Let me tell you our first time home buying experience was just amazing!! Robert, our builder, was just amazing the whole way through. He continually updated me weekly or every time something was done to our home. He was the greatest. If something was going to be delivered late due to COVID he let me know. If there was a time I couldn’t get to the house to take pictures for our family scrapbook then he would take them for me and made sure I had them. He became part of our family and now that our house is completed he continues to ask how is everything. We had some minor work that needed to be tended to after moving in and he made sure the workers were out to fix them without question in a timely manner. After we closed, our Beazer new home rep, Annette, greeted us with open arms and sent us a welcome home cake. This was the most amazing experience ever. Cathy kept me informed every step of the way from the beginning to the end! Jwan is also a great asset to the Beazer team! If had any questions they both were there for me!

The service is far and beyond what is expected. Both the sales team and the customer service team were exceptional. I had the opportunity of working with Jim and Javier and would highly recommend giving them a shot at putting you in your new home as well as taking care of you afterwards.

Excellent Team and very friendly

It was at times a difficult process considering all of the issues throughout the pandemic. However, Ben did a great job keeping us informed and doing everything possible to ensure a smooth process!

The team made everything easy and they were not pushy. When I moved in, a few issues were handled with little disruption. I have never had a new build and I love it.

It was a great experience to see our home being built from ground up. Our new home consultant Samantha was great and kept us up to date. We love our home.

Dewonda was great when we came to check out the condo and she was with her last client so we said will wait it was pass 6pm and she said nope let’s go. We ended up buying two one for me and my son bought. The walkthrough was great with Robin and I can’t remember her partner but it was so smooth and everything was handle for our last walkthrough. Great folks even after moving in.

The buying process was very smooth. Shelley ensured that we had all of our questions answered and kept us updated weekly on the progress of our home. Matthew has been great post move in. He is quick to answer our questions and has ensured that all home maintenance has been completed in a timely manner.

From the start of the home buying process and construction of our brand new home, Abe and Jeff were very easy to work with and are top notch professionals. They made sure my wife and I were informed and happy every step of the way. Any concerns that we had, Jeff made sure to address the concern immediately, no questions asked. Great experience overall.

This was the third home that I have purchased and it was the easiest processes that I have been a part of. Shannon and Joanne were amazing from the beginning to the end of the processes. If I had a question, I could either email or text them and they would reply within a couple hours if not within a couple minutes. They were also extremely friendly and made me feel extremely welcome to the neighborhood. Same goes for Brandon and Jeremiah, they took the time to explain everything about the home and answer any questions I had about the house itself. A++++ great attitudes and no surprises.

The construction manager was very professional and provided updates throughout the process, made it easy for us to know where we were at in the process. Any questions or concerns we had were promptly addressed.

Theresa helped me and my family, and she’s simply the best, nothing beat her honesty and sincerity!!! She carried us along the whole Journey from the day we signed till closing nobody really does that

Was super easy thanks to the helpful team! Amore was super amazing, she made the whole process easy and understandable! Brad was also really helpful, he always made sure we were getting a good home! Overall we’re really happy with our home!!

From the sales rep to the builder responsible for overseeing the construction of my home is without a doubt the best experience. They were always available for my questions and listened to my concerns. Things were addressed and corrected immediately. Excellent home, great service

From the moment we stepped into the Beazer Sales office and models, we were approached by a team of caring Beazer representatives. Shannon and Joann were helpful in pointing out the differences between Beazer Homes and other builders in the area, the integrity of the pre framed stud walls and fantastic insulation to the team assigned to help us once we moved into our home but have been available for support throughout the buying process. Some of the people that assisted us were Troy in design and options to customize our home, Tim the construction supervisor, Jeremiah handling any touch ups and product inspection and Todd too of course. These are not only the people that have assisted us in our new home but just a few of Beazer representatives that have made our new house a home. All on-site Beazer reps (from sales to construction) were beyond professional and responsive in ensuring that all stages of the buying process (to include the end product) met our expectations.

Booked the house in Aug 2021 with pre-defined design options and the house was closed on schedule in March 2022. House has been built to agreed specifications and design options. Minor corrections notified during various inspection stages were resolved appropriately. Overall home buying experience with Beazer was peaceful and satisfactory.

We were initially a bit hesitant, nervous, & skeptical about our home buying process. We didn’t know what to expect & didn’t know if we would feel rushed or uninformed. Thankfully, we received more than what we expected! From the very beginning Donnie has been exceptional! He kept us very informed with every single detail throughout the process. He’s extremely professional, punctual, & empathetic! Not just up until we closed, but he’s remained the exact same even afterwards. We are just so incredibly grateful & so excited that we chose this community!!!!

This was the first time we had built a home so we were a little nervous about it. The entire process was pretty smooth and I feel like we got everything we wanted. We were very specific with our wants and we love our new home so much. Our builder Chris was great and always went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend Beazer.
