Great home buying experience with Beazer homes. They had a good team and were very prompt in keeping us updated with the delays.

The entire process was easy. Communication flowed seamless and I was kept fully informed throughout each step. My house was beautifully constructed and met my ask. I was beyond pleased with the final product.

The realtor Harry, the builder Joe and the design center people were awesome. Beazer homes kept their promise. The contract price never changed, despite the fact that the prices of all building materials went up tenfold nationwide . I am living in my beautiful Beazer home and I am loving it. I wanted to buy a second Beazer home 2 weeks ago, but I didn’t qualify because Beazer does not sell to investors in that subdivision. I have recommended Beazer homes to my friends and family.

We had very few issues with the builders and when they were brought to their attention, they were immediately fixed. We love our new home thanks to Beazer.

We bought this home when all materials were back ordered and delayed so it was frustrating when we had to push the closing date back multiple times. They accommodated to us especially since our rates were raised since we were not able to lock in timely. But the home itself is great and the options and upgrades were great. It’s a lovely home, just unfortunate timing with the delays.

I’m totally excited about my new home! I trust Beazer Homes and they stand by their work and word!

Everything has been great. The only improvement I can think of is the warranty service. There was a guy that was let go for not doing the services and now it’s back logged. So now I have to wait to get my warranty taken care of.

Overall, our experience with Beazer was fantastic. They were extremely responsive throughout the entirety of the process and addressed all of our needs and concerns.
