As a first time home buyer I was well informed and educated throughout the process. I felt that I was in great hands with Tony and that I could trust him 100%. He was open and addressed all of my concerns. Tony was helpful and resourceful. He made my homebuying experience less stressful and always cared about my needs.

Purchased in March 2024 and closed in September 2024 at Chase Oaks in Delaware. The experience was great from pre-purchase through closing. Sales was very accommodating and construction kept us well informed, no surprises. We’ve only been in the house a month, but construction seems to have been done well. House is quiet and temperatures are even, likely due to the use of spray foam, 2x6 construction, inclusion of a fresh air system and decent windows. We’ve had a few issues since closing, mainly related to third-party supplier products, but the warranty service, which is done in house at Beazer and not by a third party, has been super responsive, including after hours. If I had one suggestion it would be to offer a little more automation in the form of WiFi thermostats-downstairs thermostat has WiFi capability, but oddly upstairs doesn’t-smart switches/lights and smart front door lock. The overall maintenance of this community is awesome! Very little, if any debris left hanging around due to the construction workers. Neighbors are pretty much to themselves, yet they are personable. I feel quite safe, happy and comfortable in this community. Everything continues to look brand new and the neighbors are very good at the upkeep of their property!

I'm delighted to share that the experience of purchasing my family's first home went rather smoothly and without issue. Stephanie our sales rep was always timely in getting back to us and answered our questions and concerns. I truly thought she had our best interests in mind throughout the process. Also, the Builders that we worked with Pierre and Shawn were knowledgeable about every nook and cranny in the house and always answered my questions. Even after we moved in Shawn took the time to knock on our door to make sure everything was going alright with our property. I've heard plenty of horror stories about working with unpleasant salesmen and women along with impatient and less-than-satisfactory builders. From the initial sales experience, setting the right timeline, the building process, the communication, the quality of the home, to the after move-in quality control. I am extremely happy with the whole experience. Everyone was very kind and helpful in answering my questions and/or concerns. I love my new home!

We recently moved into our new Beazer home and absolutely love it! From beginning we knew we made the right choice. The buying process was fantastic and the building process was seamless because D is amazing! Would totally recommend this company to others!

I rented a townhome in Deep Harbour and after a few weeks decided I would take a look at a few completed units that were for sale. Cynthia and my buyers agent and myself took a tour and after, I made an offer on a unit that was just begining construction. Cynthia was really knowledgable and helped me through the process of picking out the features and finishes for my new unit. My daughter and I really enjoyed the experience at the design center. I was out of the area during most of the time the unit was under construction but I was informed of the progress throughout the summer. Shawn went above and behind by sending me construction updates and photos and when I returned gave me a tour. The inspection just prior to closing was very thorough and Shawn has continued to help me with any questions or concerns. ... More

The person at the design center was very helpful. We're very happy with all the upgrades we picked out. Working with Cynthia was a great experience. She addressed all of our questions and concerns in a very professional manner.

I purchased a home in Sycamore Chase and had an amazing experience from the original sale rep meeting to the options of choosing between 5 lenders to working with Mike and Greg on home services. 100% would recommend to other buyers!!

Do not hesitate to buy a Beazer home!! My buying experience was so nice. All of my questions were answered, and all of my calls were returned in a timely manner. I am now living in my new Beazer home. I absolutely love it. Chris and Damion answered all of my questions without fail. I have only had minor issues, and they have been addressed quickly by Mike. Do not hesitate to invest in a home with Beazer. This is my third new home in my lifetime, and my Beazer home is one of beauty and quality.

From the beginning when I first arrived from out of state to do a walk through of the model to my final closing. The experience was very smooth. All individuals involved in my purchase and closing were very helpful and understood my interests. They were all concerned about my new purchase and their communications were above and beyond. I have never had a home built for me, but this one was an absolute breeze (aka Beaze!!). Kudos to everyone and to Beazer Homes.

We recently purchased a beazer home (summerfield) which was delivered to us in the promised timeline. The process end to end was pleasant and we had no issues working with the different personal involved. All of them were courteous and responsive to any questions/concerns that we raised. Both Christian and Sanjeev were honest and open about the build process and pricing. Shoutout to Christian for working with us patiently to address all of our concerns and also making sure to deliver a quality house for us to live in. He was constantly in touch with regards to build timelines and made sure all the tasks were on track for competition. He was excellent to work with. The only enhancement we would suggest is for the design studio to have interactive software for us to play around with the available options. While the design staff were nice in responding on time with our questions, an automated process would have made things easier. Overall good experience as a home buyer. ... More

From the time I met with Ken and signed a contract, I felt confident that I would be taken care of. Throughout the building process both Ken and Dave answered my questions promptly.
