I'll start by saying we are very happy with our home. It's beautiful and the overall construction quality is solid. The pros of the "home buying experience are: 1) the home was finished ahead of schedule. 2) Almost everyone at Beazer is great to work with. 3) Our sales rep was absolutely amazing. He was the best part of the process. The cons: 1) Not always great communication, 2) Lots of little issues to deal with and it takes a lot of prodding and back and forth to complete even the most menial tasks. 3) We had lots of turnover with the builders. Overall, we had a great experience with Beazer. I think the most difficult part of the process involved how little time versus how many choices there are at the design center. I wish we’d had twice as much time to decide what our finishes would be, what electrical options were best, exterior colors, etc. that part felt rushed.

Buying this home was so smooth and easy. I’m still shocked at how quick the process was: Brian our sales consultant was extremely helpful from the beginning and still continues to assist gladly whenever possible. He is enjoyable to work with and truly enjoys helping people. We’ve had a few minor issues with the house since we moved in, but they were taken care of immediately. We love the Abbey design and the workmanship is great. The only caution is to be very aggressive with follow-up repairs when finalizing possession. The AC unit had been disconnected due to a pending repair and several smaller repairs that were indicated were never completed. If not for very poor follow-up on understandable, but significant repairs, I would provide a 5-star rating.

Poor landscaping & low quality finishing

Everything looks great with my new home except some hiccups. Construction quality is great, location is perfect keeping all aside I am still having trouble with water pooling in back yard and between properties, dry wall cracks are popping out in less than a month from closing. Reached warranty support. They came but did nothing. I would suggest to be more cautious in these areas for new home buyers

I think overall we are happy with our home and happy with our neighborhood, but the process to get here is why the rating is only a 3. Our project manager was not attentive and lack the attention to detail on expects when building a home. One example, of many, would be called for a final inspection and a seers inspection when you know there is a window still missing. There were also several instances where we felt we were flat out lied to. Let's just say...read the contract! Make sure of every little detail. Ask a million questions because they will not give the information out willingly. Get an inspection before and after build.

We enjoyed working with Beazer Homes on our new home - the people we dealt with were wonderful. However, we moved in February 20 and have already had the HVAC and electrician out to repair/replace parts of the system. The paint job throughout the house is horrendous, there's a literal river running beside our home from a terrible drainage system, and the stain on our stairs is a nightmare. We love our floorplan, we love our neighborhood, and we've loved the Beazer people - but the actual construction details leave a LOT to be desired. I really wanted to like Beazer homes. They have nice floor plans, great sales folks. The initial construction project lead listened but eventually our house was turned over to a assistant who failed to send any communication until I eventually complained. The house sat for several months when this happened they did not want to provide any type of adjusted completion dates so I could make plans for temporary housing whole I waited for the house to be finished. Sales and PM (Kathleen and Chad) were fantastic. We felt the house closing was really pressured and it lead to multiple rework. We feel it is not fair to put our PM in that situation. To this day we have delightful conversations with both Kathleen and Chad. They were great.

Builder was horrible as keep going on vacation and not answering any of the email. Issue never taken care. When tome comes closure for the closing and we reach out to complain service then only they respond which impact our closing date as it was extended 3 time. End product is not good eaither of what we pay for the property

The initial phase of purchasing the home was very easy and pleasant. But once the contract was signed, it was a totally different experience. Before we signed the documents, we were assured on closing around our desired time frame as we were moving from another state. Our home is spacious and the acreage in the yard is wonderful. Builders are right there when you need them if any problems occur. The home is energy efficient which saves on the utility bills. We love the neighborhood at Weavers Pond. It's a community we always wanted to live in and now we are here. Our home is truly a gift from God.

Working with the Project Manager, Andrew. was a delight. He kept us posted on the progress and setbacks along the way. We had a close date that was pushed back a week and when that second date came we came to the house for a final walkthrough before the closing.
