We are very happy with our new Beazer home. Its floor plan and overall design surpassed those of other builders’ homes in the area, at least for us. Beazer’s staff was responsive from the start and continue to help us with all the details that require attention. When they say that they will fix something, you can be sure it will be fixed. We know we are in good hands and highly recommend their homes and service.

Overall it’s a pretty good experience

Samantha has been very transparent and detailed oriented through the period of construction. Beazer has been very accomadative and punctual with their commitments. It has been a very happy experience for us.

Sam helped to understand each and every question during my review, very friendly and able to answer any questions multiple times as well. She is very good in mantaining relationships with customers

Beazer homes shared every week construction status and followed the given timelines as per schedule. Construction team played vital role on helping new home buyers on their first time experience to understand things at home before and after closing. I would definitely recommend to my friends it is best place to live.

We saw advertisement on Facebook and liked the plans and price range. We immediately visited site on same day. Kristen welcomed us and explained us all available options. We decided to go with end unit and Maxwell floor plan, it has nice view both front and back. During construction process Kristin was giving us weekly updates with photos. We would also like to thank you David and DaMarcus for answering all our questions during our visit at construction site. DaMarcus helped to address most of the issues we noticed during our initial 45 days. We highly recommend Beazer homes.

The communication throughout the project was outstanding. The team demonstrated a level of professionalism that is truly commendable. They were attentive to our needs and always accessible for questions or concerns, and their expertise was invaluable in helping us make important decisions along the way.

This isn't our first time buying a new home, but Phillip by far has been the most empathetic and responsive construction manager we've had the privilege of working with. He represents Beazer well, and has made the inevitable hiccups and post-move in issues easy to get through as we make this house our home.

Phil, the project manager for my build is easy to work with and get ahold of. A couple things outside his control with the build occurred and he was quickly able to adjust and rectify things quickly. Would highly recommend him to others.

As a first time homebuyer, I felt the home buying process was definitely much smoother compared to all other competitors. They definitely lived up to the promises and expectations. Be sure to get Home inspection done in two phases if possible because issues if any get identified will be promptly fixed by the team. Overall it was genuinely trustworthy builder to go for in the Raleigh area.

Friendly helpful communicative informative attentive

The homebuying process can definitely be very daunting on its own and even more so when it's new construction. That said, the Beazer team made it very easy to navigate. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Prompt communication (both proactive communication and in response to our inquiries) was always given. We knew what to expect and our questions were always answered thoroughly. The *entire* team from sales to closing has been amazing, but I want to give a quick shout out to Sam since we spent the most time working with her. Sam is awesome and has been an absolute delight! She is pleasant, has a fantastic attitude and stayed on top of things throughout the whole process. In the rare instance she did not have an immediate answer, she knew where to find it and always followed up ASAP! She is extremely knowledgeable and an all-around great person. Overall the process has been amazing. One of my favorite parts of the Beazer experience was the photo album of our home from lot prep all the way to the completed build. These pictures are invaluable and show the framing and everything running behind the walls. Robert crossing is one of the earliest community I looked when I started looking for my new home. After half year searching and touring, I found Robert Crossing is my dream place. Kristina is a great person to communicate with. She is passionate, nice, and very sincere. During the inspection and blue tape process, I met Sam, who is the best building manager I’ve ever worked with, not one of the best ones. Sam is super responsive, reliable, and talkative. The whole transaction of the looking at the model home, negotiating on the price and closing of the home went very smooth. Communication was very transparent and timely to make sure things progressed as the plan. Won't have asked for any better. Kudoos to Beazer homes for making the process smooth.

Our home buying experiance was exceptional and phenomenal. It exceeded our expectations from our initial visit for information and up until our closing and beyond.
