Shannon and Joanne were an absolute pleasure to work with. They helped us through every step of the process and made sure we were constantly receiving updates. I recommend them to anyone any day because you truly can’t get much better people than them when it comes to home buyer process.

Our overall experience was excellent! David was quick to answer concerns, responding to emails even if they were late at night, Both David and DaMarcus have been great after closing addressing a few of the minor issues we’ve had quickly. It’s tough to build a house post Covid, materials and labor availability clearly had an impact on the overall process, but Beazer did a great job to ensure it continued moving.

Our Sales Rep Matt and Construction Supervisor, Jeff, were in constant communication, providing updates at least once a week or more. Any issues were quickly addressed. I came to visit the house while under construction many times and they would take time to walk through and explain what was going on and what was upcoming. After Settlement, we had a few issues and Customer Service Rep Eric was able to address them. Great experience and a very nicely built, efficient home.

Coop and Eileen kept us updated with emails, photos, and phones calls throughout the process on building our quality home in Gold Canyon. The warranty service after closing is awesome. We couldn’t be happier with Beazer.

Hello, Paul sessions did a great job in assisting us everytime we had something, kudos to him and his passion towards his work and the dedication. Hats off to Paul, thank you Beezer. If possible please increase Paul’s salary for his great work supporting Beezer.

Lynn was awesome throughout the entire experience. Kept me informed and she made all of my construction manager turn overs seem less. She was great to work with. Matt was wonderful through the close and last few repairs and answered all my questions with professional reserve.

The entire process was extremely easy from start to finish. The initial meeting with Brandon went over how Beazer homes were built and what they include. The included items were things that we were planning to get any way. The builder Donnie has been very responsive to any issues we find. So far the issues have been minor.

My new home experience was Excellent! My Sales Professional and the Construction Manager paired together to ensure I was knowledge of each step in the process. This allowed me to feel more comfortable and enjoy the process. I wanted a weekly photo shoot of my home being built and the two of them made it happen. Yes, I’d repeat the process with Beazer!

This is our third home purchase through Beazer Homes. The process was easy, straight forward and simple each time! They make the experience of picking design options simple and not overwhelming. Dave the construction manager is on top of everything throughout the build. Vito our customer care rep has been fantastic to work with since we’ve been in our home. He is efficient and quick to respond to anything we have post move in. I feel pretty satisfied with Beazer Homes' overall experience. Caroline has been great helping me find my desired house, and she's been guiding me through lots of the confusion and difficulties as a first time home buyer, while my broker was on vocation. Todd, my construction manager, has been taking care of the various quality control and warranty stuffs during this entire purchase. He's been really responsive and helpful, especially considering this special time of contractor shortage and supply chain's backorder issue.

After the nightmare of an experience my family had with First Texas canceling our contract (they increased the home price $80000), I'd almost given up on buying a home. At was at this time I walked into the Beazer model home and met Ryan. Denise with Thrive Mortgage, Ryan (sales consultant) and Brewer (project manager) made this home purchasing experience a breeze. I expressed that we needed to move in 7 months, Ryan and Brewer kept us updated, and the home was completed in the timeline. Buying an out of state home is always a challenge but Beazer made it a great journey. There were delays along the way as it is expected with any new construction (during COVID) but it was well worth it in the end. Project manager went above and beyond to make sure things were on track and was quick to address any issues even after closing.

We had a great experience working with the Beazer team . The sales team Eric and Lauren were such a pleasure to work with. They were patient with all our questions and concerns of buying a new construction home. They kept us updated throughout the whole process. After walkthrough and move in the customer care team Mike and Joseph were just as responsive and helpful making sure all our questions and concerns were addressed. We love our new home and are very pleased with our decision to buy a Beazer home.

Abe was a great sales guide walked us through the process and accepted us graciously every time we came to visit the house and model. Jeff is outstanding kept in touch with us through out the building of our home sending us pictures and updates. And even after we closed confirming any minor touch ups were done to our satisfaction. Both gentlemen went above and beyond.
