The team is excellent in answering all our questions and providing help with little unexpected surprises in our home like leaking kitchen water faucet, readjusting our bedroom door and with touch up paint and fixing the chip in the floor in our Laundry room. We love our new home and hope to spend many happy years here.

I had a truly great experience with Beazer Homes from start to finish. Scott, our salesman, was fantastic — knowledgeable, patient, and always available to answer our questions throughout the homebuying process and even until after closing. Josh, our builder rep, did an excellent job keeping us informed during construction and made sure everything stayed on schedule and completed with the quality he assured me. After closing, Jonathan from the warranty department stepped in to help with a few small items that were left pending. I have such a wonderful experience with all staff members, Liz, Grey, and Billy . This is not our first home but this was our first clean energy environment home . Customers service are on point, Easy to work with , answer all the questions we need . They make you feel like you apart of the family , there to help you through all the process, and even after you moved into the home they are there for you. I recently purchased a home in Goodland from Beazer Homes and couldn't be happier with my experience Craig showed me the house and i fell in love with it instantly. My lender Cindy was also extremely helpful and made my closing process really easy. I can't say enough great things about Bethany. She has been an absolute gem.
