from my experience AVOID this company or I give you 99% that you will regret...you will hear a lot of promises but I'm telling you from my experience everything is bad and nobody will care about the quality..... nothing is level in the house the house is very bad painted inside all the updates that I pay extra a lot of money are f... u!!! Each problem that you will mark before to by the house they will just try to escape or they will fix only for the eye to look so so but trust me only after couple of days all the bad job that they do will pump back...Again from my experience Try to AVOID or you will regret a lot!!! ... This is my first experience buying a new home from a builder and Beazer was great in walking me through the process and was always responsive and patient with my questions and calls. There were a lot of delays due to supply chain issues that were beyond Beazer’s control but they kept me up to date and accommodated my schedule for closing

We recently moved into our exciting first new home to be welcomed to nothing but disappointments and let downs. For what is supposed to be a brand new home, quickly is feeling very much so like a previously owned home where a lot of the construction has been DIY’ed by someone inexperienced who doesn’t know what they’re doing. There’s flaws all over, which we have been reassured would be corrected. This has given us some false sense of hope and peace. It has been an extremely uneasy experience with Beazers customer care team. We are currently experiencing a newly found leak in one of our bathrooms as we speak. Beazers customer care team is reluctant to address our issues with our home and is really giving us the run around to getting things addressed. We have been having issues with our HVAC unit and they kept trying to tell us everything was normal, and that the heat in the house just rises, but finally after countess tedious attempts to get someone to come check out our unit, we were right about something truly being wrong with our system! It has been aggravating watching our real concerns being neglected. The HVAC tech that came out, confirmed that there was a faulty motor that was malfunctioning and it was stuck on always heating the upstairs instead of turning in a methodical way to turn on upstairs or off to downstairs, it was just stuck on upstairs heating. Who knows how much this has impacted our utility bills but let me tell you they have not been looking pretty. Beazers customer care team will try to down play and brush off all of our issues as normal, just like with this HVAC issue we were having just to save some money. We hate to complain, but we just really have been having a nightmare of an experience and hope it doesn’t continue in this manner. I think every new home owner would agree that it should not feel like pulling teeth to have their builder (Beazer) address their mistakes and flaws that they missed while clearly rushing to build countless of these homes. We love our new Beazer home, but probably would reconsider buying due to the poor customer care experience we have been having. It is almost 2 weeks today since we discovered our master bath sink is leaking and still nothing is being done to correct this. We hope that our issues will be addressed and fixed as we have been reassured would before but so far Beazer customer care team has being nothing but careless and always misses scheduled appointments to come check out our pending issues and will be super unresponsive to your concerns and issues with your supposed brand new home. ... My experience working with Shawn was amazing. He provided prompt assistance when I needed anything and was very knowledgeable of the products in the home. It has been a pleasure working with Shawn and I appreciate him providing outstanding customer service.

Really liked the weekly discussion of progress with building the house, particularly because I lived outside Indiana. When moved to area, staff kept in touch with me including up to the orientation. Lots of helpful advice and answers to my questions. I would rate the Beazer staff as exceptional.

So we have loved our experience with Beazer Homes. any issues that we have had Brewer Money and the vendors have been great with taking care of.

This home was poorly built and was lazily finished, so many spots missing caulk and paint. Hard to get a hold of anyone to get it fixed. My bathroom mirror was installed incorrectly and randomly came crashing down one day, luckily my pets weren’t in there.

Sales people were very helpful. Closing process was smooth.

I've been living in my new house for 2 months now and I am pretty satisfied with the quality of the build. I honestly have no complaints about anything. I would recommend Beazer to my friends and family.

It was really easy to know that buying a Beazer home would be a good choice. Cynthia was super helpful on the front end, answering questions about the overall process and showing each house and options for each whenever I wanted to see them. Shawn has been great on the back end, from doing a super informative walk through of my house to making himself available to answer questions or help with any issues that arise. He continues to check in and make sure everything is going smoothly. The overall customer service has been stellar, highly recommend.

From the moment we stepped into the show home in Amira we truly enjoyed working with everyone employed at Beazer. The people we worked with were fantastic from the very start of the home-buying process. It all started with the sweet but also very well-informed and professional Ms. Shelley in your sales office. We knew we were in good hands with her from day one based on her positive attitude and obvious depth of knowledge. Once we were beyond the beginning sales steps we moved into planning our build and the initial phases of construction. At that point, Shelley introduced us to your homebuilding veteran, James. It was evident from the beginning that we were in the hands of someone that really knew the ropes when it came to managing the start of our build so we were able to move forward with confidence. This brings us to the last phase of our home being constructed and, come to find out for us anyways, the very stressful and crucial completion phase of construction. This is when we were introduced to, John. John would be the build manager who would finish our home (I think of him as the “closer”). I’ll touch on John again later, but he was the icing on the Beazer cake. We never met anyone with anything less than a smiling face and an upbeat attitude. Based on my experience with Beazer it’s an easy 5 stars on the personnel front. On to the experience of our home being built. Our build hit a few snags along the way related to both access to building materials and the general speed of construction. Beyond that, somewhere near the midway point of our home being built, we started getting the sense that our home became more of a number on a piece of paper and less of a specific home being built for a specific family. While I can understand how these types of things can happen over an extended build process (we’re all human at the end of the day) there were some considerations that we would have liked to have seen factored in which might have led to our home being prioritized and potentially avoided this issue. The main consideration relates to factoring in who is buying the home and what are the surrounding circumstances. To better expound on this point I’ll walk through what I would have hoped to see. A part of the decision I made while selecting Beazer as my builder came from the idea that Beazer was looking to provide a more hands-on personal experience with families considering their homes. With that mindset in place when we initially started our build my hope was that since our potential end date fell just beyond when the school year started that families with children starting at new schools might have been marked for consideration by Beazer if/when the weighing of any potential for builds to be prioritized was discussed. In fairness to Beazer, I will note that I understand that most home buyers are likely to push for “more and faster” so I understand this is a more complicated subject than I have had the ability to address here, and I also realize that I made some assumptions within my expectations from Bezaer, but nonetheless this was my experience. I also don’t view this as much more than a minor stumbling block and it's not connected with any individuals in specific. Rather this is just my feedback for Beazer that might potentially be considered when trying to solve for improvements to their customer experience on a macro level. In the grand scheme of things, the bulk of my varying frustration and stress levels related to the general construction delays during our build. Those delays would have potentially lowered my overall experience rating into the 3 1/2 to 4-star range. However, the attention we received from our Beazer team and specifically our lead builder John throughout the last couple of months of our build made all the difference in the world. John was able to ensure our home was prioritized in the queue of homes being constructed and that attention ultimately led to our home finishing ahead of schedule. Based on the decisions of our Beazer team and the tremendous effort from John I feel as though a 5 star rating is warranted. The huge amount of relief it provided my family was truly appreciated as we did our best to navigate the stressful and cumbersome transition from our former home/schools in another part of Houston to our new home/schools in Amira. The reduced timeframe really mattered. My last bit of feedback is just that the home itself has been fantastic. We have had a few small issues that John has addressed quickly and professionally that have been resolved. We have also had a few sales/business-related items that Shelley has been responsive to and we are currently closing those out as well. At the end of the day, we love our beautiful new Beazer home in Amira! Keep putting the best people you can in positions to serve your customers and even with a few bumps in the road I think Beazer will continue to find success. ... More

Disappointed with responses to inquiries after purchase and effort of communication in addressing ongoing issues.

The overall buying experience with Beazer homes is good. The entire team is very friendly and ready to provide all the necessary information. We have received weekly progress updates over email along with photos which was really a good part. The closing was done without any issue and the team has provided multiple walkthroughs of the house. The build quality is good just that at few places it could have been better, like the backyard drainage system is missing the underground pipe and which makes the backyard muddy when it rains and takes time to dry.

From working with Mark in sales, to Marc the builder and his team, to Mike and the Beazer customer care team my experience has been great. This is my first home and everyone took the time to explain everything along the way. I was always aware of where the building process was and what to expect. After move in, the house has been great and everything I wanted. As expected with any new build a few minor things have come up, but they were fixed very quickly. I’m so thankful for this whole team who made my first home purchase as stress free as possible, including moving the closing date so I could be home with family for Christmas. ... More

The whole process was pretty much seamless. There was no hassle even in the initial negotiation and all the way through into closing. Everyone was and has been really professional and helpful, even after closing! I highly recommend the team and the company for your housing needs.
