From the very beginning, when I started looking at homes in this neighborhood, Shawn was extremely knowledgeable and informative. He guided me through the whole process, was professional, did a warm introduction to Mike, who oversaw the building project from beginning to end. Mike provided weekly updates and recaps, and was always very professional and ended up extremely ahead of schedule. He has gone above and beyond even after the close of the sale of the house. Awesome Beazer Team and buying experience

I recently had the pleasure of working with Beazer homes to buy my dream home. I was so impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality. I’m always grateful to our construction manager John who is so kind and helpful throughout the process. Overall, I am very happy with my new home, and I would highly recommend Beazer Homes to anyone who is looking to build a new home.

The people are all amazing...great vibes...clean and beautiful

For example, I was charged full price for my kitchen but still have some issues, as equal I still have issues with the color of the stairs they did painted as they wish no mine, and few more details that I will need at least one page to escribe all the issues.

The entire process from beginning to end. Most of my interactions were with Jennifer and Cynthia and both were professional a knowledgeable. Having some home building in my background I was always expecting something to come up to delay the process but those that something never came up. My townhouse is just as I wanted it. Construction Manager Greg agreed to do some lawn work after closing as the nearby house is not finished yet. But after Closing, it is very hard to reach to him and the warranty people also not taking up any of the work and giving other reasons and states construction manager should have done it already. Also, Construction manager wants the rating for him on the same day as Closing which is horrible. They conveniently have the rating process in their Favor. Beazer should run one more review Rating process 45 days after Closing. Bad Experience Overall

Excellent team of people at Beazer! Everyone from start to finish are wonderful! Eileen kept us informed as we moved from East to West Coast! Eileen and Nancy provided us with fantastic service and always communicated with us with pictures, texts and phone calls throughout the whole process. The Builders team was great! Jorge, Nathan and Cameron always answer our questions and address our concerns in a professional and timely manner! Highly recommend Beazer and their wonderful team of people!!

The Beazer home representative was there for me through the entire buying process. Showed me all the features of the home and I was sold. Beazer homes are just the perfect size. No wasted space. I would describe them as efficiently luxurious.

Experiencing the building process was seemless, watching homes built after our home has only reinforced my opinion that Beazer builds a quality home from the ground breaking to delivering a new home to buyers. Thank you!

We purchased a Beazer Duet in The Highlands and closed in May 2023. The sales representative, Pam, has been absolutely fantastic both before and AFTER the sale! Can't say enough wonderful things about her - she is an asset to Beazer! We purchased an inventory townhome and had no input in its design. We noted several issues in our final walk-thru prior to closing. Then noticed several more issues after closing. The tankless water heater made a very loud noise every time the hot water was turned on. After half a dozen reports with a plumber coming out each time, the tankless water heater was finally replaced with a new one (although an older model). Our water takes a VERY long time to get hot, which adds to water being wasted as it runs. I don't know if there are better hot water heater brands out there, but I would recommend that Beazer look into this issue as I am aware we are not the only ones with this complaint. We also have had water leaking into our attic - a roof leak - discovered during two separate rain storms. Beazer sent a roofer immediately both times we found it, but it's disconcerting to know this home had been sitting available for months and the water leak was never discovered. There was also the issue of our pantry room door not being properly installed. Beazer addressed this prior to our closing. There was floor sealant missing from an area in the utility room. We had a dripping and air noise in one of the sinks in the master bath. No sink stopper for the kitchen sink. Rattling noises in the upstairs bedroom AC vent. Broken wood support planks in the attic. Multiple paint touch-ups, re-dos required prior to closing. Dishwasher in place, but not installed and screwed in. Gas stove that makes a banging noise every time we use it AND it causes the temperature in our home to increase by 3 degrees every time we use it. Beazer has worked with us to get things corrected, and we have really appreciated their quick response to most, but not all, issues. But there is no doubt that quality control was completely missed on our particular townhome. Lastly, our two main reasons for purchasing a Beazer townhome was because we were VERY excited to know that as owners, we would not be responsible for maintenance or insurance on the dwelling itself. In a recent HOA meeting, all that changed, which has left us feeling like a "bait and switch" victim. We are now responsible for providing all maintenance and a full homeowners policy, as opposed to the previously purchased (and much less expensive) "walls in" policy we had to have at closing. We have been here about 6 weeks and those are significant changes that, had we know of this prior to closing, we probably would have just purchased a single family home in this community. We do understand the rising cost of property insurance. But our two top reasons for purchasing the Beazer Duet are now gone - maintenance and insurance. I am not sure at this point that I would recommend the Beazer Duet experience to others. ... More

They constructed my highland, master bathroom counter top with 2 broken piece, underneath the bathroom sink is already leaking barely a month of moving in, electricity switch for the fan and light in the living room is not working. They are very pricey and their work is below standard.

We love the floor plan and layout. The construction process was not what we expected. The process was frustrating to say tue least. The project was managed by absentee project managers, could not complete the home on multiple close dates, moved 4 times due to not being able to keep the home in schedule and having to re do items over and over. I understand todays issues, trade inexperience , material issues and shortages etc. however the supervision of the homes is lacking horribly at the very least, without picking on every item and every issue needs to he addressed, and not to mention training and understanding how to verify trade performance i was involved in 2 home purchases for our family in the same subdivision months apart and the experience was not pleasant. I can say that at least the customer service personal, Leslie, Lori have been stellar in helping resolve all the construction issues we have experienced. Kudos to the customer care department. I assure you the survey would reflect a lot more negative due to the construction process but the customer care dept has handled all our concerns top notch, things that should never reach the service department. Thanks to them we ate beginning to enjoy our new home. I can honestly say things and processes have changed since i worked there and not for the best. I selected Beazer due to my past knowledge of the way they operate and i should have did more researched them more prior. ... More

I am very happy and satisfied with my new house. The staff of Beazer homes Alex, Nick and Ariany excellent professionals committed and dedicated staff to offer all their efforts so that the client feels fully satisfied and satisfied in the new home. God bless you greatly, it is an excellent decision that we made to be part of this community.

We love the floor plan and fixtures. Our only concern was with the Project Manager. 6 weeks in and we already have some issues with the bathroom, kitchen, and other areas that were not installed properly. Honestly these problems could have been avoided if the PM was more competent.

Very helpful with providing information and assistance

Our experience with Beazer has been nothing but wonderful! From signing our contract, meetings with our construction manager to closing, it was such a smooth process! We are so thankful we chose Beazer homes!!

What I like most about the home buying process with Beazer was the customer service process and the helpful team members from going under contract, to the final closing walk through. The team went above and beyond to ensure the home was ready for closing, and any issues was addressed immediately. I am 100% satisfied with my home purchase. On a side note, I love the HVAC system, Beazer did a great job with system selection and having more then one system work seamlessly together (HVAC, Dehumidifier, Air Purification).

I first thing I would like to say about these three gentlemen from the beginning of the build of my new home all three proved to be very professional I would like to commend Beazer Homes for Hiring professional people on their staff

The Beazer team made my first home-buying (with a new build, no less) experience an amazing one! I connected with Marquee Loans through their Beazer's Choice program and Justin was still working to improve my mortgage package at the 11th hour before closing. Dawn and Michal at the sales office were a great team and always very warm and welcoming when I came in, and Michal provided photos to show the progress on the house, which was much appreciated considering since we couldn't take the time to come out too often. James did a great job walking through the features of the house with us and answering questions about what we'd want to keep in mind for later projects. He and Gabe did a great job delivering our home on time and in excellent condition. With that said, the super minor things that came up (doorbell stopped working, something got stuck in the garbage disposal), Mike was ON it, in one instance even popping by to take a look since he happened to be in the neighborhood checking on something else.
