Good quality so far no issues can't complain

Unfortunately, the sales representative has been unreachable since signing the contract, leading to difficulties in the delivery of keys after the closing process. Additionally, they misplaced my mailbox keys, resulting in a delay of three to five days to obtain a replacement key despite numerous efforts and phone calls. The poor quality of workmanship by their contractor further added to the challenges. However, I must commend Construction Manager John for his exceptional humility and responsiveness. He attentively listened to all of our concerns and proactively collaborated with the contractor to address them in a timely manner. His efforts greatly improved our overall moving experience. Warrant people are horrible. No more quality work. So many corners cut on the build as well.

I was kind of upset about my purchase with Beazer Homes. This is my 2nd house and the second experience was not good. I have a lot of issues, some ot them still not resolved. Jason, my sales person was the best, but the builder…

The best thing was going through the process with my project manager Hunter. He made the process super easy, and he really took care of all my concerns and made sure I was satisfied every step of the way. He was extremely thorough, but most importantly very responsive. Anytime I had a question or concern I could expect it to be addressed immediately. We are loving our new home and neighborhood.

Beazer is customer-focused and driven; they committed to communicating with me weekly and did just that! The processes they have in place are top-notch, from the beginning and they deliver. I encourage anyone looking to build or to just purchase a new home to stop into Beazer.

Love this Duet living. Beazer takes pride in their attics and infrastructure. Some of that could have been transferred to some everyday upgrades i.e. larger shower in master. Builders might get some very competitive floor plans for future developments, if they asked existing homeowners -"what we would change".

Good communication from new home sales consultant. Well built homes. Very little warranty repair work after move in. Good fit and finish throughout the entire floor plan. Only suggestions for improvement would be to provide two trees in backyard, larger than 60 ft wide lots at this price range, add under cabinet lighting and upgraded quieter dishwasher as standard features. Tankless water heater is an awesome system.

Jeff the builder kept us updated with with a weekly video & we would have a weekly call with Jeff & Monica. We were kept well informed. We were very pleased with the experience of buying our home from Beazer.

The home buying experience was awesome. Just a little unhappy with the noise over head the floors are thin for the cost you pay for your home.

Too much communication back and forth and being sent to other people to loop them in instead of CCing them in the email. Laundry room mistakes and having a hard time reaching the warranty team to come fix the dryer air duck so I can dry my cloth.

This is a great crew to work with, everyone is friendly and vary helpful.

Overall experience with Beazer was a pleasure. They were on it and communicated with me direct everyday and week to notify us what was being done next to our beautiful home. Guy that does by D super was amazing and very detailed on our walk throughs. The home really is a energy efficient home. Amazing work by beazer. I highly recommend them

Just bought my first home and Beazer and the whole team made this the most easy process. I was waiting for an email until I got to the closing office waiting for something to go wrong. I loved the weekly phone calls for updates. All my questions were answered and everything was told thoroughly. House was done and closing right on time! The few issues I've had (minor like drain not draining) has been addressed and scheduled same day. I love the area and the home and its modern feel. 10/10 recommend!

D has been so helpful in getting our house issues resolved. Always followed up about contractors and resolutions. So happy he was on our team!

I will continue to speak highly of beazer homes. JOE the warranty guy is a great person and employee to beazer to deal with. Everytime I have a issue he is right on it and gets it fixed in a timely manner.

When we came to look at the house.. an when I took our 8 month old in the grass.. Carmine new we were gonna be happy in our home.. I can’t express how happy me an my family have been here. Carmine, Detra, an Tobi make us feel like family.. it is so peaceful an calm over here .. couldn’t be more happy here with my family. Thank you to the builders as well they have done an amazing job.

It was clear that attention to detail and quality control varied greatly. When we raised our concerns, we were met with excuses and blame directed towards the construction manager. Such a response only served to diminish our confidence in Beazer Homes and their commitment to delivering reliable and consistent construction standards. Beyond the issues we encountered, it is crucial to emphasize the importance of owning up to mistakes and taking responsibility for them. While it is understandable that no construction process is flawless, the manner in which these issues were handled left much to be desired. A reputable home builder should be accountable for the shortcomings and actively work towards rectifying them, rather than deflecting blame onto their own team.
