Overall experience was good. All concerns in regards to fixing what was needed were handled on a timely basis, we love our home. thanks to Jaron who helped up with the issues we had.

It was a fairly smooth process with Beazer from the initial discovery and tour to actually closing on the home. The home quality is better than most builders and I appreciate the thought put into the energy efficient design. We've had great response resolving punchlist items in the pre-close walkthrough and in the warranty phrase after closing. Jaron has been a big help there with his responsiveness!

Jaron and Demarcus were professional and pleasant to work with. They followed up and made sure everything I wanted addressed was completed. I really appreciate their kindness and understanding and it’s been a huge relief having them help me.

The overall home buying experience was good. The Closing process was smooth and easy and got the keys on time. There were few issues after we moved in but DaMarcus, the construction manager, helped with addressing them gradually and getting it to a closure. Thanks to the entire Beazer team.

I want to commend my construction manager for making the experience smooth, informative, and reassuring during final closing days and walk through before closing .She is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, taking the time to walk me through every room, system, and feature of the house with care and professionalism. She patiently answered all of my questions, explained how various systems in the home, and made sure I understood the builder's warranty and maintenance recommendations. She also took note of any small issues I pointed out and assured me that they would be addressed before closing—which gave me peace of mind.
