Abe and Joe have been great to work with. Very pleasant and dependable. Unfortunately the customer service team has created the opposite feeling. We have had issues, some even minor, as part of the original punch list that have yet been addressed nor can we get status or update. And we have to keep reminding and explaining issues to customer service team. There have been many occasions where email or texts asking for a status or updates go unanswered and get not response. Our two customer care reps keep throwing each other under the bus and do not communicate well with each other. Jeff, Mike and Patti were the best. Very friendly, respectful, responsive, and extremely helpful. We love the home.

The esthetics of the home are beautiful, but the structure is terrible. I live on bottom two floors of condo. Despite assurances of exceeding sound barrier standards, there is no protection from every movement of your upstairs neighbors and their children. It sounds like Godzilla constantly over my head. Invest in better sound blocking next time. PLEASE.

It has been a great experience for me. Everyone involved in my transaction has been wonderful and very professional. I would highly recommend so far!

My experience in buying my " 1st Home" went so well and all due to Theresa. Just when I thought I was dead in the water she went into " beast mode" and kept on looking until she found me a lender that suited me. Theresa is real good at her job and I would definitely recommend her to other potential home buyers.

Our experience buying from Beazer was great! Above and beyond service, our seller went out of his way to ensure that our situation was taken care of with everyone involved in the process to meet timelines while we were transitioning out of the military 9 hours away.

I love my home and am so glad that I chose Beazer. However, make sure they have fixed and/or replaced all of the items on your final walkthrough list before you proceed to closing. Otherwise, you might be like me waiting 3+ months for them to make those fixes.

Our salesperson was wonderful. We have been in our house for over 30 days and things still are not fixed. We have a switch issue with garage lights, incorrect tile in the middle of the bathroom floor, black silt fence is half falling down (our home is the only home with the silt on our side of the street, the grass is 12 inches high between our fence and the silt) and the back of our home looks trashy. It appears Beazer is more worried about meeting their quota for the month on new sales and forgot about those who have purchased our home and promised to correct items. I feel our corrections are minor and could be finished in a matter of hours. ... More

I have lived in my house for two months and had the sewer pipes back up twice. This last time the sewage backed up into my two downstairs bath tubs. It also overflowed into my garden in the front yard. Totally unacceptable and a health hazard. Beazer sent a plumber out twice to clean out the pipes. There is only one person living in the house and I work six days a week. The plumber has said to me twice the line needs to have a camera put in it to see what is blocking it. Don't be fooled by the response letter you will get from them stating that they will be InTouch with you in two days that never happens. In between my sewer issues I notice my flood light was out on the front side of the house. So I get my ladder out to change the light bulb. I unscrew the light bulb and water starts to poor out of the flood light fixture. I look at the fixture and could see it was not installed correctly. So I call the Senior Customer Care Professional and they send someone to fix this issue. The person who comes to the house just turns the fixture around. They don't think to check the fixture that maybe it shorted out with all of the water in there. I call the Senior Customer Care person again and he tells me to call the warranty department. I call them make a report and I get the same stupid letter stating some one will contact me in two days. We are going on two weeks and i still have not heard from anyone. Lets talk about the HOA. I have lived all over the country and have belonged to many HOA's. I have also gotten the information on the HOA's at closing of all of my homes that i have purchased. I have been in this house for two months and have not heard from anyone. Just to get the pool fob to and act of congress. If you look at the communities Facebook page everyone is talking about it. From reading on the page it turns out that they switch companies managing the HOA and no one knows about it. You would think information would be sent out to the home owners letting them know what is going on. Needless to say this experience in the Waverly has been a big disappointment. ... More

The purchase-to-move-in process was seamless. The quality of the home is top-notch, offering great value for the price. The builder's team was professional, kept their promises, and was always prompt in their responses. We worked closely with Janssen and Staci, amazing customer service from both. For potential buyers: this builder is trustworthy and delivers excellence.

The whole process started off strong with Steve in the sales office. He went out of his way to answer all my questions, walked me through homes, and made sure I ended up with the house and lot I wanted. Steve stayed involved throughout the full project, helping answer questions and keeping me up to date with build. The design studio did a fantastic job helping me stay within budget and get exactly the look I wanted. As someone who is design challenged, I was worried about making selections however, Brittany did a great job. My project manager, Christian, was exceptional. He had great communication thought out he whole build and was very responsive with any questions or concerns. I couldn’t be happier with the way the house turned out. We had been looking for an area to retire to for two years. And during our two-year search we talked to and looked at several home builders between the Myrtle Beach and Summerville area. We wanted to live in a community that had bike and walking trails. And that lots that either backed up to tree line or a pond. We looked at Beazer homes in other areas and liked their product. So, once we decided to make Summerville, SC our new home. Beaver Homes was at the top of our list for home builders to look at in the area. We still did our due diligence and met with the other home builders in the area. However, we still thought Beazer Homes had the best quality product. So, we selected Beazer Homes to build our home here in Summerville, SC. From our very first meeting with Michael (Beazer’s Sales Associate) he was detailed and explained Beazer Homes product and their home buying process. They made the buying process very easy and straight forward. They also treated us like we were part of their extended family. So, it’s not about just building houses for them. It’s much more, it’s about making you feel like you are part of their Beazer Home family. And we loved that about them. They called us every week to let us know the progress they were making on the house. Michael our sales agent, and James were very supportive in the process of selling our home in VA. This is our first home by Beazer Homes. Overall, we're very impressed and pleased with their services. Both Sales Office (Angela, Marry Ann) and builder's team (Chris, Jody) are very professional and responsive. We are also very impressed by the builder's commitment to energy efficiency standards. Our AC unit is very efficient and runs very quiet. If we have to list some areas for future improvement, it has to be the workmanship. For instance, the quality of tile installation leaves much to be desired. Also, we wish our shower had a grab-bar. Given our condo is in a 55+ community, we think every unit should have a grab-bar built-in in their showers as a standard safety feature. ... More

We had a wonderful experience with the purchase of our home. The sales staff and builders were so helpful and always available with any questions or concerns we had. Thank you Beazer for a smooth home buying experience.

Our experience with Beazer was seamless and more than expected. We were out of state and unable to look at our home in person. Our salesman, Frank, went out of his way to provide several videos and answered many questions, along with our agent, for us throughout this process. Additionally, the price of the home and closing costs were adjusted and covered to meet our needs. As for the home itself, we are very satisfied. We do wish there were a few more storage options but we are happy with what we purchased. All items found in the walk-through to be fixed and been taken care of or will be.

Everything’s are ok and the house look nice

Because of the death of our son we haven't been in our new home very long. We found a few things that I know that they wiil take care of.

Brandon the construction manager worked with us from start to finish. We have built several homes in the past and this was by far the best experience we had.

I have had a great experience working with Michael and Wayne. Wayne has been super helpful when I needed anything. I just wish it was more parking, especially for quest. Need more overflow parking available, but other than that, I love it.

It was a great experience.

Over all buying process with Beazer homes went very well. Everyone is very knowledgeable in team and help full. Also home quality is very good.

One thing that scared us before going with Beazer was wondering if the process would be difficult or easy. Well honestly we had a great experience and Beazer made it really easy for us. Kevin who sold us the house was really helpful from the beginning and was quick to answer any questions or assist with any concerns. Corey who helped us with the majority of the building process was great in explaining every detail and helping us have the best experience and best house for us. Also, the design process with Brittany, she made my wife feel seen and heard as to what her vision was. We don’t plan to buy another house but if we did and it was new construction we would go with Beazer again. Great company but the people are the best! ... More

This is my first experience with Beazer Homes, I don't think I would recommend or go for a different builder. They are familiar with current trends in building and their services are commendable.
