Our home Buying experience with Beazer has been amazing all the way through. We love our house and all the support that everyone at Beazer has given us since moving in. Greg Ricks has been amazing with any issues that we have had and he has been very thorough in getting them taken care of.

Before deciding on the Thornebury neighborhood in Morrisville, NC, I did extensive research to determine which would be the best option and was left perplexed. Heather and her team assisted in clearing these and facilitating the sale while the market is at its peak and would-be buyers are camping out at night. The long wait and journey through construction were both enjoyable and exciting. Alec was the best at delivering a home. His pleasant demeanor and ability to stay on top of construction, delivery, and coordinating appliances, HVAC, and design changes made a significant difference. He spent many hours answering our questions, providing information, and calling the contractors to show up even after the closing for additional help. ... More

Beazer Homes truly lived up to our expectations. They were transparent and honest with us during the entire build process, and were always available and present if we needed anything at all. They stuck to tight timelines, remained flexible, and ultimately delivered us a fantastic home (doing so within our rate lock suspense timeframe). Specifically, Jessica and Joe were an absolute pleasure to work with and were always timely and professional. We’re extremely satisfied with Beazer Homes and would definitely use them again!

The home buying experience from start to finish was amazing. Matt and the sales office staff were courteous and always available to answer any questions my wife and I had. Joe was phenomenal when it came to providing updates on the progress of our home build. We never went more than a week without an accurate update on where our home was at within the process. Give Joe a vacation! That man has earned it.

Jake was very attentive and helpful throughout our first home buying experience. Any concern we had as clients were addressed and taken care of immediately even the smallest details. We are very thankful for Jake's continued honesty throughout the process and for updating us regularly. Jake always went above and beyond by checking in with us even after moving into our home and assuring everything was functioning properly. The Beazer team is very efficient and attentive to client's requests. For the most part very satisfied with my new home. The design is absolutely beautiful. The process to get my new home could have been better. It would have been nice to know exactly how much land I would end up with as backyard and side before purchase. Since you don't know where exactly they will place the house on the lot makes it difficult to know what space you will have around the home. There were also some issues inside the house that had to be corrected so early into moving in. Overall if you look at the big picture I love my new home and am happy with the purchase.

I had almost given up. I had visited other builder communities in which I was turned off by the customer service and the homes. I signed my contract immediately after touring Magnolia Creek with Matt V. He made the entire home builder process smooth. Now I have my dream home

New home counselor made our new construction process a breeze but giving us realistic expectations and being flexible was a game changer.

The entire experience from initial interest to move in date was amazing and everyone was and is extremely option. Shout out to Shannon for all her time and effort for the last several months. Kudos to Joanne, Mike, and NES for all their support and guidance as well. So grateful for them. Thank you

I truly had the easiest and most pleasant experience with the Beazer team from Matt the seller to Joe the builder and everyone in between. The community is beautiful and quiet and I wouldn’t have any other way. I would highly recommended!

I’ve been trying to be patient but there are a few things that just haven’t sit right with me. First, we weren’t told that mailboxes wouldn’t be installed until a certain percentage of homes were built when we first signed the contract. We were told this after the house was built, causing us to scramble around and figure out how we were going to get our mail. Second, because of the mailbox situation, our address isn’t fully established, causing missed deliveries with packages, and causing friends and family to not even be able to locate our home using navigation other than Google maps. Third, and certainly the biggest issue, we have electrical problems. We have had 2 short circuits that caused all the power to go out in certain sections of the home. First was in the kitchen as we were cooking, and the second in the living room as we were vacuuming. By no means did we plug in more than the home can handle, this has not been an issue with any other home that I’ve lived in. Fourth, I’m sure this is related to the third, but we have issues with the AC and heater. The AC and heater upstairs and downstairs were working fine for the first month. I decided to change the thermostats to smart thermostats, and I made sure the AC and heater were working. Another month goes by, and now the AC nor the heater, both upstairs and downstairs, no longer turn on. I thought it might have been the thermostats that I installed, so I changed them back to the original thermostats. The AC and heater powered on for about a day with the original thermostats, but now they no longer power on. Yes, the wiring is correct after double and triple checking, and no, I didn’t damage any of the wiring nor thermostats as I was installing them. This is just the result of poor craftsmanship. Fifth, the light fixture in our primary bedroom’s bathroom is off center. Like extremely off center. We submitted a claim, had someone come out, and they said they would have to reschedule the repair, but the reschedule would be done by Beazer. After 2-3 weeks, this appointment has not been rescheduled. Sixth, the stair rail was loose. We submitted a claim, someone came out and tightened things up, but part of the stair rail requires to be repainted due to the repair. The repainting requires a second appointment, so after the stair rail appointment, we mentioned this to Beazer, and we still have yet to have the paint appointment be scheduled. Seventh, we were told we would either be mailed HOA information for payment, or at least receive a call, and neither has happened. We’re trying to remedy this situation now, but extremely frustrating nonetheless. Again, I tried being patient with some of these things, but it’s gotten the point of frustration. I will do what I can to prevent myself from being ‘that customer’, but if I have to be honest, this is just not what I was expecting of Beazer. ... More

My name is Angela. I recently moved in to Beazers' Bayside community Townhomes. My family and I are happy and feel blessed to be a part of Beazer community. We love our Beazer home, and very impressed with the technology that went into it, we feel very safe and secure. The area is very beautiful and Beazer has responded to my needs since I moved in. The staff especially Harry and Rob have great customer relationship and readily available to help whether they are on duty or off duty, they respond regardless. Talking and dealing with Beazer Homes builder's team was very nice. they were very approachable, friendly and very attentive for customers questions and concern. They did a great job and worked very hard to finish the project on time. The home is worth for the money and the design & workmanship is really praiseworthy. Compare to other builders Beazer Homes builders are far better.

Loved the process of purchasing our home! It was simple since we were out of state and we love the home. We elected for a bigger home with open spaces. One thing that has stood out is the bigger yard (than expected) great kitchen design, and all the lighting overhead! The home is very energy efficient too!

Great builder to work with. From sale consultant to construction manager, very easy to work with. If you build new home from scratch, do your homework about upgrade options. Add those upgrades during design center's appointment. After certain building stage, they won't allow you to make even a very minor change. Construction managers in this community are super responsive. They handle a few minor issues after close, without I submit warranty request.

Beazer provided weekly updates throughout the build that included reviewing the work done the prior week and expected work and or deliveries for the coming week. Weekly pictures were also provided to show the progress which was helpful because I was out of state during the build. We are pleased with the quality of the home, the Beazer staff (especially Brad, Matt, and Phil), and the Harborview Community.

I'me very disappointed in this builder, the house that was build has TONs of issues (I have the list of 35+ items right now there) which the builder is not fixing and addressing in a timely manner, I have to chase and ask to perform the review of the issue, the feedback to my emails is delayed. Some issues with the house are major are cannot be fixed easily - like for example the water heater was misplaced - we checked the location of the heater in other similar houses and it is differs. so not sure what to do about that. Overall experience with this builder is not satisfactory. Will not ever recommend it. Before that we had a new home from DR Horton and the quality of their house was slightly better, besides all issues after the closing were addressed right away by this builder. ... More

From start to finish, our experience has been outstanding. Jarrett is the best. The closing process was as streamline as possible. The total process taking about 3 weeks. The walk through with Steve went well also. Overall a very good experience. Everyone had been very friendly, but professional. Always willing to help with questions etc. so glad we selected the Gatherings as our home.
