I love my Home. It is the best build home I have purchased. The construction and the personnel I've dealt with have been wonderful. The Assistant Construction Manager Branon has gone over and above in addressing my concerns and followed through with each of them, this has been my best experience in a new home purchase. I will always consider a Beazer home in the future.

I would like to say that this is our third beazer home purchase in my family and it has been the best experience. The reason for this is Lauren, she was so helpful, kind, informative, quick to answer any questions I had and she even gave us a care package when we moved in! She really cares about her clients and it shows! Purchasing a home can be stressful but Lauren made it easy and kept us up to date with progress photos. Thank you so much!

This is the second new home we built. While we started our home build process full of excitement about settling down and getting rooted in a community, we entered the process with trepidation because our first build process was very stressful. Our nervousness quickly dissipated, and our excitement grew throughout the process, from the initial purchase to the final move-in. Kevin and Kyle were friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive and did an excellent job keeping us informed throughout the process. Their weekly communications, including videos and photos, helped us prepare for a smooth move. They were also very personable, as we often found ourselves conversing about our families and work. It was clear early on that this was not simply a business transaction. We are also extremely satisfied with the quality of the home build. We had an independent inspector walk the home and provide a detailed report of issues to address before closing. Our independent inspector asked us who the builder was and stated that our home was "VERY well built." He mentioned it was clear to him that the build team was thoughtful and detailed in how they built the house. Not only was the build structurally sound, but the home is also BEAUTIFUL. We could not be more pleased with how our home looks. This is in no small part due to the guidance we received at the design center when selecting our design choices. That process was fun, and our design team helped us make choices that brought the home together nicely and under budget. Philip and Jessica were up close and personal. Kept us informed the entire process. Went out of their way every week as we completed our build. They truly went over and beyond and continue to check in to be sure we are happy and satisfied. We are highly impressed with the Beazer family in our process of building.

For the most part it’s been a good experience other than a few things that have really bothered me. For instance, my home had a bunch of things that needed to be fixed, but it has now been 3 months and these items still have not been taken care. I have continued to check on these and there is no communication on these items. Also upon receiving the keys to my house, nobody has walked us through setting up our gate code, or how the HOA works, or where anything is. I just feel like they handed us keys and said figure it out. For a first time homebuyer experience I have felt rushed through the whole process and then forgotten about. Quick and smooth process. Customer service is there when you need it the most.

Been a great experience overall. There were a few hiccups in the process, but our builder Lee was proactive and fixed them as they came up. Lee has been a pleasure to work with and has gone above and beyond to make sure we were up to date and satisfied with the entire process. Communication is one of Lee’s greatest strengths!

This was my first experience on buying a new home. My Salesman Joel and John kept me in the loop though out the whole process of the build. I will recommend Beazer Homes to all my friends and family. This was a great experience

Our best and joyous experience started with beazer homes from Sales Office before Contract and it continued to this date even after move in. Just like any new construction house we had some issues upon move in but they were all promptly taken care of. Our Project Manager Chase and Sales Manager Slater both are very supportive and dealt with us exceptionally well. We recommend beazer homes to any family!

This is my first home, and I was so nervous with the process as it is new for me. But the way the Sales Manager, Beazer representatives, helped all the way in the process is very appreciated and I am grateful for that. I recommend Beazer Homes if you are looking for a modern design home with all the beautiful interior at a very reasonable market price.

Beazer made the experience very smooth and easy! Was totally hassle free! Travis and Keith were A-1 all around perfect!

My tile floor was fine at final walkthrough. When I got the keys the grout was a mess. It was spotted , discolored and looked terrible. I waited 30 days for this issue to be repaired. My furniture for those 30 days were camping chairs. It made no sense for me to move all my furniture in and then move it out for the repair. The front bedroom window is crooked and has to be pulled out and replaced. Two other windows are very tight to open and close. Both drawers in the bathroom cabinet rub on the counter when opening and closing. The cabinet is also missing trim pieces and the corner of the kick board. The cabinet in the master bath is missing the entire kick board. I have no idea how these issues even passed inspection. It’s obvious to me Beazer’s choice of contractors would have to be questioned. They were either in a hurry or their skill level was near the bottom of the scale. I have been in the house seven weeks. There does not appear to be any sense of urgency to make all these repairs. I would not recommend a Beazer home to anyone. This has been the most disappointing and depressing time of my life. I actually had to start depression medication for the first time ever. The buying process with Beazer was surprisingly very easy. I had 1 issue after moving in and it was fixed fairly quickly. To date I have had no negative experiences with Beazer!

We had very high expectations for Beazer Homes especially for their build quality, but are very disappointed with the quality of the house, as we are noticing many issues with the build, and a very poor response from the construction manager. We were promised that the pending items will be fixed 45 days after closing, but the construction manager stopped responding right after we moved in. This is our second house and we felt that our first house build by a different builder was much better. I find it very hard to recommend Beazer Homes to my friends or family member. My experience with Beazer Homes has been great. There was support every step of the way and staff kept me abreast every week on the completion status of my townhouse. Concerns were responded to quickly and always with positive results. I would recommend Beazer Homes to anyone purchasing a new home.
