The overall quality of the home is awesome. Ryan, the project manager, really took the time to explain and assist me with any questions or concerns I had. I can tell he and Beazer cared for the customer and the end result of their product. Highly recommend Beazer as a builder.

Beazer Homes has assembled the best Team I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. From the beginning my Housing Counselor, Michael was helpful and knowledgeable. Also he faithfully called weekly with updates re: my new home which was being built. Also my builder, Wayne gave me the opportunity to personalize my home by allowing me to include my grandmother’s Bible in the threshold of the front door. He and Mark also helped me get settled - learning how to use garage etc. I have referred family and friends to Beazer, because Beazer is the best builder around.

We had a wonderful experience throughout our home buying experience. This was our first house ever and the process was so smooth!!! Our salesman (Big Ben) made this so special for us!!! We had a great building experience with Beazer. We built in the middle of a pandemic but the communication and timeliness from the builder was still excellent. Our salesperson Corey was great to work with and our construction manager, Brad was awesome - he was great at keeping us up to date and treated the building process of our home like it was his own. We love our new home and we're so thankful we had an awesome team.

We had a great overall buying experience with Beazer Homes, from the initial lot and plan selection, to all the scheduled and extra visits during the construction, inspections and the closing. Our interaction with the chief builder for our house, Joe Yarosh, was excellent, as well as our interaction with all Beazer Homes' team. The house was finished on time, despite all Covid-related delays and complications. The building quality was up to top standards, and the guaranty covers some issues that may appear in a reasonable time frame. I recommend them as builders for your new house.

I went under contract in 2020 for a new build with Beazer. Nobody could have predicted the supply chain mess that happened throughout 2020 and 2021, but Harry and Joe made sure I was up to date on everything throughout the entire process. A little over a month ago, we moved into our beautiful new home and I couldn't be happier. Based on what I have heard from other people building with other builders during Covid, I am confident that I received the best service out there and I know that if I do build again in the future, it will be a Beazer.

I am a happy customer with Beazer and have bought couple of homes with them , My initial closing dates was missed by months which did make me upset . But , I ended up being happy only because of excellent periodic updates provided by Angela from sales team. She did follow up with me to understand my concerns and address them time to time.
