Home was beautiful, neighborhood is peaceful, but Beazer Homes did not exactly make it easy to close the deal. We had to stay on top of every detail and often repeatedly request information as we settled the final process. I would recommend to anyone willing to be persistent and do the work that one might expect from the home-buying process. Also, strongly recommend careful consideration and record keeping when you get into their “Mortgage Choice” feature. It was a major source of headaches.

This was our first time purchasing new and had heard a lot of horror stories but I have to say Beazer Homes exceeded expectations. Their customer service is superb as they follow through in a timely manner with their PM teams who have great attention to detail.

The build of the home itself is done well. However, all the trim work, moulding and paint were done very poorly. I expected much better.

Recently bought a new home built by Beazer in a nice upcoming neighborhood. Had a great overall experience from sales to closing. As it always happens with any builder I guess, there were issues during the build process which I kept bringing to the attention of builder superintendent. He was very friendly, willing to listen and fixed issues. I'm satisfied with the overall quality of the house. I had hired an external inspector just before NHO walk through. Beazer Homes has created an energy efficient home for us. Quality and attention to detail is average.

It has been almost 2 months since we purchased our home and things are still broken. We found things during our final walk through which were not complete. When Beazer came out to fix those things they broke others. We are still going through the process of getting things, big things (countertops, walls, tubs), fixed that they broke fixing other stuff. Just do it right the first time. Besides that everything else went good.
