I was apprehensive about buying a new home that wasn't built yet, but Kristen was very knowledgeable and managed the process and sent photos all along the way. The project was completed months... yes, months... ahead of schedule and Josh did an outstanding job down the stretch, making sure every last item was perfect. I'm about to make my first minor warranty claim but have confidence it won't be an issue. If you don't see another review from me, then it went well. Highly recommend Beazer new homes. Really exceeded my expectations.

We are from California and we decided to purchase this property in NC . There were initially two thoughts on how it will all play out when almost all of the transaction had to be done remote and I am so happy with how the entire process went . Heather was almost our most reliable ally in the entire process often suggesting what would be our best next step weighing in all options in hand . Phillip was a great construction manager! We ran into a lot of COVID related challenges during the construction process, but I appreciate that the Beazer team was transparent with what was going on. They all worked very hard to find a way around those challenges, and ultimately deliver a quality-built home.

We really liked the plan of the house. I liked the option of having bedroom in 1st floor. The builder is easy and comfortable to work with. Even after moving in all minor issues were addressed real quick.

The Beazer team was very customer oriented and were helpful in all the steps of the home buying process. After the sale they continued to cheerily support us during settling in.

Quality construction, more spacious, good maintenance.

We signed a contract when the new home was nearly complete, we moved in early this Fall, and it's a very good home. Our construction/building manager has been very responsive and very helpful toward all of our requests regarding fit & finish of our new home. Thank you!

Kristen was very helpful in sharing all relevant information and frequent communication and updates during the sales/ construction stages. We purchased a home remotely and so had a high number of questions and adhoc requests for the team. They were super helpful and ensured we had all the support we needed. Huge shout-out to David who went above and beyond to help get the home ready for move in and was available onsite for support even after closing.

Beazer team was really helpful through out the process. Prompt and proper communication and updates were there. Always available to clarify questions. Great job team !

Our overall experience was excellent! David was quick to answer concerns, responding to emails even if they were late at night, Both David and DaMarcus have been great after closing addressing a few of the minor issues we’ve had quickly. It’s tough to build a house post Covid, materials and labor availability clearly had an impact on the overall process, but Beazer did a great job to ensure it continued moving.

I recently purchased a townhome from Beazer. I had a wonderful experience working with Beazer from start to finish. The team has maintained great communication during the entire process. My construction manager (Alec) was great to work with. He paid attention to all the major and minor items that came up in the inspection and made sure to address all of them. Beazer has been very supportive with questions or repair works post closing as well.

House is good but still have some new constructions in the community, the road is unfinished yet. Hopefully, it will be all set end of year, thanks.
