Our experience with Beazer homes was great. Everyone was professional and they explained to us everything step by step. The process was easy and fast. The quality of the home is excellent. Adam, the builder, gave us a tour of the home and explained to us everything about the home. He offered us any services such as touch ups after moving in case we scratched the walls. Our friends and family complement us about the house. I recommend Beazer homes for anyone who is looking for a good quality built home with a good design.

For the home price, workers should pay more attention to details. Trim work painting and caulking is bad. Back porch concrete left stained and chipped. Cleaning team needs to do a better job. Had to vacuum my cabinets left with debris and clean the tub. Kitchen sink had scratches. Overall content with our home, just wish someone would pay more attention to details.

Beazer is great with their timelines and I could see their builders being diligent, efficient, proactive, and efficient in managing the construction process. I was buying two new builds, one from Beazer, another from a different builder. The other builder, in comparison with Beazer, is just horrible, with numerous delays and inspection problems, dragging 5 days of work into 2-3 months. If you want delivery within expectations without unfounded delays, Beazer is the clear choice.

We received weekly updates as promised and that was very reassuring knowing how far along in the process they were. Even now we can count on John and Mike with anything that might arise. Our experience through the building process was 5/5 and we closed within the planned timeframe. Tyler and Ne’Taki made sure we were up to date throughout the process and worked to resolve our concerns. Our only callout is the new Rheia HVAC systems that is currently not capable of getting ALL rooms to a comfortable heat level within tolerable variance Our home gets more than 10 degrees differences between some rooms on a heat cycle. Our understanding is that Rheia is currently working with Beazer homes to resolve the issue.

Our sales guy, Kevin was great to work with. Very responsive and helpful before, during and after the sale. Post-closing, our building manager, Nate has been awesome. Any small issues we’ve had he’s personally seen through the fix. Definitely feel like they have both had our best interests in mind throughout the process.

I don't think i would recommend Beazer homes given we had so many issues with the building process, getting anyone to help and listen to us. Now we are living in a house that has countless issues and cosmetic problems. plus a sagging ceiling with more drywall in the kitchen that is folding and creasing. Just terrible quality. The paint job on the whole house is so poor.

When we opened escrow in Sept 2022 on a new build Beazer home in Talavera we were disappointed at first with the quality of service and lack of communication. But I have to say when we informed Beazer of our issues they handled it immediately and everything turned around 360* for the better. We were contacted by higher up, Rebecca, who immediately addressed my concerns and made sure to do everything in her power to keep me happy with the whole process.
