- Builder and management coordinated quite good during our home buying process from beginning to end - There were few issues however, builder addressed it well - 1 month and 1 year warranty checks are really helpfull, that'll allow us to get the issues fixed which are not identified in the beginning

The sales team (Lisa and Eric) were amazing thought the entire process. We received pictures of the progress as it was pretty difficult for us to get out to the site at times. They kept us up to date on our timeline and answered our many questions. Extra bonus to the entire Beazer team for having absolutely no delays during the entire process! I would definitely choose Beazer as my next home builder!

We chose this community for a reason, perfect location and most importantly a great builder. The sales team, interior design center and general contractor were great, there was always communication throughout the building process. Overall it was a very good experience.

Brian & Paul were great to work with in Chalk Hill Celina. There were a few issues after the home was completed. They are doing their best to complete them. It's a tough time to buy a home right now. I did go through the mayhem and it was not as bad. This is a good company that does what they say.
