As a first time home buyer, Beazer Homes was an exceptional builder because of the high level of communication throughout the entire process! The thoroughness and attention to detail that the building team exhibited, is exactly what my wife and I had hoped for! So grateful for everyone at Beazer!

Beazer Homes was the only builder that granted us the opportunity to choose colors and options without having to choose a “package” that required colors, etc. that we did not want. I search many builders before deciding to go with Beazer they offer so many upgrades to your home with out additional fees. The sales rep and multiple builders we worked with were all excellent. We had several warranty tickets that had to be opened after moving in, and that team has always been eager to assist in any way. There is only one pending issue that is concerning, and it is the fact that we have 6 tiles that have or have to be replaced due to having cracks. Hopefully those will be fixed here shortly, and there isn’t any further issues with the tile. Overall, building a home can be a stressful process and I feel like the team we worked with did a great job with communication and updating us along the process. Amazing line of great people from the time I sign the contract to the time we move into our home. They listen to my concern, they are timely and communicate at every stage of the building process.

The build of any new home has its ups and downs. The most important aspect of my new Beazer home was having someone who consistently keep me informed and when I had questions would address them in a timely manner. Imho, both Nate and Kevin were outstanding. We love the house and would recommend Beazer homes.

The process was better than expected; Audra and Will were customer service-focused. They spent lots of time showing us all the home's features, explaining the warranty and what is available. Each is knowledgeable and responsive. A home is a significant purchase, and we are thankful we bought from Beazer!

We are very pleased with Beazer homes especially their builder, Chris. Very pleased with the builder, he has responded to our every request with utmost professionalism.

The builder kept me up to date on all items and issues. During the construction of our home. Chris and Pam were courteous and helpful, and continues to answer any questions after closing. I would recommend Beazer Homes for both the customer service and quality of the homes.

Chris did a great job throughout the whole process. We had a couple of delays with product (Supply Chain) and he kept us up to date with weekly phone calls. Chris did a great job of explaining the process in the very beginning which was very helpful.

We appreciate all the team has done. We love our new home and have made lots of recommendations to friends for Beazer.

Highly recommended, our home looks incredible, it was made with high quality materials, they took care of every detail and even after the house is delivered they are still aware of every detail or concern that I may have. If you are thinking of purchasing a home, Beazer is the ideal company!

I have heard from others about how frustrating this process can be. I must say we didn’t experience any of this. Ne’taki and Tucker did what they said they would do every time. And that goes a long way. Ne’taki was very responsive even when she was not at work. Tucker kept us abreast of the building process every step of the way. Exceptional customer service! And we are loving our new home.

Ruben was great at communicating with us every week up until our closing date. Very happy with our first home!

Brady has been absolutely amazing. He always is friendly and ready to help with anything that we have asked. It is nice to know that there are people out there that care about doing a good job. Beazer is lucky to have such a great employee!!

Overall the entire build process with Beazer went really well right from the beginning. The sales process with Caroline was easy and hassle free. I really enjoyed the transparency to be informed on items such as all floor plan options available, pricing on additions and even a guide to upgrades. This helped tremendously in planning budgets and costs and determining affordability. I really liked their Choice options with give you the flexibility with the floor plan of making adjustments without having to pay additional for certain changes. Caroline was great at answering any and all questions we had and we felt well prepared to make our decision to purchase at the time of our meeting with her and then subsequently at the design center. We didn’t have that sticker shock moment you can have with other builders on what’s included and what isn’t from a standard vs upgrade perspective. The building process had its challenges that were beyond Beazer’s control due to outside factors with supply issues as well as other matters with the developer but I did like how Beazer kept us in the loop of what they could. With the supply constraints they got out in front of whatever they could and worked around as many issues as possible. Todd, our Construction Manager was great at that. He kept us informed and kept it honest with where things were which was a tremendous help when managing expiring leases and moves that we had to coordinate. No building process is perfect, especially with all the different trades that you are dealing with, but Todd’s approach and his attention to detail made me feel confident in the process. Any issues (minor) that would come up or we’d notice, he either would have already been in process of addressing or would jump on it quickly. This was our second new construction home loan purchase and I can say even with the delays from the outside factors, this process was much better than our first and I do think it had a lot to do with the transparency and way that both Caroline and Todd are and care about providing good service and a good product. This is our forever home, but if we had to build again, Beazer would definitely be a first choice. ... More

We went with a new construction home by Beazer for our first ever home purchase. We also used one of their choice lenders and had a great experience. They were very communicative throughout the whole process, providing progress pictures every week and were always quick to respond to emails or phone calls. Eric and Lauren in the sales office were professional, friendly, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Beazer Homes.

Kudos to the Porches & Trailside sales team - Lisa, Eric, and Lauren!! My daughter purchased her first home and Lisa & Eric made it so special! Because I love the Beazer product so much, I sold my home in San Diego and purchased a Beazer home myself. Lisa, Eric, and Lauren made the experience just as special for me! This is our first home with Beazer Homes and found that from start to finish they are very easy to deal with. Sales team - Carmine B. and Detra M. are both very welcoming and answered all of our many questions. Brett makes time for everyone even if its a quick question as he walks by our home, Tobi also is extremely helpful and available to us. Highly recommend Beazer Homes - Juniper Trails!
