I've never purchased a new home so this was a new experience. From beginning to end, Cnythia was a great help in processing initial documents -- and in answering all of our questions, going above and beyond when we needed extra information (like for the piano delivery). Shawn has also been very helpful during the building process and now that we are settled in the house (addressing a few odds and ends). He also has gone above and beyond to help out with several deliveries (again, the piano, plus our washer and dryer).

The purchasing process went great. Anytime our lender or someone had a question Shawn from Beazer always answered in a timely manner and our communication through out the process was great. The builder Mike took care of any problems big or small in a timely manner. Overall the experience was great and I would recommend anyone to Beazer. The whole Beazer team was great , Shawn in sales was great , Mike the builder was always around to answer our questions and even the Beazer warranty department was great and very helpful in helping with any issue that came up

Buying process was not complicated. Keith our builder addressed all questions and concerns. After moving to our home, issues that popped are being promptly addressed by Warranty Mgr Michael. There is no lag in response times and he makes communication smooth, Professional and friendly. House is nice.
