I love my new home! The beazer team was very helpful and easy to get in contact with. My home is very well built. I love the options offered at the design center and everything came together beautifully. I definitely recommend building your new home with beazer.

We love our new home, just took Beazer a while to get us in it.

The local build team is great to work with and very responsive. The HOA is poorly run. The HOA will give a response but it is so vague it doesn't actually answer the question. The community pool has been finished since before we built and we will be lucky if it's open by the end of summer. The HOA does not take the requests of the homeowners seriously and we're paying for an amenity that was sold to us as useable this summer but is not open. The restrictions for COVID are easy to follow (as all other local pools opened weeks ago) - the HOA doesn't care as they still have all the furniture in boxes for the pool. My experience with Beazer was one of smooth sailing. We saw the home that we wanted and got a great price for it. Any touches or changes that needed to happen were done within a day or two. Overall, great work, great prices, and great neighborhood.

Best quality through out the buying and warranty service.

Home was beautiful, neighborhood is peaceful, but Beazer Homes did not exactly make it easy to close the deal. We had to stay on top of every detail and often repeatedly request information as we settled the final process. I would recommend to anyone willing to be persistent and do the work that one might expect from the home-buying process. Also, strongly recommend careful consideration and record keeping when you get into their “Mortgage Choice” feature. It was a major source of headaches.

This was our first time purchasing new and had heard a lot of horror stories but I have to say Beazer Homes exceeded expectations. Their customer service is superb as they follow through in a timely manner with their PM teams who have great attention to detail.

When looking for a home in N.C. my wife and I were presented with many options, however, we were hooked once we found a Beazer Home in Avocet. The layout of the house, the craftsmanship and the lot size is what attracted us to Beazer. We worked closely with Mitch during and after closing and we couldn't be happier with our purchase.

The build of the home itself is done well. However, all the trim work, moulding and paint were done very poorly. I expected much better.

Kitchen sliding mesh had damage, brought it to notice while new home walk in. Not fixed yet.

Recently bought a new home built by Beazer in a nice upcoming neighborhood. Had a great overall experience from sales to closing. As it always happens with any builder I guess, there were issues during the build process which I kept bringing to the attention of builder superintendent. He was very friendly, willing to listen and fixed issues. I'm satisfied with the overall quality of the house. I had hired an external inspector just before NHO walk through.
