We had a great experience overall and anytime there was an issue, they were quick to step in and rectify the situation. The home is very well built as well. We are very happy with our purchase!

Our experience with Beazer was great and as painless as possible. Even with hiccups and weather delays our builder was great to keep us informed and provide reassurance for any concerns or questions we had. Our finished product is more than we could have dreamed for and my little family is beyond happy with our home. Jason and John are the best to work with in Amira.

Got cracks in concrete drive way within few days and faced few other quality issues. Good thing is customer support post closing or warranty period.

Beazer's build quality is top-notch. We haven't had any issues with our home since we moved in almost 4 months ago. Their claim of building an energy-efficient home does not disappoint! We find that we only need to run our heater or AC for a very short period of time and the temperature in the home is well-balanced in all of the rooms. In addition, the open floor plan and even the standard options are of great quality. Lastly, Beazer Homes truly care about our overall satisfaction. They are serious about getting feedback on our experience and they are very responsive and have taken action in everything we have presented to them. This includes every aspect of our home-buying journey from negotiations with the contract, choosing options at the design studio, the construction period, closing escrow, and even after moving in. We are so happy and extremely satisfied with choosing Beazer as our builder and would not hesitate to buy another Beazer home in the future. Its my first home and I am Loving it..

Having Brewer as our PM has been a great experience through our whole process with his weekly updates and when we moved into the home of making sure everything has been smooth. He has been very good a setting everything to be fixed in the house on things we didn’t catch until we moved. Brewer has been outstanding.

After our first month in our Beazer Duets townhome, we couldn’t be more pleased. The features, decor and top notch build quality have made for a beautiful home that hits the mark for both form and function. The service and responsiveness to any questions or concerns have been met with prompt replies and excellent customer care.

I had a good experience buying the home after having to fight for some changes. However, after the purchase, there were people coming around to pressure me into using them for home, car Insurance and security system that were affiliated with Beazer. As a recently widowed woman, this was all very stressful for me. I felt pressured to go with these companies, and since then have had issues with them and cancelled services. I do not recommend people coming around to pressure homeowners to buy their services.

We recently closed on our Beazer home and we couldn’t have had a better experience. Alex and Greg were exceptional. Special shout-out to Greg. He went above and beyond over and over and over. He checked on things after we closed but before we moved and made sure everything was perfect. Super responsive and one of the most professional guys I’ve been around. Would recommend them to anyone
