From the second we were interested in Beazer homes, our experience has been remarkable. From our new home counselor, builder and our warranty— top notch! Communication is excellent, any concerns, they were on it and made sure we were happy. We are over the mood with our new home and cannot recommend Beazer enough! Beazer at Mercer Crossing has provided excellent customer service throughout every step of the home building journey. We worked with Travis, Jay, and Robin throughout the process. We felt like the staff at Beazer genuinely wanted to see us happy with our investment and the build quality of the home. During the sales process, we never felt pushed into anything. What a great experience. Christie and Susan were always there to answer questions and gave weekly progress updates. Every step of our Beazer home purchase went amazingly. Amidst the pandemic, they were still able to get materials, stay on time, keep us updated, and do awesome work. There were different trades who worked on different steps in the process, but what little things we found that needed to be amended were taken care of right away with the involvement of our foreman Jerry. Couldn’t be happier; we wake up in our dream home every day!
