Mark was excellent with communication, listening to our concerns, follow through and overall caring. I appreciate his hard work and willing to communicate any time any place as well as his skill to make sure all of our concerns were addressed with a resolution.

Now that we have moved in, Vito has responded quickly and professionally and has been able to address any and all small speed bumps that we have encountered. He has been "johnny on the spot" each and every time I requested anything!

Not good experience. I found the house unfinished and used very low quality construction materials. Having a lot of issue.

I love my condo and love the people in this community. There were a few construction related issues after I moved in, but the Warranty Team addressed them promptly and effectively. Ashley and Tracy are wonderful!

Deposits were non refundable so we had to buy a house.

Jackson has been exceptional in guiding me after move in, with anything that needs done. He has been so helpful in helping understand the maintenance and warranties of my new home. I am so thankful he is with Beazer!

I can’t express enough the outstanding service I received from the Beazer Homes staff at Deep Harbour Community. Cynthia was more than helpful; she took the time to build a rapport with me that simply made my home buyer experience more special. Her personable service made me feel comfortable knowing I was in good hands. She helped me close on my home little as 10 days. How remarkable. Every detail was executed in a timely manner thanks to Cynthia. Shawn stepped in to educate & show his care for the community by answering any questions and continues to be proactive after closing. Cynthia and Shawn really went above and beyond to ensure every step of the way was a smooth & amazing transition. The Beazer team was very customer oriented and were helpful in all the steps of the home buying process. After the sale they continued to cheerily support us during settling in.

This has been the most awful experience I have had in a new home. I have had five new homes and sold new homes and represented 6 new home builders in 34 years of selling real estate as one of the top realtors in Indianapolis. Never have I or my clients experienced this lack of quality or customer service. No heat to speak of for a week of severe cold which apparently could no be diagnosed as to the problem. Now we have fire alarms going off periodically in the middle of the night. This needs to be fixed. I am letting my real estate know of these issues and other more minor issues. Quality construction, more spacious, good maintenance.

Rob T. made purchasing my home seamless and answered any question I had promptly and professionally. Mike C. continued the professional and timely responses with any building issues that came up with my home. Mike C. went above and beyond to help me and the community during the unusual cold snap with any heating issues even showing up Christmas Eve. Mike and Rob both provide quality and professional service throughout my Beazer homebuying experience.

The ladies who have handled the questions and issues we have notified them about have quickly responded by telephone, email and in person visits. They are an asset to the company.

Staci in sales and Ashley and Tracy with customer care have guided me through this process. They have answered my questions and addressed any concerns, always treated me with respect.

I would say the experience in buying was great but the wait was not so great. Many issues needed to be addressed once we moved in and they have done well in completing them but not enough information/instructions on appliances and functional items for future projects and repairs.

Got some delays but the house is good quality

Actually, I had 3 building managers, but Rich was the best. He kept me inform every step of the way and took care of all my need during final walk through. Since I have taken ownership of my home, I have called for his assistance, and he didn't hesitate to assist me.

This was our first new home. While we lived in Florida, we would come to Texas to visit family and while in town, check in on the build. From stepping on a bare lot, to the finished product, we were in contact with our sales counselor, Jason Pagan nearly the whole process. He was excellent and grateful for his responsiveness and hospitality. When we were assigned a GC, we were assigned Jake. Jake has also been a rockstar. He always answered my calls and questions. He is dependable and a solid representative for Beazer Homes, too. Just last week as I was speaking to a neighbor about how effective Jake has been getting things done for us, this neighbor was then expressing his wish to have had Jake in charge of overseeing his home when it was under construction. My family and I are extremely happy with our house. And one thing I’d like to share, which is a kudo to Jake, was that before we closed on our home, we paid for a third-party inspector to dissect every nook and cranny of the build. After our inspector completed his walkthrough, my wife and I were talking with him in the kitchen and I specifically asked him, “So, with your expertise, how do you feel the home was built?” And he replied, “I can honestly say, and I’ve inspected a number of homes in Bluewater Lakes, that this home is the best one I’ve seen…and I’m not saying that to say it.” Great job to the Beazer team. Every step was easy. Everyone we came in contact with was great. Highlight was Biil H. who did our walkthrough and handled every little issue promptly. The build quality seems to be great. The energy efficiency is very apparent from day one. Highly Recommended.

Jason and Jake kept us informed every step of the way, either good or bad news. They were very responsive with any questions or issues. We were pleasantly surprised that they provided the hurricane shutters.
