The “Super” on the job lived up to the title. He was super. The whole Beazer team here did a great job start to finish with keeping me informed, listening to and addressing my concerns, and going above and beyond. Any small after close issues have been addressed right away and done properly.

Have had great experience and love my new house. However, the process in correcting certain issues that need fixed has been very time consuming and not very consumer friendly. I know Not everything can be perfect but please be a little more open to listening and correcting/fixing the house.

This builder is very rare to find. They stick behind their word and are 100% transparent through the process. We built our home over the pandemic, many challenges were presented to Beazer and they came through as they promised. High level of respect and integrity for this team!

I am so lucky to have stumbled onto Beazer Homes and their incredible team. The sales team with Shannon and Joanne were so friendly and went above and beyond to listen to my wants and needs and help me throughout the entire building and buying process. I appreciated all of the steps along the way like the frame walk and walk through celebration. After closing I had a couple of issues with finishes and the warranty team came through and took care of them for me. I definitely recommend Beazer to friends and family. I trust them to build a great quality home and am loving my new neighborhood.

Everything was great! Even in times where I was frustrated they would help and take care of things. Everyone was great!

I was living outside the Charleston area when my unit came on the market and did not want to wait to be back in town before I visit the unit. Ben worked with my agent to do a FaceTime call and walk through the two units that were on the market at the time. Ben made it pain less to get the paperwork signed and everything transferred so I was able to lock the place down. After that Ben and David made sure to call me weekly and give detailed updates. At my new home owner walk through David and Aaron were there way before time to open everything home and make it feel like home they walked me through the house and help to fix any issues I identified. Even after we closed Aaron and Davis have been so helpful to answer any of my questions and look at any issues I might have even if they were supper small. My experience was outstanding, the care that Wayne and Mark have by making sure everyone is satisfied, and if they are not, they would ask “tell me your concerns and we will fix it”, now this is something most builders do not do, I have heard stories from people where their builders were cold and couldn’t care. When Wayne and Mark are working on the property, they will always ask “how’s it going “ because they care. I am very happy with my purchase.

Compared to other builders, definitely I would recommend Beazer homes because of outstanding customer service, special big thanks to Chris and Shawn and of course, all of warranty customer service center agents. In terms of quality of materials, they are so great but it could have been excellent if the construction was completed more thoroughly and delicate. You would expect to have some issues when you buy a new home but I believe it's very important to have a builder who takes care of 24/7 with honesty and truthfulness, and fixes right away, which is very satisfied.

Trying to buy during a pandemic with supply shortages was a fairly stressful situation. Ben from Beazer Homes remained in contact with me throughout the entire process and kept me as updated as possible on progress and always answered any questions I had. Additionally, once my home was completed, Aaron, who was my New Home Customer Care contact, was always responsive and attentive to any questions/concerns I had (which, because the process had gone so well, there were not many). Would recommend these guys to anyone looking to purchase a newly constructed home!

We recently purchased a Beazer Spec Home in Ellicott City, MD. This was an EXCELLENT experience. In addition to the quality of home, the customer service was superb. We were guided through the entire process from start to finish. The icing on the cake was the fact that we received follow-ups post closing. The Long Gate Overlook Team helped to make this experience special for our family. Kudos to the team!

We had a great experience going with Beazor Homes, our contact Cindi was amazing. We could always reach her for any questions or concerns with the process, Cindi would always promptly respond with clear answers. We’ve been living in our new build home for about 6 weeks and aside from minor fixes, we’ve been happy with the quality of the home so far. Joe has also been great with answering and dealing with any minor fixes.

The entire team was Great to work with! From the beginning of the process through the end. John provided weekly updates and Mike always made himself available to answer any question! We enjoyed our home buying experience very much!

Overall great experience. Any issues we have had, have easily been resolved through the warranty system.

The builder from sales, to design center to the finished product, the day we moved, and after, did their best to accommodate and produced a beautiful home that we are enjoying, we had one issue at the final walk through and it was fixed in the first couple of days.

The folks at Beazer are simply the best! They take care of their customers! I had a very positive experience with Harry D. & Todd A. They both were knowledgeable and responsive to my needs. Harry led me through the entire process and made himself available through the entire build. He even continued to provide exceptional service after closing. My sales representative Janine was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and personable. Enjoyed the process working with her. As the building got going, our builder Benito was great, Always on site, stopped by to ask me how things were going. Very timely and helpful when something came up, Louis was quick to take care of any issues during the final walks. Very knowledgeable and helpful during closing day. Great team at Acacia Foothills, made getting a home in a great location more enjoyable.

Also, want to give a big thank you to Christian at Beazer for his exceptional follow through and thoroughness. We were happy to have such a polite, dependable, energetic, and all around awesome builder. During one of the most challenging times to buy a home, Christian really went above and beyond to ensure we stayed on schedule with continued follow-up on all punch list items. This is my second home built by Beazer and they are just so profesional and awesome. I will buy another!!!

This was the first time I have ever bought a house; I had no idea what I was doing, but thanks to EVERYONE with Beazer, they held my hand and walked me through the process and explained things to me so that I can have the best experience possible. Thank god I chose Beazer!
