I started with Besty the salesperson and felt very comfortable and assisted front start to finish then for my final walk through Leah was just as amazing and professional as Betsy overall I am very pleased with new home purchase

The builder Terry and Beaver representative Megan, have been extremely helpful with the process. Our only complaint is the quality of the appliances that were installed. It would have been nice to be able to pick what we wanted.

My wife and I purchased our new Beazer home in late October. Chris, David, & Brittany from the Beazer Group helped make our home purchase and move-in experience very pleasant. Our new home and neighborhood are amazing! We knew we had found our dream home the first time we saw it. Timber Hallow is a conveniently located neighborhood and we absolutely love it here.

Beazer has an energetic sales team ready to show you around the community and help with site visits. We liked energy efficiency aspects of the homes and upgrade options available during the construction phase. There were many walk through appointments starting with the sales team, the construction supervisor, a final walk through, and you can bring in your home inspector if you choose to do so. Both Shawn and Pierre were very communicative and understanding about any concerns or questions we had, took the time to answer them and provided explanations. When we did final walk through, Pierre came with us and was tapping/flagging items we didn't even notice, which really highlighted to me that he was looking in our best interest rather than just getting us out quickly, which was something I appreciated.

Nick, Toby, and the gang made everything very easy for us and their knowledge and commitment to my son's new home made us feel like we made the right choice! We will always consider Beazer for our future properties and investments!

We had a great experience building our new home with Beazer. Nathan was extremely detail-oriented and meticulous about delivering the best possible house for us. He kept us informed along the way. I felt confident that we were in good hands. I would definitely build another home with Beazer and Nathan! Awesome!!!

These homes are beautifully built. The sales staff is amazing. My only complaint is the information on the HOA, no town was listed on application, wasting time to apply for a fence. Assumed it was in little river. To date I still have not received my fob to access the pool and community house. Also could have been given information on Garbage days and recycle

I had a smooth Buyer Experience. My builder was conscientious and precise in the weekly progress calls. The builder agent was great to work with and accessible and prompt in her follow-up. I have had several home building and buyer experiences with other builders. I found the team at Avondale Park to be responsive during the building process and attentive with prompt followup after I moved in. Based on my experience I would highly recommend Beazer Homes.
