New residents onboarding and orientation went well. Follow up inspections are conducted on time and management is always available to solve the issues.

Teresa (Beazer coordinator) and Jake (builder superintendent) was beyond amazing! They were always there when I had questions and always resolved any issue I had. To top it off, there were only minor things that came up and they were resolved in a timely manner. I’ve now been in my home 6 weeks and I absolutely love it! No issues - well insulated. In fact I don’t even hear the builders next door building the new houses from inside my house. My only wish is that Beazer would put in a community center and pool in Phase 3. Over all home buying experience was fabulous. New home buying can be daunting. Lots of informations are not generally provided properly by the builders but Beazer homes were different. We were notified about different things in timely manner and we were aware of what is going on with the house. When we weren’t able to visit the house Brian provided text messages with pictures of the progress and updates. Everyone involved in the process were very nice and helpful and made our home buying experience very pleasant. We will be definitely working with Beazer in future.

My new home is modern and absolutely beautiful. Equally as important, it came at an affordable price! Many say building a new home is stressful, but Beazer has a step-by-step process that makes it easier to manage and FUN! There are warranties in effect after you own your home, and a customer service contact for any questions you have. Rich and Elisa were absolutely a delight to work with. I highly recommend Beazer Homes.

From the start Amber helped us out tremendously especially being first time homebuyers. She walked us through the whole process and answered any and all question we had. Once the house was being build we then transitioned our questions and concerns to D the superintendent. He encouraged us to come to him with any questions or issues we saw with the house throughout the building process.
