We had a few questions and concerns in the beginning of our buying process and Jim always got right back to us with the information. After our build and purchase, we had other questions for Vito and once again, Vito was there with the information. During the build process, Dave was open and answered all of our questions and concerns. There were no secrets, there was no hiding of information. It really was a comfortable and open process for us.

My experience with the purchase of a new townhome was greatly enhanced by the compassionate understanding of what my needs were. This began with Detra.
