All others are very professional too but I deal mostly with Matt. When Matt is very honest, he remembers his discussion with you at anytime. He is an asset to Beazer home. He is always very attentive and very assessable. Answers his calls and return calls even during his off time.

The entire BEAZER team were great to work with. Being an out of state buyer, the weekly updates and dialog kept me up to date on progress and kindly addressed my questions and were understanding in being my eyes and ears though the building process. Jeff in the sales office did a great job explaining all the options available through Beazer and at the community, and walked me through each step of the process. The builder Wayne was always available to walk me through my new home during the entire construction process, and was genuinely proud of the product his team was building. Wayne, Jeff, and Dennis continue to be available when I have questions about my home after move in. The warranty center has addressed all of my minor concerns/questions in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Beazer and their communities.

Brian was very helpful, informative and communicated our concerns and questions very professionally and friendly. Any questions he couldn't answer he was quick to find the answers for us. He was with us from beginning to end ( 1 yr) from the time we pre-qualified, picked our lot, construction to handing us our keys. He was awesome.

When I first visited a Beazer model I fell in love with place design, layout and options. They are a step up in design and they try hard to ensure you’re informed during the home buying process, every step of the way. They also have quality checks in place to ensure the customer is satisfied with the progress. Overall it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend Beazer Homes to family and friends!

We live in a community where construction is still ongoing and so far, Michelle has been super helpful and informative even after us moving into the home almost 2 months ago. My husband I often talk about how beautiful the house is. We are very happy with our Beazer home.

My home buying experience was very easy. I walked in one day, spoke to the on site agent and was taken on a tour of a home in my price budget. I put down the earnest money that day and was given information of everything I’ll need to know for the process. The coolest part was getting weekly photos and phone calls about the progress of the home. Michael answered or returned every phone call and was able to answer all my questions throughout the process. It couldn’t have been any easier dealing with Beazer.

We had a great experience with beazer homes and most of all with our builder Kc. He was always available for us when we needed him, regardless of the time. We really appreciate everything he has done for us and for our beautiful home we have now. We have had no issues with our home. KC is one of a kind because he still checks up on us and makes sure we are having no issues. To this day, he is still actively available for us even though he finished our home almost 3 months ago. We thank you KC and beazer homes for everything you all have done for us and our dream home.

The communication between the site manager John and me was fantastic. I loved the weekly photos of the progress on my house. I closed on time and expect all the promised items to be delivered in a timely manner.
