Mike was incredible to work with. He went over and beyond to work with us throughout the building process. He makes sure you are updated on things happening and makes sure mistakes are fixed immediately. Before and during our walk through he took the time to point out things we did not see to make sure they were corrected. I am very pleased with his work and his professionalism. I will recommend him to everyone who asks about our home.

Great process from start to the end of the road. Builder and his team really do try to get as much done as possible and you are constantly in the loop. Great experience

The homebuying experience with Beazer was great. We looked at inventory and in progress homes and loved the layouts and pricing. The location is also great and is a big bonus.

I like about their choice plan, and different options they offer. Most differently Energy Saving Home.

Starting from foundation, everything used in construction was poor quality. All vendors (plumbing, electrician, painter, construction) were cheapest possible who does not do work properly. Leaks, and mold in new home. They cut the corners even to save penny. I would not buy again from Beazers when it is charging top dollars. Sales team does not stand up to the mark once contract is signed. They try to steal all promised credits, and run away from resolving any issue. They keep threatening customers with penalty if house is not closed on set date by them. Few Beazer personnels are good but they have to forego quality because no one in management care quality and customer satisfaction except in company's logo tag line. Worst thing was that whole crawl space had water, and just to get city inspection passed they put vapor barrier overnight without drying up the space which lead mold. They ended sod (grass) 10 feets before property line saying it is tree conservation area which was not true. They installed sod later. They don't read manufacturer requirements and installed hood smaller than gas stove size. The exhaust cannot throw all heat if all gas stoves are on. When pointed with proper documentation from manufacturer, response was that this is how it is in other house, and no justification why is it correct. They know how to push homeowner once contract is signed, and finally got me to close on this low quality house. My advice to future homeowners is to hire good inspector, and put your foot strong. My suggestion to Beazer is to hire good vendors, and put quality first. Every detail matters to homeowner who pay top dollars for your house. ... More

Only been 2 weeks since move in. Everything is good so far

Our overall experience from beginning to end with our Sales Representative, Designer, Builder, Lender and Closing Coordinator was fantastic. There are always going to be "things" that come up when you are building a home in the elements with human hands. At the end of the day what spoke volumes to us, was how well Beazer handled each situation. Our builder in particular, was very knowledgeable and patient with us as he managed, and helped us navigate, the construction process.

The process went well.

Overall, we were happy with the experience starting with the sales agent all the way down to closing on the home. Couple of areas of improvement: 1. While Beazer provides a choice of mortgage lenders on their portal and throws in the incentive of contributing $2000 towards closing costs, it is important that all of the lenders respond to phone calls. Only a couple of them did. 2. Quality assurance - while we were happy and very appreciative of the construction supervisor’s responsiveness and help, there should be more attention to detail. What may seem as minor issues to Beazer still matters to us as a homeowner having paid top dollar. We had about 10-15 issues that needed to be addressed. The warranty department had to be engaged within the first month because of a water leakage (from rain) from the exhaust fan in the bathroom. That to me was not okay. ... More

The build process with Beazer Homes was great, there was transparency and clear communication throughout the build of our home from both Rachel R. in Beazer Sales and Mike B. whom is our Beazer Construction Manager. Rachel helped us select the right model to choose and led us through the easy process of Beazer Choice in selecting the right mortgage lender for our financial needs. Mike did a great job of ensuring things went according to plan and was quick to make adjustments when they were needed. Diane L. in the Beazer Design Studio was awesome to work with, helping us select all of the finer details and upgrades to make our new home look amazing. Mike and the Beazer team, including DeMarcus in Beazer Customer Care, have been great to work with after the closing on our new home to ensure everything is just as it should be in a high-quality home. We are really enjoying our new Beazer home, it feels like it was made just for us and we've felt like home in it since we moved in. While the layout of the home is beautiful, the quality of work is poor. The building process left us feeling exhausted, like less of a client and more of a checkbook. Client care could seriously be improved, cheap labor could be replaced by quality craftsmen, and contractors need to learn a thing or two about their own profession. We unfortunately frequently felt deceived, and like we honestly should have been paid to do the job since we ended up being the ones who had to manage everyone at the end of the day. Happy to have a new home even with the poor quality craftsmanship, but very very disappointed with the build experience; we did not feel at all like Beazer cared. I love my new home! The beazer team was very helpful and easy to get in contact with. My home is very well built. I love the options offered at the design center and everything came together beautifully. I definitely recommend building your new home with beazer.

We love our new home, just took Beazer a while to get us in it.

The local build team is great to work with and very responsive. The HOA is poorly run. The HOA will give a response but it is so vague it doesn't actually answer the question. The community pool has been finished since before we built and we will be lucky if it's open by the end of summer. The HOA does not take the requests of the homeowners seriously and we're paying for an amenity that was sold to us as useable this summer but is not open. The restrictions for COVID are easy to follow (as all other local pools opened weeks ago) - the HOA doesn't care as they still have all the furniture in boxes for the pool. Apparently the amenities are just used to sell houses, not for actual use. ... More

My experience with Beazer was one of smooth sailing. We saw the home that we wanted and got a great price for it. Any touches or changes that needed to happen were done within a day or two. Overall, great work, great prices, and great neighborhood.
