My experience was great. Everyone was amazing.

I had good relationships with all the stuff brewer,Ryan… they provided me details whenever I contacted them. It was easy going the whole process. Specially BREWER he is is helpful .

I enjoyed the transparency that Jimmy and the sales team gave us! This was a fantastic thing to see.

Theresa was wonderful. She kept me informed ever step of the way. My spouse passed before closing and the whole Beazer team was great,especially her. She answered all my questions without delay. She is a great asset to Beazer.

Justin, Josh, and the entire Beazer Team were fantastic. Communicated clearly and on a regular basis. The home is awesome! And they've been quick and responsive with our minor warranty requests. Highly recommend!!

The process of buying a home in beazor was very smooth. Right from Caroline who was our sales person till Tood who is our construction manager every one was very helpful and shared frequent updates in the process. The only reason i removed a star was due to the design appointment , it was 3 hour appointment which felt very rushed as we had to make more than 100 decisions in that 1appointment. My only feedback would be to have 2 appointments with a gap of a week so that people have time to think through the options and make the correct decision.

There were significant construction delays in the building process. This was not due to COVID as other builders had much faster progress and turn around times. Several items were installed incorrectly, and I had to make weekly visits to monitor progress and point out items that needed to be fixed that were missed by the construction manager. The end result is very nice; however, it took a lot of work and pressing with the construction manager to take my concerns seriously and fix what needed to be fixed.

Everything is great besides my air conditioner isn’t working correctly

My wife and I stumbled on Lockridge Cottages and found a perfect lot. Then to learn we could choose the house floor plan and exterior design just seemed perfect too. The buying process with Rob went so well. The construction supervisor, Janssen along with Rob kept advised on the construction progress weekly. My wife and I were in California, so this communication was invaluable. Janssen learned we had arrived in Tennessee and were staying in a hotel until the house was ready. He pushed up the closing date by 2 weeks so we could move in early. The follow up by both Rob and Janssen has been terrific too. Both are available for any question that has come up. While doing our walk throughs we noted numerous items that had to be handled over 2-3 walk-throughs. The local team working with us did a great job and worked with us even though it took more than one walk through. On the final review, the VP attended and made it very clear we were, in his estimation, taking advantage of the process. We just thought we were doing what was allowed to get it right prior to purchasing. No one had told us that you were only allowed one walk through. When I had this discussion with the VP he stated that if we were not happy, he would be more than ok with walking us over to the offices and cancelling our contract. In essence, take it or leave it. Not sure this is the best way to close a sale. Also, after moving in we found that the walk-in shower leaked quite a bit. We submitted a warranty request but the Warranty contact for Beazer and the rep from the install company said there was nothing they could do. It was within the specifications and was just going to leak. It is a very bad design and I was surprised that your position was that, "that's just the way it is!". I have noted on the Gatherings Facebook page that multiple people are having the same issue. Interesting that once we close, some things are just the way they are. ... More

Overall good experience right from beginning of design and construction. Most flexible to accommodate the changes requested. Quality of the build and materials used is good.

This was my first time purchasing a home, and I am writing this 3 months post closing. The purchase itself was relatively smooth. The build itself is ok and looks great, but I do think they could have spent another $2-10kk on their end to take it to the next level (examples: more paint on drywall, irrigation, soft close toilets - sounds minor but if I am $700k for a home 35 min outside of Nashville I expect these simple things). My builder Chris was quick to action on any issues that came about after move in. I would say you essentially need to get most of the upgrades offered by Beazer - many of my neighbors who didn’t get upgrades are regretting it now. My biggest disappointment was that those who purchased a few months after me ended up with much bigger lots, whereas previously it was meant to be open space for me and my neighbors. I signed at peak prices and closed at peak interest rates, and they wouldn’t budge with lowering the price for me during closing (they cited legal and how it wouldn’t be fair since others have closed and their base price is higher than what I paid now - they conveniently didn’t include lot sizes being another 5-6k sq ft above mine with other incentives to boot; I’ve heard people paying LESS overall). Obviously Beazer likely did this to get those homes sold as interest rates were going higher and higher. I think the least they could have done is provide accommodations like a 2-1 buy-down. All the process went smoothly, there’s inspection after every step other than the city’s inspection to make sure from the quilts of material and installation . Best construction manager I’ve met, he listen carefully, willing to do the best for the homeowner, giving more attention for the details.

We had a wonderful experience with Beazer! Laney, Rusty, and Adam were awesome! From the 1st day we viewed the neighborhood, Laney was attentive, polite, and willing to answer any questions we had along the way. Rusty called with weekly updates so we were never in the dark in the process while they finished building the house. Adam was very thorough when doing our orientation and showed us everything we needed to know about our house. Being 1st time home buyers, we were very confused about a lot of things but the team spent extra time with us to ensure we were comfortable through the whole process. We highly recommend Beazer! ... We love the results of our Beazer’s new condominium. Almost every element of our home was customized down to different shades of grout for tiled areas. Two areas where we were unfortunately not permitted upgrades were interior paint and kitchen sink. Our floor plan basically let us replicate the two rooms in which we spent 95% of our time in our 5000’ prior home…..the kitchen/family room and the master suite. In effect we lost almost no living space. The option to buy an extra long garage plus a storage room helped us completely unpack in about 2-3 weeks. We have loads of room. The key location of Beazer’s The Gatherings at Twin Creeks has put us in walking distance to your everyday stores and retail services and even many of our healthcare providers. Within 50 days of move-in we are fully integrated into the social whirl of this condo community…..but not at all pressured to join. Realty documentation usually has me frazzled but Beazer managed to incredibly simplified it and permit all business to be handled from home online. The only disappointment we faced was a lengthy delay in construction /occupancy of 6 months mostly due to Covid and “supply chain” issues. Regular progress reports did ameliorate the delays. During our first 2 months of occupancy Ashley and Jackson were reliably on hand to handle the inevitable warranty items. Lastly whenever a problem arose Beazer’s Wendy adopted the issue and solved it usually in a few hours if not immediately….unquestionably amazing. Every time i ask for something to be fixed. They are on it so fast. So nice a respectful. I love my house.

From the follow up after our first visit to the neighborhood to Donnie making sure everything was ready at the house for our closing day - we had an amazing experience. At first it was a little hard to believe Beazer had put together a team that really cared about getting things done right the first time, and then actually followed through with accomplishing what they promised to get done for us. Couldn’t ask for better people and a really solid home. When we got our first month’s utility bills we were shocked how low they were and excited to think how much money we were going to save every month! Go Beazer! ... More

The homebuying process can definitely be very daunting on its own and even more so when it's new construction. That said, the Beazer team made it very easy to navigate. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Prompt communication (both proactive communication and in response to our inquiries) was always given. We knew what to expect and our questions were always answered thoroughly. The *entire* team from sales to closing has been amazing, but I want to give a quick shout out to Sam since we spent the most time working with her. Sam is awesome and has been an absolute delight! She is pleasant, has a fantastic attitude and stayed on top of things throughout the whole process. In the rare instance she did not have an immediate answer, she knew where to find it and always followed up ASAP! She is extremely knowledgeable and an all-around great person. Overall the process has been amazing. One of my favorite parts of the Beazer experience was the photo album of our home from lot prep all the way to the completed build. These pictures are invaluable and show the framing and everything running behind the walls. We typically don't get that in a new build if we purchased the home after the walls go up, so that was a very nice surprise! ... More

Everybody I meant in beazer was very helpful from start to finish. It was a great experience, I'm glad I made that decision to go with beazer.

I highly recommend Beazer Homes. The standard features are fantastic, tank-less water heaters, granite countertops, tech shield roof decking, and more. I was truly impressed with the build quality of the homes. I had the opportunity to follow my home through the entire construction process. The lumber was better than anticipated, foundation was solid, pex tubing was used for water lines (to name just a few), and the craftsman ship behind the build was solid. All the build material was sourced from high end companies like Dal-Tile, Johns Mansville, and Boise Cascade. You can attribute the quality of the build not only to the quality materials, but the on hands approach and expertise of their Construction Manager Christian and his associate Carson. From the very beginning, we were greeted with handshakes, smiles, and honesty. Steve, the "sales guy" was welcoming, upfront, and explained every detail of the transaction in great detail. He provide more than enough information (more information than I thought I needed myself), in order to make a solid informed decision. The combination of these three individuals (Steve, Christian, and Carson) exemplifies what dedication, customer service, and relationship building is about. This was our 5th new home so we thought we knew what to expect. Sales process was about as smooth as I expected. The home was very slow to start but we understood some of the labor and supply chain challenges. Once under construction we felt the attention to detail was definitely lacking. I'm sure some of the rework cost Beazer more than it needed to. The amount of damage created by the trades while finishing was at the highest level I have ever experienced. Repairs needed just prolonged this process and the negative feelings of Beazer not being in control of their building process. We didn't want to be constantly complaining during the build because I beleive this was tough enough on Beazer. I feel I may have been taken advantage of because of this position and might consider taking a different position if I was to build again. We had a great experience building a home with Beazer. The timeline we were given upon contract was hit exactly and the communication throughout the entire process was excellent. Mike was a great PM to work with and we are very impressed!

Everyone was so nice and respectful. If we didn’t understand something they explained and took time to be sure we understood it. My next home will be a Beazer!

The buying process was easy. Wendy at front office was good at keeping me informed. The title company did what they said and in a timely fashion. The few issues that needed addressing after move-in was noted and taken care of. Ashley, Community Assistance Director has been a delight to work with. You can ask her any question and she will find the answer for you, even if it not in her scope to solve. Most of all, the other homeowners have been welcoming and helpful. I think I’m going to like it here.

I would highly recommend beazer Homes to anyone looking to build a new home. You will be 100% satisfied with your decision!
