During the process of building my home I had many questions that were answered along the way. Never once was I uncertain of what the next step was. Greg was very attentive to my wants and always assured me the best outcome. I am very pleased with my overall experience. I highly recommend Beazer Homes!!

My husband and I were not first time buyers, but this was our first time purchasing new construction. We've been so pleased with the experience! Beazer has been a good company to work with overall, and the local team here at Deep Harbour is absolutely fantastic. The sales manager Cynthia helped us select the best townhouse unit for our needs, and get through all the initial steps needed. Early on we were connected with the project manager Shawn. His friendly professionalism, consistent communication and reliability in getting things done helped put our mind at ease throughout the process from putting down the deposit in July all the way to the completion of the build and closing at the end of September. Even after closing Shawn has continued to be hands on, checking in and addressing any issue that comes up. Building with Beazer was a great experience! From the initial visit through closing, our sales representative (Joel) and general contractor (John) were very knowledgeable, highly competent, and incredibly prompt with responding to and resolving any concern. The quality of our new home (Laredo) is excellent! It is well-built and highly (energy & water) efficient. Our only frustration was with the design center, specifically the limited builder-grade options, significant upgrade costs, and less-than-timely responses. Overall, we would highly recommend building a Beazer home!

Our buyer experience was amazing! We had our project manager switched about a month before closing and Phillip exceeded our expectations! He addressed every concern we had and has even called to check up on us and our home after closing!

The building process was stressful and time consuming. However, I was grateful for Greg and Ariane. Ariane helped put me in contact w a lender that got me a great rate. Greg is very responsive and is always willing to help when needed.

We were looking for a specific size lot to build our home and had difficulty finding a big enough lot for our size home. When we found Belle Mer , Jessica presented the remaining lots and one was exactly what we were looking for. Our experience was a 5 star rating from beginning to end. Jessica is the best and did a wonderful job keeping us informed with weekly updates and pictures of the building progress. If we had any questions or concerns, Jessica was available at any time. The building supervisor, Mike and Brandon were also helpful and available for us throughout the building process. From our pre construction meetings to the walk through and move in check list , they have been the ultimate professionals. Items that needed fixed were addressed in a timely matter and if they couldn’t be, they gave us a reasonable time frame to be fixed. The whole sales experience was handled professionally, and done in a timely fashion .

The home buying process was smooth with the Beazer team. The downside was that we had a leaky sink, a heater that installed incorrectly and would not heat the house, the new oven did not work at has taken 2 months to fix. Also, the dishwasher was wouldn’t drain at first, the air conditioner was too close to the wall per the code, as well as other minor cosmetic fixes needing to be done.

I decided to purchase my Beazer home at the tail end of the 1st phase. It's my first home and the salespeople were very kind and supportive throughout the entire process. The building process was smooth as I was given updates each week regarding any delays. Thankfully, I was able to close before my rate lock expired, and since moving in have had white glove hands-on experience with the construction and warranty teams. They've attended to all issues in a timely manner and have been willing to help on things that aren't technically they're "job" post-closing. I would highly recommend buying a Beazer home! ... More

We signed a contract when the new home was nearly complete, we moved in early this Fall, and it's a very good home. Our construction/building manager has been very responsive and very helpful toward all of our requests regarding fit & finish of our new home. Thank you!

The process of buying a home is not easy but from the start Jarret was a great guide through this journey. The place took some time and it is the only reason why it's not five stars. I can honestly say that Jarret kept us up to date with pictures, ready to answer any questions and being a positive light through out the process which really helped balance the delay and ease the anxiety. Also, working with Bryan through their lending company helped us understand the process of purchasing for the first time and he was patient with the many questions we had. Best experience I have had buying a home

Our homebuying experience was good overall. Obviously nothing can be done about supply issues but the communication was great and we were kept in the loop the entire time. When it comes to closing, that is an area that could have been better as far as expectations go as well as promises kept.

The process of buying my first home with Beazer homes was a great experience. All the collaborators are very professional and friendly.

From start to finish, everyone was professional and very accommodating. During the buying process Brian and Marybeth were always available to answer any questions we had. Erin in the Design Center was very helpful and as we moved to the building phase, Chris kept us updated throughout each stage and was quick to address any concerns and/or questions. Kyler in warranty was very responsive and quick to address and resolve the few minor issues we had. Overall it was a very positive buying experience

Overall we had a decent experience. OUr sales consultant was excellent. We had a great appointment with the design center and we were able to choose exactly what we were looking for. We did end up paying for a few things that we should not have, upgrades that were not requested, without an offer to back out those costs from the final cost of the house. That was disappointing. We had two different construction managers. The first was a complete train wreck. Tons of excuses. Constantly blaming problems on the trades saying that they didn’t follow through with what has been discussed, the list goes on and on. Holes were cut into the roof for venting that should not have been there, because our home was supposed to be a sealed envelope from top to bottom due the the type of insulation we were having installed. That led to piles of drywall being soaked by rain storms for over a month. After multiple conversations and reminders, the drywall was supposed to be removed from the premises before it got hung, but she never followed through with any of her agreements. After moldy drywall had been hung, we had to get the sales consultant to intervene, which ultimately led to us getting a new construction manager. The last several months of the build went smooth after that. He turned over the house on the exact day he promised he would when he took over the project. No excuses ever, he owned what he said and delivered on his promises. The quality of the work performed by the electrician was/is terrible. Loose wires in nearly every switch, light fixture and receptacle causing nuisance tripping on several circuits. As a licensed electrician I will never invite them back into my home. I paid a lot of money for a top of the line home and got a mediocre end product. ... More

Sure a poor quality builder So many issues with the house The cosmetic appearance is like a preschool project Water leaks, no heat, doors wrong, broken trim, terrible paint jobs…and that’s just the beginning Don’t buy a house from Beazer The construction manager on site was useless, I wouldn’t have him build a dog house

Buying process with Amore at Beazer was smooth! I admit that I had concerns because of the negative reviews that I had read but dealing with Amore, our builder, has been pleasant. He actually has gone above and beyond with minor request AFTER the closing of our home when we should have been calling the warranty dept. I have and will continue to tell people about our great experience.

I bought from Beazer last February to have a house built. They kept me posted weekly on my progress. Antar the sales rep and my realtor Kimmy did a excellent job of updating me on the progress. Shawn the construction supervisor went way above my expectations and has addressed all items I had questions about. I highly recommend Beazer.

Our project manager Merl is the real deal. He's extremely knowledgeable and helpful and he genuinely cares about the people he's building for and takes pride in his work. We had quite a few blemishes on the house with certain things not working they way they're supposed to or small things not being finished, but over all our experience was extremely positive. Beazer provides a lot of bang for buck in the quality of their home builds. I would happily recommend any house Merl is working on to any person who asks.

I like most of the floor plans, with spacious and bright living spaces. They are also functional, practical, and convenient with all features, and appliances equipped.
