Their design is unique and they try to use as much quality materials as possible without it necessarily come as upgrade that you have to pay extra.

From start to finish, the staff at Beazers was amazing. Chrissy helping us with viewing the home and getting everything organized to move truly made it easy. Will was great and always on it if we need something looked at or fixed. I have already recommended this builder to friends and would recommend them to whoever reads this review.

I made a mistake of not adding every issue I found during the walk through in the exception list. The construction manager didn't fix more than 50% of the issues I had verbally told. It's a hassle to chase them once you close so make sure you get everything fixed before closing. Although the warranty manager is good but I think I made the mistake of trusting construction manager. I also don't think that the construction process should have taken this long. I was promised that the construction would be completed latest by May(it was march earlier), however they told me June end later. The sales agent even asked me if I would be able to close it 2 weeks earlier and this was just 30 days before the actual closing date, very convenient for him but very inconvenient for me sine I was tied to a month to month lease and I would have to pay rent plus the monthly installment for 15 days. The interest rate kept on increasing during the delays caused for the construction which has resulted in increase monthly installment. Although the sales agent helped me to reduce the cost by 20,000 however the amount is negated by the fact that the overall price was reduced by more than that amount since it was 10 months after I decided to buy the property and the cost I incurred for paying month to month rental for almost 3 months(more than $5000). There are number of smaller issues in the house which can be expected from any builder but the overall build quality is good and I would have given 5 star rating if not for the construction manager who caused all these issues or rather overlooked it while hurrying the closing. ... The entire process of buying our beautiful home has been amazing. We are so glad that we chose Beazer Homes. They made the purchase so easy. Our home has the little extras that makes you feel you have a quality home. They provided all the towel bars which my other new homes did not. They even provided dish soap. The entire Beazer team was great. Very personable. professional, knowable, and really friendly. We worked a lot with Mike. He made sure everything went smoothly and quickly if there were any issues. He did the final walk through with us. He informed us of how everything in the house worked and how and when things should be serviced. He’s funny too. Both Jill and Kelly made our experience easy. Kelly responded to the request/ warranty items and took care of them. She also made sure to hold the contractor accountable when one of the contractors was being difficult. Overall a great home. smooth experience.

The homebuying experience was very smooth, very few hiccups and we were able to tour the property at any time. We were supposed to get weekly updates with pictures which started out consistent, but as the process got further along updates became more infrequent, we never received pictures along the way and communication was a bit lacking at times. Overall, everything went incredibly smoothly and we have had zero issues with our beautiful new home, and we couldn't be happier!

From beginning to end, I couldn’t have had a better experience. Everyone on the staff was nice, helpful, accommodating, and competent. I’m so grateful for my home and owe a lot of gratitude to the Beazer team!

Very good experience before and after paper work

I had been dreaming of buying a new home for years, and when I finally decided to make the move, I knew I wanted to work with Beazer Homes. I had heard great things about their quality construction and customer service, and I was impressed with the variety of floor plans and upgrades they offered. I started my journey by working with Hassan, a Beazer sales consultant. Hassan was incredibly knowledgeable about the Beazer process, and he took the time to understand my needs and wants. He showed me several different floor plans, and he was patient and helpful as I made my decision. Once I had chosen a floor plan, Hassan helped me with the financing and closing process. He was always available to answer my questions, and he made sure that I understood everything that was happening. The construction of my home was overseen by Darius, a Beazer construction manager. Darius kept me updated on the progress of my home, and he was always available to answer my questions. He also made sure that my home was built to Beazer's high standards of quality. I moved into my new Beazer home a few months ago, and I couldn't be happier. I love the way it looks, and I love the way it feels. I'm so glad that I chose Beazer Homes, and I'm grateful for the help of Hassan and Darius. Here are some specific things that I appreciated about Hassan and Darius: They were both knowledgeable and experienced. They were patient and helpful. Our experience was pleasant; from the showing of the house to closing it was all a seamless process. Our Beazer home is so beautiful and spacious, built with quality in mind and we’re soaking in every moment of being in our new home. We’ve also had the pleasure of enjoying the support of the builder and sales agent in ensuring we settle in nicely and comfortably!

They have great choices of houses to choose from. The garage built could be made a little bigger. The one I got is a bit small. 1 or 2 feet extra would be better. The worst part of the house we bought is the HOA property management chosen by Beazer to manage the property, If we knew how bad the property mgmt is, we probably would not have bought the house. No one told us which company manages the property and the HOA until after we closed on the house.

Overall I have had a very good home buying experience with Beazer. Harry my Sales Rep was very responsive during the buying/closing process. Robert my builder addressed concerns before we closed. He has been great even after closing making sure every question I have had is answered. Everyone has been very fast to respond and take care of any questions or concerns.

Our overall home buying experience has been great since we decided to have Beazer build us a new home. From the agent in the sales office in the model to the builder himself and the team that work with him, they have all been great to work with. They want to make sure you are happy and go the extra mile to make sure of that. We had them in our home a few times after we moved in to finish some things up that were outstanding. Now that everything is complete and we are getting all settled in the home, we are super happy with the entire experience and love our home. We are so glad that we chose Beazer to build our home. Everything was great from the start with the sales office to the very end!!!!

I have avoided doing this review because my experience with buying my home had a few bad experiences for me. Although I love the final product there were several things the sales person neglected to inform me about. The two major items were the lot he put me on and the designer upgrades he did not explain in full detail. It made me feel that because I was a female he felt he could get things past me, which he did. I would appreciate that my review not be published. Thank you.

I can't say enough good things. You can tell everybody on this team is passionate about what they do. I love my house and the process was so easy I couldn't believe it.

New to Arizona and after spending alot of time looking at new and used homes my wife and I found Beazer Homes. We looked at several Beazer homes, liked them all. We made our decision and bought our new home. With the help of Janine, Shawn and Fiorella our home buying experience went extremely well! They are an asset to your company.

My experience was a success.

when we came the first time to see the model home one thing, the mention was the quality of finishing. was superior from other companies. but when we moved, we found out a lot of issues. the first issue was the AC was not cooling enough need to rum almost 24/7, second issue was a leak in the ceiling not to mention this house id two storage units. the third issue was cool air coming out of the walls also some hosebit outside is clogged. and other minus issue.

Our builder Paul was excellent and was always accessible and willing to walk us through what would be going on each week. He really was a godsend. Would buy with Beazer again
