This was the first time I purchased a home on my own. It was a very challenging experience and without the patience, professionalism and guidance of my team-Mike, Wendy, Kathy,and Lynn, I wouldn’t have made it! They literally guided me through the entire process. I want to thank Mike for all of the follow up help and guidance as well. Mike is a very conscientious employee and every time I texted or called he was either immediately available or got back to me within a few minutes. From the beginning to the end everything was smooth and easy. I remember on day one walking in and being so nervous. Mark made us feel so comfortable and at ease with the whole process. During the building process Sean was always happy to answer any questions we may have. He truly went above and beyond to make our house exactly how we wanted it. Thank you all so much.

Bethany has been very attentive since day one of meeting her. My wife had lots of questions, as this is our first new build. Bethany was very responsive to all questions. We had weekly updates on the house, which we really enjoyed as we saw it being it from the ground up through pictures. We hired third party inspectors throughout the process and Bethany looked into each report and did her best to do what she could to fix any issues that were said. We have a hiccup with our laundry room after the fact moved in. My wife told Bethany about it, she escalated it to her manager and now it is being taken care of. Although hindsight has never worn a pair of glasses it’s safe to say if “Building with Beazer” is your first or your fifth you can for sure trust the process. We never had a chance to wonder or worry. Like clockwork John would keep us informed with progress updates that were far beyond an update. From messages, photos, to drone footage, it was one of the most exciting times of watching our home come together. Joel, just wow! I still wonder how a human being can be so calm, so polite, so understanding and most importantly so caring. If we had a concern of any nature he would always go beyond listening and “take care of it” the best way he could. Our home is everything we envisioned it to be. I checked out the Beazer townhome model house and really loved it! I especially appreciated the details of the kitchen and living room. Unlike other townhomes I loved how the kitchen countertop did not break to get in the gas range. Also the built-in electric fireplace as well as the pet space under the stairs sold me into purchasing my current home. No regrets! There were some minor flaws; unfortunately not every contracted workers pay attention to details. But Jay followed up with me routinely to make sure all my concerns and aftercare needs were met. Moving from Ohio to Texas was definitely worth the wait. We worked with Beazer homes and I have to say they are good to work with. From the beginning to the end, they did everything we wanted for our home. Working with Bethany made it easier and more we could have asked for. Not once did we had to come from Ohio to see the update on the house. We were getting daily updates which made life easier on my wife and I. I would strongly encourage anybody to have Beazer home build their house.

We love our new Beazer home. We had a few issues upon moving in, but our builder Mike, took care of everything immediately. He responded quickly with replies and scheduled contractors for that same day or the next. We also almost had to delay closing, but Mike took care of issues to make sure we closed on time. Mike did a great job and we would recommend him as the best builder. We were extremely happy with Cindy at US bank taking care of our mortgage through Beazer portal. Cindy went above and beyond to take care of all paperwork quickly and gave us financial savings and guidance. She was a huge help!! ... More
