Great experience with the construction manager. Do have some EBIs regarding customer service with the administrative office.

The communication from the team on the ground - construction team and sales team, including Jack, Kelly and Jon, was outstanding. Whatever questions or concerns I had about the process, each of them was extremely responsive and helped to settle questions in a timely manner and with respect and care. I recently purchased a townhome from Beazer. I had a wonderful experience working with Beazer from start to finish. The team has maintained great communication during the entire process. My construction manager (Alec) was great to work with. He paid attention to all the major and minor items that came up in the inspection and made sure to address all of them. Beazer has been very supportive with questions or repair works post closing as well.

Entire process was fairly smooth. The Beazer team kept me informed every step of the way. For townhouses, these homes are spacious and welcoming. The homes are built to meet a very high standard and quality. The builder has a great team that are responsive and quick to address any concerns in a timely manner. I highly recommend the Ridge. Beautiful, spacious townhomes, well worth the money!

When I originally started this journey, I truly wanted Beazer, but they had no lots available. I settled with another who did my dirty and allowed a much higher bidder and a loophole remove me from that situation. Months later I reached out to Beazer and two weeks after that Mr. Frank contacted me with blessed news. I’d be lying if I said it was easy. Building a new home was not. I didn’t help that I was a first time homebuyer with no knowledge of the process. The team made the difference. Great Lender options. Patient, empathetic and understanding when times grew frustrating as a result of supply delays. The service was outstanding and has been since. Forever grateful for the Beazer Home team.

This is my first ever house and Shawn has been terrific throughout the whole home building process. He made sure that the contractors are not cutting corners and also followed up with me post sales, even though it is technically not his responsibility thereafter. There were delays in the construction due to COVID which was a bummer, but it was still finished within a reasonable time frame, especially compared to other new constructions in the area

The quality of my home is top-notch. The construction manager, Dave, was not only very conscientious overseeing the construction of my home, but the frame walk went well beyond my past experience buying a new home. I was kept informed throughout the construction and was very pleased with the delivery and attention from the customer care team following my closing. Highly Recommended!

This is a very difficult time for builders because of supply chain issues. Beazer did a great job of setting realistic timelines and coming up with options when things did not go as planned. We were pressed to close by a certain date due to an interest rate lock and selling our old home, and Beazer was able to accomplish this! Building a home is more than just business, it is very personal and involves quality of life for families. Matt, Josh and Harry made the home buying and construction process seamless. They communicated so much I felt I was on the work site everyday. They also was always available and answered every question. I would use beazer to build my next home.

Justin and Harry were phenomenal during this entire experience. Justin made the the whole home buying process simple and easy. He constantly provided us with updates and was always up front about issues. He had our best interests in mind. Harry was great during out walk throughs and closing. He was always available and made sure the home looked perfect for move in. Could not have asked for a better group. Our experience of purchasing a home with Beazer was excellent. We are very thankful for the trusted team we had. We were consistently given updates weekly to know where we stood in the process regardless of any delays from supply and demand, questions were always answered quickly and efficiently, and our home is beautiful. We have noticed the attention to detail that was placed into each craft even after moving in two months ago.
