In this over fifty five community, the builder considered the most important needs for this age group. The showers with the bench, the higher commodes, nice large rooms , love all the cabinets, and adequate storage. Jarret was always available to show us the condo no matter how many times we came by. The entire experience from start to finish was wonderful. The Gatherings is a beautiful place, I love that it is in Lake Nona. The Veterans Hospital and the community is a plus.

First and foremost, Gary R. was an absolute pleasure to work with. He truly went above and beyond for us as customers and first time homebuyers from our very first visit to see the models. Communication was great, they make sure to update you every step of the way. There’s a lot of ups and downs in buying a home, let alone being apart of a build. Cory and Jenn were incredible along the way.
