Jill was so knowledgeable and helped us through any and every situation we encountered through out the process. There was never time where we could not go to Jill for concerns or just questions. She was always polite and made you feel like you were a person and not just the next person in line buying a home. Chris was an exceptional project manager. Some things were missed prior to him being selected to finish the home weeks before it was due to be completed. He came in nonetheless, getting things done and in a timely fashion. My wife and I purchased our first home together and we are so grateful that we went with Beazer out of the multiple builders available in our community. Justin and Harry really have gone above and beyond even after we’ve settled into our new home to ensure that it has been a great experience all the way through. Highly recommend.

We experienced kindness & professionalism from each staff member - from the start of looking at the Beazer models, to the walk- throughs as our home was being built, to the final signing of papers to officially own our home. Each staff member seemed genuinely interested in our journey, and answered all of our questions at all times. We are delighted with the entire experience, & soooo happy to now live in our beautiful, new home!

First off… I would like to say… Abe and Jeremy are the BEST!!! From start to finish they answered all questions made the process very easy! There’s was a few hiccups on delivery but overall great experience! We love our home! Thank you!!

Throughout the building process, our sales rep and our construction manager stayed in regular contact and addressed any questions and concerns we had promptly. We could tell that they truly cared that our home was being built to the highest standards and that we were happy with the process.

My family and I had an awesome experience from beginning to end that delivered our dream home. From initial contact with, Angelo B, he helped us pick out the perfect lot to build our home and walked us through the process of selecting everything to go along with it. Chris J, our project manager, kept us up to date and made sure we stayed on track and closed on time. His attention to detail was great and helped correct issues before we even noticed them. We couldn't have asked for a better team to help us put together our dream home! Thank you!

Wayne has been great with dealing with an issues that pop up with my new home. The process of loving into a new home has been seamless.

Wayne's inspection walk through provided me the confidence in the outstanding craftmanship and service of the new construction.

Everything ran smoothly. A few minor problems were handled quickly by Mike White Very satisfied with the home Was surprised that Beazer puts in a whole house air filter unit by Aprilaire. This eliminates dust and pollen in the house and it is noticeable that dust does not collect on our glass tables which occurred in our previous home. Also Beazer puts in a sump pump and dehumidifier in the crawl space to eliminate moisture and dampness problems. In summary, Beazer has great people to help new owners (Mike White and Ashley Morley) and the home has great features.

A great experience! Since the very beginning, when Ariane (sales) was assisting us, everything went smooth. She was able to go over all the questions we had, discuss the options with us and confirm with the design center if whatever we were asking was feasible or not. She was also sending us updates on the construction, which was great! During the construction, every single time I had a question or wanted to clarify something, Jeremy (the builder) was there to assist us. He's really approachable and a very pleasant person. This was our 1st home that we had built. From the very beginning we had friendly, helpful faces, Kelly G. Was the 1st to greet us. She was actually about to close for the evening however she took time to speak with my husband and I and provided us with a packet we could take with us and look over. Upon going to the design center that was a pleasant experience, fun, exciting and nerve wrecking at the same time. While meeting with our Builder Dio, he was great, answering all questions, ensuring we had our weekly updates and explained things to us that we didn't understand. Victoria also is a great asset to the team she has a willingness to learn and ask questions on behalf of the customer. Throughout our experience we had some ups and downs with building nothing due to the staff we are building during Covid so there was some shortages in material and a few other hiccups. During the house finishing process, Katie & Tony called weekly. Kyler was awesome in the final walk through and Phil has been tremendous in following up on items that needed attention after the closing.
