My starting experience was good with Beazer. The sales team respond to clarify my queries. But sales team need to be more transparent for first time home buyers like what exact things are going to available in new home vs what's not. And there is a gap in communication within Beazer group sales, builder, closing personnel which create issue for customer to run after them. And traders working for builder has a poor workmanship which builder need to take responsibilities not customer.

Joe was an excellent adviser and helper. He kept us up to date on the whole process and is always available when we needed him.

The quality of the workmanship is very poor. I wish I had done more research on Beazer before I bought my house, The quality of the workmanship on the doors, trim and windows is the equivalent of a cheap apartment build. My house is brand new but it looks like it is a couple of years old because of the poor quality of interior workmanship. I am actually embarrassed to have people come to see my new home.

We have enjoyed our townhome for a couple months and love it! The floor plan of our house was one of the key things that made us interested in our house and it has been fantastic. The open floor plan really makes the house feel like a full size single family home despite being a townhome!

Had a great experience with Beazer. Heather and Philip have been great to work with. Highly recommend!

3rd Home purchase, seamless experience.

David was very good about going through and explaining every detail of the house. Also, during the walkthrough, i felt like he really cared about finding the things that needed to be fixed. He was right there next to me looking. Made me feel good like he really cares about the final product and making it right.

Beazer homes delivered what they promised and i love the quality of the house. Though the community is relatively small its well planned.

Builder is very professional and were a great help to me both during the purchasing process as well as towards the end at closing. I faced quite a number of issues with one of their preferred lenders that soured the experience but will say that the builder waas always great. I did have to be a bit persistent with getting small items fixed at the end of construction but that will be the case for any builder.

David is kind, considerate, listens and hears your concerns. He is responsive and responsible for any issues that arise. His follow up to independent inspection results is timely and thorough. He spotted and recognized things not stated by the inspector. He validated and corrected items that were particular to me. After move in he would wave and stop and ask how things were going. He showed genuine interest in me and my move in experience. I feel like I could ask him anything, and he would either correct it himself or make sure it got done by the correct person. Our experience with Beazer homes has been great. From the start with touring the models to the design meeting over zoom to the weekly picture updates to the final product. I like that when I called the builder he seemed honest and true when answering my questions. During the walk through he pointed out more things ha than me that they should improve before move in.

Everyone did a fantastic job with our new home.

The home was delivered in timely manner with all the points checked, awesome job is done by the team.

We like Mike, he is an awesome guy. We interacted with him in relation to the pest control situation and he gave some good tips that resolved the issue altogether. He is also always willing to help when we see him around in the community! His customer service skills are great!

Overall experience was great. The builder was very informative. The overall process from start to finish was done at a rapid pace which was great but it also resulted in overlooking some minor details in the house which were fixed later on. Beazer Homes also provided great support for closing the house.

Builder is a nice guy and very professional.

Closing process is horrible. Especially the closing agent. They never call you. Just send emails and after you go to your closing on the set date and time, they tell you it's delayed. Even some of the jobs were not complete prior to closing till date. I was supposed to buy another rental property but decided not to go with Beazer homes anymore. I think they lack coordination and proper execution. Horrible experience.
