Had several problems since move-in. They were fixed but shouldn’t have happened in the first place.

Good professional team Responds thoroughly

Brandon, the builder, did an excellent job. He was knowledgeable and kept us up-to-date on what was happening each week, along with John, the sales rep. Brandon was always available to answer all of our questions. He still stops by and checks in on us.

Lot of problems inside but guaranteed service are good

They have a great team of people that is all The time on top of everything in order to Have the best experience.

Wonderful home buying experience from start to finish! I couldn’t be happier with my New Beazer Home! Customer service is phenomenal before, during, and after the home purchase. Any concerns I ever had were immediately addressed, even after closing on the house. Everyone that represents Beazer from Sales, to Construction Management, to Customer Service has been exceptional! I would recommend this Company to anyone!

Jessica always answered her phone and my questions. Give that girl a promotion. Mike gave me a lot of good info during the walk-through. Give that man a promotion, too. Tom Hanks plays Forrest Gump in the movie ‘Forrest Gump’. He won an Oscar for his performance.

My home buying experience was not great to say the least. I had to work with multiple different home counselors for whatever reason and throughout the first half of the process, it seemed like nobody knew what was going on or could provide me with accurate updates. I was originally told that my home would be competed no later than end of October. Well when it comes around that time, I was told the home is no where close to being ready to close. They then gave me a date of beginning of December which is when my already extended rate lock, was due to expire. Come december, home was still not finished. At this point, I was incredibly frustated and very close to walking away. I was then given a date of January 6th, which again did not happen. When I went to walk through my home, it was a joke. Nothing had been cleaned, an entire countertop was missing, there was still someone coming in and out of the home to work on things, there we’re scratches and denta all over the wall, and my stair rail was laying in the middle of my living room….. unacceptable. I will say that both Brandon and Laura were very understanding as to why i was irate in this situation. From there, they handled and escalated things appropriately and for that I am very thankful. We loved our experience with Beazer. It’s been almost 2 months since we moved in. Our builder and the company itself has been really friendly to address our questions/concerns. Would love to recommend to friends and family.

Great friendly knowledgeable helpful

Salesman Kent is very low key, but very knowledgeable. When we did make a choice, and I needed some window measurements, he personally went to the house, measured and took pictures. He answered phone calls and texts immediately. After the Sale service has been excellent. Beazer home Warranty customer care has been terrific. John calls back within 24 hours of my call. A few minor issues were corrected. Armando, the project supervisor, also has been fantastic. Due to the recent heavy rains, we developed a bare spot in mulch in the front yard. He sent over enough to cover it. Our Walk thru took about 2 hours, some minor cosmetic issues were found and immediately corrected. Such as sliding closet doors were in the wrong position. We contracted in January of 2022 when the home was already framed. We didn’t close until Jan 2023. Multiple missed deadlines, false hope and family displacement is what brings this bad review from me. Overall after several people on the build team were either fired or forced out the home was finished. It was sad to see the corners cut and the constant lying to us about the status of the build as we were not able to regularly check on the home. My wife and I ended up living apart for 6 months due to this. When we contracted were promised a July close date and it wasn’t until 6 months later that we actually closed. From the beginning of the process it was extremely ridiculous. Kathy at the sales office continually provided false and misleading information. She would only tell half of something and when what actually occurred differed from what she stated, she would simply say, “well it was in the papers you signed.” As an example. She initially asked if I wanted to pay to upgrade to “Solid Surface Shower Surrounds” instead of small tiles with grout. I thought this would be a good idea. Turns out that the over $5,000 upgrade did not actually include the solid surface, just the option to upgrade, the actual solid surface was an additional charge, and did not include one of the bathrooms. Beazer gives no simple options for customization, and I mean NO simple options or changes. Their options are terrible and the build quality is sub par. I would never recommend this company. They are a joke, only in it for the money, so not care about the customer, and have terrible customer service. A total buyer beware situation. ... More

From start to finish the experience was excellent, very attentive, commutative throughout the whole process. I highly recommend these are for your next home five star experience.

We can't say enough about how kind, helpful, and responsive Eric and Lauren were during the home buying process and after the purchase was complete. We were on a very tight timeframe and they helped make everything happen to stay on schedule. No question was too small. They were very helpful no matter what time of day it was. Thanks so much to Eric and Lauren for all of their help!

We love our home, the whole purchase process was a breeze thanks to Beazer's staff. Also when we needed help with the house they were super fast in getting things done.

Lipstick on a pig. It looks pretty, however they use cheap subcontractors that do the job quick but not with good quality. I have many things breaking inside the home within 30 days of living. They will reassure you that you have a warranty, but don't be fooled because they send 1 guy to do a 2 person job, with multiple trips, who will damage and ding up the rest of your stuff while fixing what was originally broken. I dont have trust in the home quality.

I was apprehensive about buying a new home that wasn't built yet, but Kristen was very knowledgeable and managed the process and sent photos all along the way. The project was completed months... yes, months... ahead of schedule and Josh did an outstanding job down the stretch, making sure every last item was perfect. I'm about to make my first minor warranty claim but have confidence it won't be an issue. If you don't see another review from me, then it went well. Highly recommend Beazer new homes. Really exceeded my expectations.
