Builder was attentive

The builder was very attentive during the build process. Now that things are starting to settle, there are numerous nail pops, creaking stairs, door knobs consistently falling off (screws are too small for 3 upstairs doors) and baseboard molding falling from the wall going to the basement. Now that we are past construction and no longer working with our construction manger, I hope that these issues are resolved in a timely manner. Joe the construction manager was very attentive during the build process.

A lot of things seemed really good at first, but after a few weeks in the house we are seeing a lot of quality issues that didn’t hold up well. Cracks in grout, cracks in paint in certain areas. Just a lot of little things.

Water Leak and small touch-ups / fixes

We’ve had a water leak issue and disappointing that a nee home had given us problems. In addition, it has been almost 2 weeks and we are waiting for replacement flooring etc to arrive. We also had several small fixes and the management office has promised to fix these when they fix the flooring and drywall. I agree that the office has been customer friendly, but I feel let down by the quality of work.

We had a great overall buying experience with Beazer Homes, from the initial lot and plan selection, to all the scheduled and extra visits during the construction, inspections and the closing. Our interaction with the chief builder for our house, Joe Yarosh, was excellent, as well as our interaction with all Beazer Homes' team. The house was finished on time, despite all Covid-related delays and complications. The building quality was up to top standards, and the guaranty covers some issues that may appear in a reasonable time frame. I recommend them as builders for your new house.

Horrible and rushed build/ experience.

Once your home is built. They do not return your calls for nothing. They rush the build and make a tone of mistakes, bad measurements, do not clean your home at all after the construction is finished. I had to have them come back in to clean and still paid a company to come and deep clean. They graded my right side of the yard wrong and water pools and they will do nothing about it after I have shared my storm water and pooling concerns to the build manager Joe. I will never recommend Beazer or it’s affiliated to anyone. There isn’t any pride and concerns with building any part of the homes.

As a first time buyer, the overall experience was good. Builders were prompt in responding to questions. As per my opinion below are the pros and cons: Pros - 1. Good and thoughtful design. 2. Good Location. Cons: 1. Design could have been better. Specially with 2nd floor guest bathroom. 2. Cleaning process needs improvement. 3. High price.

Building our home with Beazer overall was a good experience. So far, we are very happy with our home. Our electric bill for July was $159 for 3,000 square feet house. All the issues that we had so far were taken care of. I would definitely recommend Beazer to my friends.

There were unexplained delays, and communication was very poor. I had 4-5 project managers during the building process, so continuity was lacking. The finished house is nice on the inside, and so far, I’m pleased with the quality.

Dont know if its a good or bad decision to buy a townhome with Beazer. It all started with the signing of the initial documents, and the sales representatives were so rude that they do not care if you buy the home or not and they take advantage of the current sellers market. . Beazer do not care for their customers or hear their concerns. The quality of the project is so poor that on the first day of stepping into the house we got our downstairs flooded because of the construction debris that clogged the sewer system as it was not properly tested/inspected, and the water damaged 50% of our ...
