While the build process took longer than anticipated, our building manager was helpful, informative and responsive during the entire process. I really felt like he cared about us and our new home.

Dalton & Connor were our project managers for our new home build, and with this being our first home we were constantly asking questions. They answered everything and then some without delay and kept us up to date on our progress. Can't more highly praise either of them, or the beazer team as a whole.

When we first were looking at homes, Beazer immediately stood out. Abe, our new home counselor was incredibly welcoming and took his time to walk us through every detail even after we told him we were just browsing. Every home afterwards we subconsciously and consciously compared to Beazer, and every new home salesman to be honest. It took us less than a month of comparing to sign a contract with Abe. From groundbreaking to even now, 2 months after closing, our builder Jeff and Abe have been with us every step of the way. Beazer customer service has been phenomenal. I had a great experience from working with the people at the model office and even more, working with the guys in the field. Any time i had a questions or a problem, they were there to fix it right away.

This was our first new construction home build. Abe and Jeff were very communicative and helpful throughout the whole process. They answered every question we had and sought to get the best answer for us. We love our home and the community. When we moved in Abe and Jeff made sure any issues we had were resolved in a timely manner. We are very satisfied with our home buying experience.

The sales consultant was exceptionally helpful throughout the entire process. The sales consultant followed up with weekly information and updates. The construction manager was excellent with the home consult walk-through. The construction manager provided great service and follow-up phone calls.

Buying our home with Beazer has been a great experience. First off Sarah our Sales Consultant was excellent in explaining everything and going over all our options. Maria at the design center was awesome and showed us everything we could upgraded. Last but not least Bill our Senior Consultant has taken care of all our needs whenever we call him.

This was not a easy journey but so worth it. Every encouraging word every you got this don’t cry it’s just part of the process was worth it. We are still on such joy that we were able to purchase our first brand new house. We are very pleased

Building our home with Beazer overall was a good experience. So far, we are very happy with our home. Our electric bill for July was $159 for 3,000 square feet house. All the issues that we had so far were taken care of. I would definitely recommend Beazer to my friends.

The day we moved in we found out our builder left his position and many items in the home were not completed. We were assigned, like everyone else, to a new builder/manager. His name is Brett. We can only say it has been a blessing to have Brett. He is very professional, has a perfect personality for this job, is genuine, and when he says he is going to do something he does it. As of now, about 80% of the items on our punch list are completed. Now that things are getting done, we do love our home.
