Joe has been very helpful with our transition to our new home.

This builder was able to handle all my needs and were very flexible with my time frames. They make sure they get the job done correctly at all times and make sure to listen to the homeowner when they're addressing their concerns.

Throughout our home buying experience Dan and Elizabeth kept my fiancé and I informed on the status of our home and were very quick to respond to us when we had additional questions or concerns that came up. Now that we are moved in I can say that we are very pleased with the home that we've gotten. They have lived up to every promise that was made to us. We couldn't be happier!

John, James and, Leigh-Brooke are awesome people. They all worked so hard on our Dream to make it come true. They were very helpful in every way of the house buying process. They communicated effectively each week during the house construction to inform us about the process. They made sure at the orientation and closing that everything is working well. Mike is a fantastic person and builder. He provided updates on the home and sent pictures often. Most importantly he always answered all my calls and got back to me promptly. Super professional, attentive and trustworthy. He truly made this experience enjoyable for our family!!

I will always recommend Beazer Homes to friends & family looking for a home. This is my first home and I was very nervous to purchase, but from beginning to end, the experience was so smooth-sailing. I did a lot of shopping around the Las Vegas valley and I’m so happy I went with Beazer. My home was built in the timeframe they said it would and it exceeded all my expectations. They continue to provide excellent service well past the move in period. Every single person I’ve encountered on behalf of Beazer has been nothing but pleasant and professional.

My overall experience with Beazer was great! My foreman took the time and still does to this day, to answer any questions I may have about my property. He and his team are the absolute best and I am very grateful and thankful that I decided to go Beazer versus anywhere else. You guys have a masterpiece here!

Wayne the builder always kept me informed throughout the entire process. He answered all questions, provided updates and even provided assistance after the home buying process was over. I had a leak in my kitchen ceiling through the vent caused by the HVAC and I called Wayne. He came over to assist me with the problem. He knew Immediately what the cause of the leak was which was the HVAC and he shut off the HVAC to prevent further leaking which would have caused damage in my ceiling. I had no idea where the leak was coming from nor how to stop it. He advised me to contact Beazer customer care since I was still under the 1 year warranty and someone came out to fix the problem that evening which happened to be 8 hrs later. I definitely appreciate the assistance during and after this entire process. He checked back later that day to ensure that someone had fixed the problem. The people involved in the sales process were great. Made everything understandable.

The builder continually engaged me to ensure I understood where they were in the building process. This was very much appreciated. I never had to guess as to what was happening with my new home.

Chris went above and beyond from the time we set foot through the door. He helped us every step of the way, and continues to help us with any questions or concerns that we might have. Jeff played a vital role also, stepping in whenever Chris was not around. Adam is always helpful with day to activities and settling into our new home. Great Team! They are an asset to your organization, and if I will be heavily inclined to buy a Beazer Home if I have to move again.

They made it so easy to buy a house. They were excellent at communicating details every step of the way.

Beazer was consistent from the very onset. Communication was great, and the entire home purchase process was clearly laid out. The beazer team was always available to provide any needed information.

The whole process was smooth and great. The planning was on point and our home was delivered on the promised date. Lisa S was very responsive and kept us regularly updated on the progress and took the time to respond to our questions during the buying process and even after the closing.

I can’t express how easy Josh and Sean made the process with the purchase . Being a furry tint home buyer you don’t know really what to expect , such as the timelines of finishing the home . I got weekly calls to go over the progress and they were always very honest about any delays . Furthermore , during the end of the build they made sure to address any issues the home had . I appreciate the patience and honestly .

I visited Magnolia Farms when houses first started going up and I’m so glad I bought a house in the development. There are numerous options for the outside, kitchen, and flooring. I lived close enough to see the progress and it was neat to see how the house came together. Beazer did a great job. I love my house!

Great product nice design

The builder was very attentive during the build process. Now that things are starting to settle, there are numerous nail pops, creaking stairs, door knobs consistently falling off (screws are too small for 3 upstairs doors) and baseboard molding falling from the wall going to the basement. Now that we are past construction and no longer working with our construction manger, I hope that these issues are resolved in a timely manner. Joe the construction manager was very attentive during the build process.

It was easy to communicate with the foreman.

Very smooth process and keeps buyer informed of the whole process.

Our Salesman Jason was amazing and was beyond helpful in getting our house built in these turbulent times and Richard our Building Contact did everything he could to make sure we finished and moved in on time and we couldn't be happier with the work that these two did!

Brad and Val were the best part of the entire experience.
