and will state "it is subject to change by the builder, and you signed that in your contract" (to me this is false advertising if I fell in love with one area and that is not what I got). They don't build a home with a practical daily functional use view in my opinion (short depth shelving, use of flat paint in daily use areas with no option to upgrade, etc.). The communication throughout both buying and warranty is/was lacking and from talking with other buyers who moved in the community before me, they had the same issues and obviously Beazer is not learning from those and making sure new home buyers don't have to experience it. Recommend always getting a third-party inspection. It's a lot of money and to not get the home exactly as you thought, is disappointing. Yes, they are working to fix my requests, but most should never have been issues to begin with. ... More

Everyone at Beazer, the whole crew, from the ladies in the sales office to the guys overseeing the construction was great to deal with. Every question asked was answered swiftly. No guess work through out the whole buying process. They made sure any issues were resolved quickly. I didn't really know how to get the solar system up and running, Larry helped get that going. There were minor issues with little things in the house, Carl and Tony got on top of it. That's what matters...the point after. Not just selling you the house at the beginning.
