The entire process was pretty smooth right from the first visit of model home and final movement in the new house. I haven’t encountered any major issue to be highlighted post moving into the new home, the warranty support team is also very responsive. The promise is what delivered though there will always be slight here and there though team is responsive and cooperative in solving them. I am overall a happy resident of the community and loving my first home through Beazer.

Had a great experience with beazer they are a reliable company and you can count with them every step of the way, even if something needs revision they are quick to fix or replace anything that needs to be done. Special thanks to Greg, Carlis and Abe for being helpful and very patient to address any questions I had along the way and even after closing.

Everything is great. Everyone is great. We know that everytime we do have an issue, that Beazer is behind us 100%. We have nothing to worry about.

The workmanship and the cleaning were not up to standard. Bob was great, keeping me up with the progress of the build.

Bob was the best,always there to answer questions and called once a week with updates.very happy with the home it's 100% what they said it would be.would proudly recommend it to anyone looking to buy

We had a great overall buying experience with Beazer homes in Erwin farms. Our construction manager John was amazing throughout process and the closing process was very smooth.

From walk through to taking occupation went like a dream, Bob has been so helpful and Laura checking in to see if we have all settled well, we are delighted with our new home, will highly recommend Beazer Home

Cindi constantly checked in on paperwork items and went above and beyond to help me feel supported (including taking into account my allergy to plug ins in the show room which was so sweet) Todd the designer is super knowledgeable and friendly and had excellent suggestions, and Joe continues to be amazing with warranty issues to make final adjustments to the home. I feel really good about everything. Thank you, Beazer! I’m looking forward to being where for a long time.

My biggest concern was communication and from the begging it was never a problem questions were always answered and we received regular calls giving us updates. The process went very well and we were brought in for pre drywall inspection as well as post inspection. Honestly we appreciate the amazing Jon that everyone did to make this our new home!!

Overall great experience with Beazer from the moment we signed the contract till the close of escrow and their new home warranty support folks.

We love our new home, we love the people in our new community, and are very happy here. Our sales people were great. the new customer care folks were also great! That said, it took a while to get some major issues fixed (still waiting on a few.) Likely because we contracted during the COVID supply chain issues, the workmanship on our unit is subpar. To Beazer's credit, they did their best to rectify - but some of the initial problems were really ridiculous. Also, and I heard this is true for all residents here, it takes a while for the management company that Beazer uses to provide us building and amenity building access by FOB (We had to enter relatively unsecure codes.) I had a great experience building my house with Beazer. I always had a quick response to questions and Beazer kept me updated throughout the build process. My house took just about a year from our first payment to move in. There were few up's and down's but all sorted out on positive sight at the end, and I am very much happy with my new house.

My wife and I bought our first home and had an amazing experience from beginning to end. Caroline and John kept us up to speed on every step of our home build process. Our home is beyond what we expected. We live the energy efficiency that Beazer homes has.

Both helped me very professionally and patiently throughout my closing experience and move in.

Chris is a great guy who wants to have everything done in your home to your satisfaction. Jill and Theresa were also kind in buying the home.

Everyone here at Beazer Homes were exceptionally great. The sales, builder Manger and customer service counselor provided good customer service from beginning of my home being built and until the final walk through. I am truly blessed.

Since the first day I visit one of the model's Homes, the experience was great! Jason, it was pretty knowledgeable and professional. the Building material and infrastructure of the homes are top-notch. especially the home insulation is the latest in technology. after the sale Jason and Beazer follow throughed with some concerns I had with the home, everything was corrected and fixed.

The house is beautiful! We love living in it. Our family loves coming to visit us. The community is so family friendly. We had a positive buying experience, and look forward to many years in our brand new home!

I was not familiar with Beazer builders. When I started my home search I was sold on the Tollbrothers. Loved the quality and communities. On New Years Eve I came across Creekside Townhouses and met Eileen...... Her hospitality and patience is what lead me to Beazer AND of course the incentives.. The entire process has been EXCEPTIONAL with the Beazer family. Then Alex has been with me throughout this ENTIRE process that assured me I made the right choice...... ANY time I have I reached out Alex has followed up Morning, noon and night Lastly, Ryan has also not missed a beat. On our final walk through we marked items but Ryan had seen other areas that he felt was not satisfactory. With all this being said. I closed 3/29th and I am LOVING my new home. Chris went above and beyond in preparing my home for move-in and making sure that I was completely satisfied. I love my new home and this was a very nice, easy experience for me. I appreciate all that he did to make this an easy transition into my new home.

Up until closing our experience was great but since moving in (4/2023) has been less than great. Appears to be a little problem with quality control. Door knobs were loose and falling off, one of the trees in the front yard has died, sod is slow to green up and has a lot of weeds, the HVAC air filter door won't stay shut, has to be taped, and the laundry room door won't latch. These are fairly small items but we expected better. Warranty response is slow, blaming COVID even though that is over.

Home is good quality and value for the price. Everyone at Beazer made us feel important, and that our house was as important to them as it was to us.
