Overall the house construction is good. It would be nice if we have a retaining wall extended in the backyard. The backyard is very steep.

The overall buying experience with Beazer homes is good. The entire team is very friendly and ready to provide all the necessary information. We have received weekly progress updates over email along with photos which was really a good part. The closing was done without any issue and the team has provided multiple walkthroughs of the house. The build quality is good just that at few places it could have been better, like the backyard drainage system is missing the underground pipe and which makes the backyard muddy when it rains and takes time to dry.

The entire process, from the initial purchase to the final move in was smooth. Lisa,Heather and Alec made sure we received all the updates. Alec made sure all our questions regarding the construction were answered in a timely manner.

Working with Sales team was great, Timely updates about the progress was very helpful. Builder was super helpful throughout the construction process with answering all of the queries and extended their best support. Beazer homes could have been little flexible and accommodative with atleast some of the minor design change requests. At the end Its all about timing, Supply and Demand but currently the same homes are offered with more flexibility and design options.

Builder and their team is very friendly and accessible. That made a world of difference. We took Dianne. We love it. Very good experience overall.

The construction team is professional, has good communication skills, follows up with you even after the closing process. however the admin side was not professional enough to handle the closing issues, they forget to attach the home's keys with the closing documents and said later "I am sorry" this is not the end, in the time to give us the home keys were not working and you can imagine how the deal now. We did not see personal professionalism for solving issues, I am not saying they are bad managers however I could not do anything at that time, just wait for them, to think and solve their issues. ... Seems OK so far.

We’ve had a water leak issue and disappointing that a nee home had given us problems. In addition, it has been almost 2 weeks and we are waiting for replacement flooring etc to arrive. We also had several small fixes and the management office has promised to fix these when they fix the flooring and drywall. I agree that the office has been customer friendly, but I feel let down by the quality of work.

As a first time buyer, the overall experience was good. Builders were prompt in responding to questions. As per my opinion below are the pros and cons: Pros - 1. Good and thoughtful design. 2. Good Location. Cons: 1. Design could have been better. Specially with 2nd floor guest bathroom. 2. Cleaning process needs improvement. 3. High price.

It is nice community close by schools shopping areas nice and quite Naighbourhood I will suggest to builder please make gated area so people more comfortable and secure

Beazer homes delivered what they promised and i love the quality of the house. Though the community is relatively small its well planned.

The buying experience was good, the agents at site are informative and helpful.

Builder is very professional and were a great help to me both during the purchasing process as well as towards the end at closing. I faced quite a number of issues with one of their preferred lenders that soured the experience but will say that the builder waas always great. I did have to be a bit persistent with getting small items fixed at the end of construction but that will be the case for any builder.

Overall experience was great. The builder was very informative. The overall process from start to finish was done at a rapid pace which was great but it also resulted in overlooking some minor details in the house which were fixed later on. Beazer Homes also provided great support for closing the house.

We love our new home, just took Beazer a while to get us in it.

Kitchen sliding mesh had damage, brought it to notice while new home walk in. Not fixed yet.

Overall good purchase experience

I'll start by saying we are very happy with our home. It's beautiful and the overall construction quality is solid. The pros of the "home buying experience are: 1) the home was finished ahead of schedule. 2) Almost everyone at Beazer is great to work with. 3) Our sales rep was absolutely amazing. He was the best part of the process. The cons: 1) Not always great communication, 2) Lots of little issues to deal with and it takes a lot of prodding and back and forth to complete even the most menial tasks. 3) We had lots of turnover with the builders. It caused mistakes and miscommunications. We are happy with the end result, but the transitions were trying. From what we hear the issues we experienced were not unique to Beazer. When you're trying to crank out many houses as quickly as possible there are going to be errors. At the end of the day we are pretty happy with the overall experience. Overall, we had a great experience with Beazer. I think the most difficult part of the process involved how little time versus how many choices there are at the design center. I wish we’d had twice as much time to decide what our finishes would be, what electrical options were best, exterior colors, etc. that part felt rushed.

We love the Abbey design and the workmanship is great. The only caution is to be very aggressive with follow-up repairs when finalizing possession. The AC unit had been disconnected due to a pending repair and several smaller repairs that were indicated were never completed. If not for very poor follow-up on understandable, but significant repairs, I would provide a 5-star rating.

Sales and PM (Kathleen and Chad) were fantastic. We felt the house closing was really pressured and it lead to multiple rework. We feel it is not fair to put our PM in that situation. To this day we have delightful conversations with both Kathleen and Chad. They were great.

Last 1-2 months of build were a disaster. No attention to detail, no ability to fix things, no ability to hold contractors responsible for good quality work. Lots and lots of reworking. Don’t get any upgrades with beazer. Waste your money with a job poorly done.
