We were able to select our upgrades with ease, and the team was consistently responsive to any questions or concerns we had along the way. I have bought several homes before including two new homes. But buying home from Beazer is the worst experience I have had. They rushed to build the homes with many problems including cracked sink and cracked tub and numerous other issues. The repair was slow and and I have to check with them multiple times to get it resolved. One repair issue was communicated almost two months ago and still didn't get resolved. I regret deeply buying home from Beazer Homes.! This is one of the biggest mistakes in my life.

We are very happy with our Construction Manager, Chris, who has been diligent about taking care of any cosmetic or functional issues. However, the experience with the sales and management team was disappointing. Communication at all levels was poor; we had questions that were blatantly ignored after the sale was complete. The sales team delayed our closing the night before by almost a week. Then, on the day of closing, they caused a further delay by not paying attention to communications from us and our closing attorneys to finalize the concessions (which we had to ask for after the last-second delay) and confirm the wire instructions (of which they sent two different ones to our attorneys). Unfortunately, it seems like management and sales are disconnected from the actual home building process. This has led to the use of subpar subcontractors for this price point and has caused the construction managers to be overloaded with too many homes while having to babysit subcontractors who don't perform professional work, and regularly delaying closings. ... Overall very good experience. The buying process was easy and smooth. Post close onsite construction manager DaMarcus was nice to checkin regularly for any issues and took relevant actions.

Very easy and smooth experience. We got to choose interior finishes/package. Communication was frequent throughout the process.

The folks we worked with throughout the buying process were a pleasure to work with, but the overall experience has not been great. First, they were not flexible with the closing date. We were told that moving it a week or so should be fine. We were traveling the week so we asked to postpone it, but they could not accommodate that and we had to change our plans. As it turns out, the closing was delayed due to a small issue with the house that caused it to fail inspection. They said they would compensate us by installing fans in the house, but currently that has yet to happen. Also, there are many small issues with the house, such as dings on cabinets, uncaulked areas, walls that need touchups, and stair steps that have small cracks. They have fixed some other issues, such as replacing a defective mirror, bathroom vents that were loose, etc. They are friendly and polite, but getting them to actually come and address issues has required a lot of repeated requests. ... From the very beginning we had a great experience and smooth ride. Loved getting the updates of the home with the pictures! Someone that really that made a huge difference in our process was Sam, she has been super great and helpful. Always answering all of our questions and going above and beyond for our family. She has an amazing personality and an amazing heart that truly wants to help people out. She made sure everything was perfect for when closed on the house! Landscaping not as promised after five months

The overall home buying experience was good. The Closing process was smooth and easy and got the keys on time. There were few issues after we moved in but DaMarcus, the construction manager, helped with addressing them gradually and getting it to a closure. Thanks to the entire Beazer team.

I want to commend my construction manager for making the experience smooth, informative, and reassuring during final closing days and walk through before closing .She is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, taking the time to walk me through every room, system, and feature of the house with care and professionalism. She patiently answered all of my questions, explained how various systems in the home, and made sure I understood the builder's warranty and maintenance recommendations. She also took note of any small issues I pointed out and assured me that they would be addressed before closing—which gave me peace of mind. What I appreciated most was her attention to detail and the way She genuinely cared about delivering a home that met high standards. Kimberly kept us well-informed with weekly updates on the construction process, which was greatly appreciated. Although a few open items remain, DeMarcus is already working diligently to address them. The construction quality and professionalism of the entire team were impressive. Hade a great experience. The construction manager, Chris was great to work with. I also appreciated the quick and efficient service provided by Lloyd in sales.

I did not get to choose any options but I knew that was the deal going in. But I loved the design options they gave me and they checked almost every box for me. The communication was great and they stuck to their delivery dates. Takes a lot of the uncertainty out of the buying (and selling) process.

The buying stage was 7/10. The building stage was 8/10. The finishing stage was 7/10. Thankfully, Chris helped us through the last two stages and made it all better.
