Great experience with the building and purchase of the house.

Very smooth very professional and easy

The best part about buying our home was the sales consultant. She was thoughtful and knowledgeable about the home process. We do have a lovely home, but there are lot of incomplete details that still need to be done on the home after close.

I’m very happy to share my experience with Beazer homes, especially with the closing date and the after moving team, the Beazer team is amazing, especially Alex and Greg, the support offered by Alex is really satisfactory he understands everything and teaches us very clearly , I recommend and thank the entire Beazer Homes Team

Beazer has great team members, combined with quality construction and attention to details is phenomenal, Beazer’s team members constantly strive to deliver the best possible experience and great value to home buyers. Beazer’s New Home Counselor Shannon is the best. Shannon is very friendly, knowledgeable, easily approachable, Shannon has a lot of experience, patience and clarifies our questions to the fullest satisfaction with prompt proactive follow-ups. Just for Shannon's exemplary work ethics and the way she is friendly we definitely want to come back and buy more homes from her in the future. Its extremely hard to find someone with such a positive vibration all the time no matter what time of the day you call, often we feel tiered after a long day at work, even on calls late in the evening regarding construction status, questions on building process or escrow documents Shannon is always very bubbly, energetic, happy to take our calls, helped us resolve them with utmost urgency and her positive energy is infectious. Joe is very knowledgeable, approachable and very helpful, Joe understands and accommodated our request for a remote final walk through over video call, that saved us 5 hour driving to the property. Joe even had a custom content prepared to help new homeowners navigate common questions, kind of checklist and useful youtube videos that's very thoughtful and extremely helpful. The Docusign with the agreements we signed; I could see the difference in the language used, where the important questions as a homeowner is all answered proactively and deliberately addressing them directly instead of the legal jargons that tells something that Beazer really care, transparent, educates, want to help the homeowner focus and understand the key items on the agreements signed. Welcome kit with Simplifi Connect Internet connection is thoughtfully put together and very useful, that tells Beazer cares about the homeowner! To sum it up, its a great home buying experience. Beazer Homes are definitely one of the top notch builders in the metroplex with fine finishes and excellent quality homes. We recently had the pleasure of working with Jay and the team at Beazer Homes. Jay was always helpful, thoughtful, and responsive in answering our many questions and navigating the process for the first time home buying. Also My realtor Justin Joseph to find my family's dream home and we cannot recommend them enough.

From the moment we walked into the model office and throughout the purchasing process, we were kept up to date and all of our questions were answered throughout the process. The design center was a breeze with numerous choices and no up-sales pressure. Helpful and knowledgeable about products offered. Before and after closing, the warranty reps, ensured our home was ready for move in and that any items/concerns we had were taken care of in a timely manner. Very easy process great communication

I thought building a home would be better and more rewarding than buying a used home but it’s just a major headache. From the lack of quality work, to customer service after closing is horrible! There are things getting fixed that should’ve been taken care of prior to closing and it’s still ongoing. During closing, a few things were missed that just prove how much these workers do not care (from light fixtures not secured, gashes in the walls, grout and chipped cabinets, lack of paint on doors, paint on hinges, nails all over the backyard, poking through the roof etc.) and the list goes on and on. I would tell anyone ALWAYS have your own inspector and make frequent visits throughout the building process because you will definitely find a lot of issues that should not happen with a new home! I wish I could do this myself because no one cares as much as you do but just know it’s you who is footing the bill so be persistent in getting things corrected and built the right way! ... More

Great service and good quality home built

First time of buying a brand new house and I’m so fortunate to meet my dream home built by Beazer. Very stylish and modern design, super smart and energy efficient configurations, great home plan maximizing use of every sqft. I couldn’t ask for more. Big shoutouts to Joe, John and Maria for doing their 200%, making everything so smooth and offering so much care to us.

We couldn’t have asked for a better first time home buying experience. From start to finish we were guided through the whole process and the entire team helped us through each step. We’ve been in our home over a month now and still can’t believe we are living in our dream home! As the title says…Beazer doesn’t build just houses, they build dreams.

I’m very happy with my experience. Chris J was such an amazing person to work with through the building process. He made sure everything was done right. He went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed, even after closing. He’s very knowledgeable, professional and responsive. I would highly recommend him any time, and any day!

Great experience overall and great service provided by all staff!

First of all, the sales person Sanjeev did not tell me anything about what was going on with the house I bought. Later I found out there was a person who had contract but did not buy the house. Sanjeev only told me I was not able to make any changes to the house they were building because peleevious potentail buyer picked all the materials he/she wanted. If I knew this I would have expected what might happen later I move in. So I have lived in this house almost 2 months and I don't have cabinet hardware. I contacted the builder there was no order for it. What kind of new house is built without any cabinet hardware? I Sanjeev told me what the situation was I am I would bought them and installed them. I am so disappointed and upset with whole situation. Also before closing, I had inspection report that pointed out what needed to be addressed before closing date. Of course there were things that weren't fixed and I understood and Sanjeev ensured that since Beazer is big company that it will take care of any issue after move-in. After I moved in there some issues with AC, water heater, etc but it takes long time to warranty to come out to repair them. Now I can't even get hold of builder any more after I gave them a good survey. Again I am so disappointed and regret I should have listened to my buddy who also was so upset with Sanjeev for being so rude to him when my buddy was on house hunting. To be honest, I would not recommend this company to my friends, I don't want my friends to have bad experience because buying a house is very important decision you have to make. I am a second time buyer with Beazer and with great reason. The process is flawless and any questions are explained completely. Details are given throughout the stages of building and the team takes the time onsite to show you when, how and why they proceed methodology to provide a solid energy efficient home. I had a smoke/carbon monoxide detector fail and 1 phone call had someone onsite the same day with a resolution. This team in Estrella Mountain Ranch (Acacia Foothills) takes pride in workmanship from sales to close.

Again Rob and Brandon were significant in the sale of my home. They keep me informed weekly about the building process and details of how things worked.

Donnie the building manager is lazy and only worried about a review. He will do anything you need until you give him a review. He told me to make a bad review on dahlia and now that we have mice in our home, he can't help. His construction people are disgusting and leave food and trash and drinks everywhere which bring mice into a home you just paid 300,000 for. It's repulsive.

All staff members and construction crew were a pleasure to work with and accessible whenever needed

I love my new home very nice well built lots of space very comfortable Wayne was the Greatest very down to earth very knowledgeable and supportive very dependable any problems you have he get it asap . Beazer homes highly recommend

Monika Newman was a wonderful & very knowledgeable sales rep who made the whole buying process very easy to follow. She had the perfect personality for the job & really presented herself as a community ambassador of sorts. I was saddened to learn however that she's no longer working for Beazer. There will be a void in her space, not everyone is as personable as she was.
