Barbara and Scott gave me timely weekly updates and always worked with me to make sure I knew what was happening with my house and looked for solutions to make things right where possible.

Joe took care of us from the beginning, he was straight forward and honest with us the whole entire process which really allowed us to trust in him and trust the process it takes to buy a high quality built home. To this day, Joe still makes sure everything is going well and always makes sure that everyone in our community is taken care of. He really goes above and beyond what we expected and what we were honestly used to. It was refreshing to have someone like Joe to lean on. We have been living in our new home for 3 months and have loved every minute of it. If I could give 10 stars I would.

The home buying experience was truly smooth. Beazer shared construction pictures periodically and Nina kept us upto date on all developments.

We had checked a Beazer community during a visit from California and were impressed with the quality and layout of a particular home model. When we heard a new development would be upcoming, we contacted the sales representative by phone and were able to secure a lot and the model we desired. By phone and online we were able to take care of required paperwork, submit for a mortgage loan and schedule a time convenient for us to return to choose our options. We traveled twice to see the progress and also received regular updates via email. We had regular correspondence from the mortgage company on the status of our application. I had a great experience building my home with Beazer. Even with the shortage in supplies and timeline changes, overall I loved the end result. Our home came out beautiful. The Marisol team, staff, and building manager Merl was beyond informative and kind.

Experience was great from Brandon walking me thur the home building process to Don helping thur the first 20 days fixing all repairs that was found and needed fixing great customer service

This is our second Beazer home and we just love the floor plans and space we have throughout our home. I always forget that I’m in a townhome. The building process was our first go round and I must say it had its challenges and if I had to give a word of advice to the company it would be to provide a full list of ALL finishes and selections that buyers can have throughout the process so that the sales reps don’t forget anything and buyers have full awareness of options. Understanding things change but there were some moments where things weren’t communicated and we didn’t get the opportunity to select certain things in advance. But all in all we enjoyed our experience and we visited the house often to check on progress and developed a great partnership with our builder Josh! He is amazing! He was so insightful and honest and never over promised and came through with everything he said he would! What a gem Beazer has in that guy. Even after being in our home we still have a few kinks being worked out but Josh is still available and assisting with getting things addressed. Everyone at Beazer was professional and involved me in the entire process. Lynn and Travis called me every Monday to give me updates on my home. They were able to get anything that wasn’t exactly as we discussed updated easily. I even closed early in this time where most homes are taking much longer to complete than originally predicted. And once I moved in, a few issues were found with the fireplace and dishwasher. Using there warranty program, repairs were done within a week with no cost to me. I can’t say enough about how easy it has been to build with Beazer.

Once the builder took over, the process was extremely transparent and the speed increased dramatically. after move-in, still takes care of the pending items and is very helpful. very appreciative of the work they put in.

Tina and Paul were both very professional, easy to work with, communicated timely with us, and just overall gave us a great experience. We're very happy we ended up with a new Beazer home and love our location where we're at.

The experience I had with Beazer Homes was very seamless. They communicated very well and kept me in the know on all updates. Had a great first time home buying experience with Beazer Homes. Sales staff was helpful and attentive and construction managers went above and beyond making sure we were comfortable and settled upon and after move in. Quality of the build was evident upon move in and confirmed by an independent inspector. Definitely recommend for home buyers - would choose Beazer Homes with confidence
