We are really excited about our recent purchase of our Beezer home in Sycamore Chase. Although there seems to be a lack of knowledge about common areas, they seem to respond quickly to concerns. Our salesperson Patti has been very responsive and responsible. We are looking forward to see how the community develops and meeting our neighbors. The location is excellent since it’s about the same distance ( 15 min. ) to the beach, Fenwick and the major route 113.

Beazer builds a great home. We bought our home after an initial visit in November, 2022. We were from "out of state" which means a little more tension because of the upcoming move, the closing of the home and the logistics from moving to another place 1000 miles away. From beginning to end, my Wife and I were very satisfied with the final product. Kelly, Wes, Steve and Mike were great and continue to be there when something pops up.

We are highly elated to have purchased our new home with Beazer homes. They made sure to accomplish everything possible. Also, the follow up post closure showed they indeed care about their customers. Every single detail were noted down and completed per requirement. Ryan Thesis and Brewer Money were the ones who brought our dream home come true. They have always been very kind and ensured they helped us in all ways possible. Thank you Beazer homes. We appreciate your work!

Our home buying experience was wonderful and Shannon and the Beazer Team did an amazing job. Shannon helped us make our dream a reality!!!The process was easy also with mortgage choice giving us options and Nathan at Loan Depot helped us right through the process. Sarah was the best salesperson I could have ever wanted. John built me a fantastic home. Suzanne sourced a beautiful shower for me and Bill The was always there to make sure after I moved in that all I needed was to call if there were any issues!

Finally settled my home at Beazer, I enjoy living here especially the great experience customer services with Keisha, she did a great job, helping fixed all the problems on time, she arranged all appointments, she was very professional and patience, we definitely need more people like her, I love Beazer and happy to live here, thank you for everything!

The house we bought was a spec home, but we started with this home at foundation. Eileen and Nancy (sales team) picked out everything in this home, and honestly, I couldn't of done a better job. The lack of trades and products being delayed, was the worst part of building, But the team from Beazer did the best job under the circumstances. They kept us informed and always was understanding when we expressed our frustrations at the build time. The lending process was good too. Coreen and her team at Wells Fargo, was easy to work with and always answered our questions. Overall the entire team from sales to construction. I got weekly updates as to how my new home build was going as well as photos of progress. Very pleased with Beazer’s attention to issues that were encountered, and the transparency on any construction issues. Even after moving into my home, I was able to quickly get things reviewed and fixed in a timely manner.

I made the decision to purchase a townhouse at Hunt Club because I was downsizing from a larger home. I was able to close and move in 30 days because this townhouse was built and ready for move-in. From the sales agent, Missy, to everyone else involved in the process, things have happened as planned within reason. I had also done a Google search to learn about the quality of construction through Beazer Homes. They were ranked in the top 15 across the country.

We closed after waiting 17mo due to supply chain delays. In the end there were a few things not completed and we were concerned closing without them finished. However Beazer followed thru and quickly had them done and followed up on our satisfaction. I heard nightmare stories from other builders with home buyers waiting a year later. In our case it was all completed within a few weeks of closing. Very pleased with the customer service.

All new construction has detail flaws that need corrected. Our contact, Brady, was outstanding in his follow up with the sub-contractors and thoroughly kept us updated.

Appreciated weekly updates that kept us in the loop. Any issue that arose was promptly addressed.

This was a great experience and i would recommend beazer to anyone looking for a new home.

Our experience with Alex and Greg has been more than outstanding. Alex goes out of his way to help us understand how to maintain our new home and how to submit requests for repairs. He responds very quickly and always keeps track of our scheduled repairs and follows up immediately after the repairs. Alex and Greg are very dependable, professional and very easy to work with. We highly recommend them for their expertise and hard work.

We began our house hunting experience.back in Jan. 2022. We co side red a resale house but did t want to be in a bidding war going on at that time. We got on a few builders waiting lists and after 2-3 weeks got the call from Beazer office they were releasing 6 lots and we could choose whichever we wanted. Great we signed on and picked a corner lot overlooking the White Tank Mountains. The only thing around us was dirt. We had a vision how wonderful it will be to live in this brand new community. Our experience was one of zero negotiation. We found a home we fell in love with and it was the last home available in Phase 2 of Jasmine Point. Our home was the Holly model and already built. Upon doing the final blue tape walk through, our real-estate agent found a list of minor fixes that were to be completed before we closed. Now I would like to mention the fact that our closing date was rushed and pushed. We are a military family and were moving here to South Carolina for a permanent duty station change. It was our desire to push the closing date out to accommodate a reporting date, however Beazer refused to move the date at all. They informed us that this was the last home in Phase 2 and they wanted it “off the books.” Moving forward to our closing date, they were unable to make the repairs in the home before the closing date they selected. This was unfortunate, as we now have to make a series of appointments to let different contractors in our home to make the needed repairs. Another inconvenience we experienced was the builder refusing to add a garage door opener. This are very common in new home builds and we felt slighted upon realizing this when a lot of our neighbors say their homes came standard with them. ... More

Robert crossing is one of the earliest community I looked when I started looking for my new home. After half year searching and touring, I found Robert Crossing is my dream place. Kristina is a great person to communicate with. She is passionate, nice, and very sincere. During the inspection and blue tape process, I met Sam, who is the best building manager I’ve ever worked with, not one of the best ones. Sam is super responsive, reliable, and talkative. After I moved in, Marcus is great when I have any questions or fixing request. Overall, I definitely rated 5 stars to Beazer Home at Robert Crossing. ... More

No hassles, super easy process

The whole transaction of the looking at the model home, negotiating on the price and closing of the home went very smooth. Communication was very transparent and timely to make sure things progressed as the plan. Won't have asked for any better. Kudoos to Beazer homes for making the process smooth.

Jason was helpful and had good communication with me. But the construction schedule and wait was difficult. I could not understand that I was the second to last house finished in my section. As my house was a one story, and 14 more lots were sold after I purchased mine. It was very difficult to the timing of completion. As I have cancer and was going through a divorce and needed the house to live in.

We love being in our new home! Eileen has been wonderful to work with - from the moment we started our process, she has been kind and caring. A big shoutout and thank you to Jorge, Cameron and Nathan for addressing our concerns after we’ve moved in. We really appreciate the Beazer team for their outstanding customer service!

The built took way longer than we expected to be in our home but the final result was very satisfactory. The after move in follow up from George, Nathan, and Cameron has been fabulous.

Great home. Carlos really helped with a lot and Abe really assisted with me buying the home

Overall I am very satisfied. Since it is a new house, there were some incorrect constructions, but I am very satisfied with the prompt follow-up.
