Isaac and Kyler are the quality and site mangers for the community. These two are extremely knowledgeable and always extended a helping hand when it came learning about building the building process. They take the utmost pride in building the highest quality of house. In addition, they were always happy to address any silly questions and always fixed the punch list items. Lastly, once you close Kyler and Isaac are always around the neighborhood and find time to check in with you after you close. Best decision of our life was to build with Beazer. Energy efficient is real!

Our experience with Beazer Homes was generally positive. From the initial purchase to the final move-in, the process went smoothly and efficiently. We were particularly impressed with the responsiveness of the team, who consistently addressed our questions and concerns in a timely manner. One aspect that stood out was the completion of our home ahead of schedule, which we greatly appreciated. While the early move-in was exciting and much faster than promised, it did lead to some last-minute adjustments on our end. Had we known about the accelerated timeline sooner, we could have made some different arrangements earlier, making the process less stressful. One area where communication could have been improved was in explaining the differences between the model home and our actual house. While we understood that some changes would occur due to elevation, we encountered a few minor surprises that could have been avoided with clearer communication during the planning process. It would have been helpful to have a more detailed understanding of all the differences between the model and our home, allowing us to better anticipate any potential challenges or adjustments that might be necessary. Despite these issues, we are pleased with the quality and value of our new home. Additionally, we'd like to commend Craig and Jay, who were instrumental in making our experience a positive one. Craig's patience as we visited the model several times to take measurements and plan our decorations was greatly appreciated. Meanwhile, Jay's consistent communication and willingness to address our questions and concerns ensured that we felt informed and supported throughout the process. Shortly after moving in, we encountered a couple of warranty-related issues. Both Jay and Joseph were instrumental in helping us get these matters resolved quickly and efficiently. They followed up with us to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction, demonstrating their commitment to excellent customer service. We are grateful for their support and attentiveness, which made our transition into our new home smoother and more enjoyable. This level of dedication to customer satisfaction is something we truly value and highlights Beazer Homes' exceptional service. The process from start to finish was easy, from picking the property, qualifying for one of the preferred lenders, walking through the finished build and closing. Nick was available whenever we had questions and Tobi was thorough with are walk through. Beazer quality is top notch!

Throughout our process of purchasing and having the home built, we were included every step of the way. The house was built in a timely manner but also made sure everything was done as it should. When we moved in, anything there was an issue with, they made sure it was fixed up and made to be perfect again! We love living in this home and it makes it so much better that we know it was built with care and hardworking perfection.

Ken from the sales team was great and very knowledgable on all the homes, he was able to understand our needs. Eric on the construction side has been great to work with. No new home is perfect, and after we moved in Eric has made sure to address any items we brought to him in a timely matter, ensuring our home is up to standards. Highly recommend!

They have been supportive, friendly and valuable from our house walk through- even after we moved in. They both made sure that our “things that need to be fixed” checklist has been taken care of. The purchase was easy. Everyone from inspection, orientation and after the sale were professional and helpful. The home has all the best features and the construction is great. The orientation helped to get all the utilities and services arranged. The companies that put in the features have been very responsive and helpful. Excellent experience buying a Beazer Home.

Jason and Eric were very helpful, informative, and patient with us during the whole process. It did take a little longer to move in then we wanted because of the back load of concrete trucks to lay the foundation...but building a solid good quality home in less then 4 months is still amazing. Very happy and satisfied with Beazers home building!
