Great customer service. Wayne, the GC is a total dream. I had a really smooth transition into my home once I closed and Wayne is still there for me if I need him.

We have built 2 homes and were pleased to have both building experiences with Beazer Homes. Our last home that we closed in 2021 was not easy for the builder due to the strain of the pandemic on the work force, supplies, etc. That being said, we received weekly updates, excellent customer service and ended up with an absolutely beautiful home. Our builder was always available for questions and made sure all issues were taken care of ASAP. You could tell he wanted to deliver the best product possible and wanted to make sure we were happy with our home. The finished product was more than we could ask for!

The culture at Beazer impressed me the most; everyone from the front line sales (Sarah), to the supervisory construction manager (Mischelle), to the customer service (Bill); has been a seamless and pleasurable experience. There are many forward looking features offered in Beazer homes that you may not find with other builders. The smart money says give this builder a try, I doubt you will be disappointed.

These guys maintained pretty good quality of home building process. After closing also they always help out with any issues quickly. All are pretty good supporting cast.

Overall the home is great their are some areas I will have to fix the border on the steps needs touch up. Tina and Oscar was awesome

You have to adjust your expectation building a new home during Covid. There were many unexpected delays but Beazer did a excellent job communicating with us on weekly calls to keep us updated and informed. Their follow up and customer care after we closed is very good. They really want to make it right with the new home owner after the sale is finalized. I was impressed with their commitment to customer satisfaction.

This builder was able to handle all my needs and were very flexible with my time frames. They make sure they get the job done correctly at all times and make sure to listen to the homeowner when they're addressing their concerns.

Throughout our home buying experience Dan and Elizabeth kept my fiancé and I informed on the status of our home and were very quick to respond to us when we had additional questions or concerns that came up. Now that we are moved in I can say that we are very pleased with the home that we've gotten. They have lived up to every promise that was made to us. We couldn't be happier!

Mike is a fantastic person and builder. He provided updates on the home and sent pictures often. Most importantly he always answered all my calls and got back to me promptly. Super professional, attentive and trustworthy. He truly made this experience enjoyable for our family!!

I did a lot of shopping around the Las Vegas valley and I’m so happy I went with Beazer. My home was built in the timeframe they said it would and it exceeded all my expectations. They continue to provide excellent service well past the move in period. Every single person I’ve encountered on behalf of Beazer has been nothing but pleasant and professional.

My overall experience with Beazer was great! My foreman took the time and still does to this day, to answer any questions I may have about my property. He and his team are the absolute best and I am very grateful and thankful that I decided to go Beazer versus anywhere else. You guys have a masterpiece here!

Wayne the builder always kept me informed throughout the entire process. He answered all questions, provided updates and even provided assistance after the home buying process was over. I had a leak in my kitchen ceiling through the vent caused by the HVAC and I called Wayne. He came over to assist me with the problem. He knew Immediately what the cause of the leak was which was the HVAC and he shut off the HVAC to prevent further leaking which would have caused damage in my ceiling. I had no idea where the leak was coming from nor how to stop it. He advised me to contact Beazer customer care since I was still under the 1 year warranty and someone came out to fix the problem that evening which happened to be 8 hrs later. I definitely appreciate the assistance during and after this entire process. He checked back later that day to ensure that someone had fixed the problem. The people involved in the sales process were great. Made everything understandable.

The builder continually engaged me to ensure I understood where they were in the building process. This was very much appreciated. I never had to guess as to what was happening with my new home.

Chris went above and beyond from the time we set foot through the door. He helped us every step of the way, and continues to help us with any questions or concerns that we might have. Jeff played a vital role also, stepping in whenever Chris was not around. Adam is always helpful with day to activities and settling into our new home. Great Team! They are an asset to your organization, and if I will be heavily inclined to buy a Beazer Home if I have to move again.
