Still dealing with issues after moving in over 4 weeks ago. Hopefully the final large issue will be resolved this week. Not a fan of this builder.

Quality Homes with caring staff.

Being a first time home buyer I was nervous and uncertain about the whole idea of owning a house. However, it was the best decision I could have made. Thanks to Beazer Homes I now own my first house. The whole experience has been a joy. The Beazer team has been great. Anytime I had a question or concern they were very helpful in a timely manner. I love my new house and will strongly recommend Beazer Homes to anyone out there looking to purchase a new home.

From start to finish and from 900 miles away the process was seemless and made easy from everyone at Beazer that was involved. Sales team and project manager were on top of things and addressed all concerns in a timely manner and always kept us informed. We are very pleased with the finished product

Best home buying experience. I was included and informed on ever step of the build. I love the transparency and of course this wouldn't be without the most amazing customer service team. A very personable and intelligent group of people. The full experience was a smooth and easy transition, would highly recommend.

Building your new home while living in another state is always a challenge. Elisa and Kyle made the process less stressful and seamless. I welcomed the weekly progress calls and photos. They were both very knowledgeable, reliable and professional during the entire process. Awesome job!

The experience from start to finish was amazing. The quality of the home is another level. The representatives for Beazer are very thorough and the communication was great.

We love our home but there were some things that were overlooked, rushed and sloppy. However, some of these have been attended to while others we are still waiting on someone to fix. Overall, however, the building was a great experience and we love our home and new community!

Wayne and Carson have been great. I think they should include the keys to the community center in with the house keys though.

My experience with Beazer was more than I could have hoped for. Starting with Audra. She was extremely knowledgeable and explained the entire process to us. She was always available and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Josh was also top notch. He explained the building process and was always there to answer questions we had (no matter how Insignificant). The walkthroughs we had we very detailed. Corbin joined the process towards the end of our build. He is extremely detailed and also took care of any concerns we had in a timely manner. Between Cassie and my agent Khoi, they took care of everything. I didn't really have to do much. The process was a lot easier than I initially thought, I am grateful and I am very happy with the purchase. Thank you Cassie for being so kind and welcoming, I will most definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.

We enjoyed the process overall. There were a few things we think should be addressed but overall the experience was great. Our sales rep was very patient with us and she always answered our questions in a timely manner. She was totally professional at all times.

Could not of asked for a better experience. If we had to do it all over again Shelly and Daren are the ones we would go to.

Couldn't be happier with the weekly updates on the progress of my new house. After we moved in its been easy to request minor maintenance needs through the Beazer Home Warranty page.

The entire experience was not pleasant. They lack communication and had me resend emails over and over again. I tried to get over it after I had purchased my home. However now living in it, it’s very poorly made. It was rushed to construction and it shows. My cabinets are slanted nonfunctional, my floors are not leveled, and the texture and paint on the wall is not well done. I’m upset because this was a big investment on my end.

Introduction and subsequent showings; help and suggestions about the economic benefits of owning one of Beazer’s condos and price negotiations were all excellent. Our Realtor and Beazer’s Sales Representative, Angela, worked well together, and the incentives were adequate to influence our decision to buy. The initial and final walk-thru was very thorough, thanks to the Beaser staff that conducted it with us. After closing and moving in, there were several issues that had not been completed, and Beazer was not always prompt in resolving them. Fiber was not pulled through the building to each condominium, causing long delays in getting internet and TV service. Postal service was not initiated for weeks, with the post office accusing Beazer and Beazer representatives accusing the post office for the problems, necessitating many trips to pick up held-mail at the local post office located only a short distance away. The problem took approximately 7 or 8 weeks to resolve. The HOA Rep has become very responsive to our needs and in getting certain issues resolved. I was in the market for over 2years looking for a new build, then I found Beazer. I reached out and scheduled an appointment, it was like a dream come true, just what I wanted in my dream home. The builders are professional and very experienced. My walk through was excellent, on both occasions Bob was wonderful, he carefully showed me around and explained everything in the house in details. Thanks Bob for the wonderful experience, I will always choose Beazer.

Coming from a different state, I had lots of questions. The friendly staff was very informative and helpful in every way. There was no hesitation to answer all my questions or concerns.

Justin was and continues to provide me with great information and customer service. The on-site crew consisting of Marc, Mike and Cynthia are always available to listen to my concerns and make suggestions. I am very pleased with the overall construction of my home.
