Buying a home now is not an easy task. But the team at Beazer Homes made it almost seamless. They recognized how important a new home was to our family and went above and beyond to ensure we got what we wanted for our home. The team was very responsive to our questions and concerns during the building process. My family and I love our home and are happy at the amazing attention to detail from the builder. Special thanks to Travis for helping us achieve our goal of having a beautiful place to call home.

My experience with Beazer Homes was great. Jason Graham did a great job, keeping me informed on the progress of the home. Everything went as scheduled and the overall quality was great.

Working with Jason and Beazer was super stress-free and a great process. Buying a home is never an easy or light task, but working with the staff and builders with this group made it just that much easier. From concept to closing, we were always updated with what was going on, documents required, and processes needed to get into our new home. We never waited on Beazer during the closing process which was very much appreciated.

My experience with Beazer home was nothing less then perfection! Brandon Basilio was very direct, honest and was there every step of there way from explaining how the whole process works from start to finish. He helped us choose the perfect home for me and my family at the price range we were looking for! You see, I thought I knew what I wanted but after Brandon spoke to us getting to know us a bit he knew exactly the perfect house for me and my family. He even showed me the comparison between them and the other builders and what is the main difference and I was blown away! Brandon would even contact me on his day off to make sure everything was going as planned and I was staying pleased with them. Beazer home REALLY cares about the customer and building great quality homes. When I met with Ruben (the builder) he was very polite and straight forward with how the house was going to be built and updated me every week with fresh new updates about my home and the progress that was done. He has years of building experience so after speaking with him picking his brain a little because I also grew up building house but he knew what he was talking about so that made me feel secure that my home is in good hands. He would also alert me if something was suppose to be done on a certain day and if it wasn't he would call me personally to explain why something didn't go as planned but assured me it would get done. I was very impressed and pleased with the experience beazer home gave me while the process of building my home. Beazer finished my home ahead of schedule surprising me with an earlier move in date! Me and my family love our home, we love the neighborhood it is still growing. Now I see the new recreation center they are building with the new sidewalks and street lights making the area look just more beautiful. We couldn't be any happier. Thank you Beazer homes. Chris the builder for Beazer was the best. He kept me informed weekly of the progress and what to expect next. He was attentive to details and always answered any questions I had. Very good experience and so glad I went with Beazer

Nina is super helpful in helping me and my clients in making the right decisions. She is very informative and patient in explaining the different plans and futures and her guidance throughout the process is amazing. We never felt that she is trying to sell something we don't really keen on. Personally we have taken two properties in Westward (COVE) and over 20 of my clients taken homes here. It's an amazing experience and looking forward to working with Nina more.

Colin not only was extremely diligent in supplying answers to all my questions but he also was meticulous in documenting every pertinent detail for transparency. I appreciate that thoroughness as it prevents confusion. Susan and Maria from the Design Center have the patience of Jobe and the people skills necessary to successfully guide buyers through the process of equipping your future home i can't say enough about their contributions as I laboriously arrived at a conclusion. Mitch and Colin did a wonderful job of oversight and managing the construction. During final inspection Bill entered the picture and demonstratrd his vast experience and helped me identify items that warranted attention. I probably added a lot of extra features that i wanted that were not included but in the end i achieved my goal and as a result i have a home i am proud of. ... More

The onsite personel, custome service person, contruction manager and both sales person at the model house have been very supportive and understanding of the buyer/new home owner.

I had an amazing home buying experience. First, Beazer ensures that you’re safe by issuing a hard hat when you go on site to look your home. I would come weekly to look at the updates. The new home counselor that I worked with is like family now. I call him at least a couple times a month if I have a question regarding something in my home even though construction is complete. When I started the initial process until I closed four months later I had an awesome experience. I looked forward to the weekly updates every Monday on my home’s progression.
