Our Beazer home offered features making it perfect for our 55+ life style. Our open floor plan is perfect for entertaining. The home's ten foot high ceilings and eight foot high doors gives our one story home the appearance of being much larger. Like many seniors who have down sized from a much larger home we found our home to have sufficient cabinet and storage capacity. Being in a gated community with a pool, dog park and community center were must have features for us. Easy process little hiccup but Beazer made it right. Communication through the entire homebuilding process.

We’ve been in the house for 3 months. We’re disappointed with the interior finishing construction on the inside. We’ve had quite a few major problems. The master bathroom has cracked sink and shower needs major work. Our roof leaked during a storm, cold are coming through the vents in master bedroom and microwave. Finished trim work is poor. Had to replace the stove-fire hazard. That’s just a few. It’s under warranty but no one has come over to fix those listed above for a month. Contractor told us to wait about 6 months to see if the roof leaks again. Extremely disappointed!

Our experience was a mixed one. Firstly, it took a very long time to complete. We understand these are turbulent times with all kinds of supply issues ect. So, no one is to blame for that but maybe the current administration. We love our home and love living here. What needs to be mentioned is the people who are in charge of the trades. Their job is to make sure the trades do an acceptable job building the home. In our case the person in charge of our home missed a lot of things. There are too many issues to name here. We will now be inconvenienced with major repairs in the coming weeks. We appreciate that the warranty system will fix these issues. Beazer homes is amazing. It’s been a month i moved to chalk hill and it’s wonderful.I haven’t had any issues with construction.

Delays, poor communication, sloppy finish work, limited follow through

The home buying experience with Beazer Homes was not good. The original builder by the name of Jack was very rude, uncouth and had no scruples at all. I was sold a floor plan that included a tub and a shower in the master bath but Jack the builder did what he wanted to do and I ended up with a shower and a linen closest as a shower. The house was framed in January 2022 but didn't finish until August of 2022. No one could seem to get my house finished in a timely manner. At closing I still had a laundry list of things still wrong with the house. Most importantly, I'm still not satisfied that I was sold a floor plan with a master bath that is supposed to have a tub and a shower and only got a shower. I'm a Navy veteran that has served in the Persian Gulf War Era and I'm a %100 Disabled Veteran with multiple physical injuries and I suffer from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder as well. The tub was very important to help with those injuries but Jack the builder did not care about that part. This home was supposed to be apart of my healing and recovery finally, but its been more stress. I'm not happy at all. I would not recommend at all. Please beware. ... More

Everyone was great at Beezer and the process was smooth!

From the time I purchased my Beazer home to the time it was finished the Beazer team of Dee Ann and Crystal were outstanding and kept me up to date as to the completion dates of my new home. The upgrades and furnishings were completely well done. As the home was almost completed, Ryan was the "man on the spot". I cannot say enough about Ryan and how he came to help me with my requests almost immediately. The walk through was thorough and informative. Your QUALITY CONTROL needs WORK

Our overall experience was good but we did have delays in closing and there were some things that weren't completed on the final walk through. they told us that it would be completed but when we called back to follow up we were told that it would be handled under warranty, which is not what they said on closing day. it took several weeks to get it fixed so I feel like I was getting the runaround. In the future, I would not go to closing until all the punch items were fixed.

Our home buying experience was stress-free, exciting, and fast! We had a generous amount of assistance and hand-holding throughout the process that helped us speed the process along instead of consistently waiting for updates and "the next step". The team at the Marshes, led by Ben, that assisted us from the first day to closing made us feel comfortable and prepared in our decision making and purchasing of our first home! We are forever grateful!

Let me start by saying "I love my new Beazer home!" The Surprising performance benefits built into our new home made our decision a no-brainer when it came to purchasing our new home from Beazer. The choice options gave us the opportunity to build our home to meet our needs perfectly. The entire Beazer Team from sales through escrow closing were nothing short of amazing! Rebecca, Lisa, Kent, Jessica in Sales helped us with the no cost choice options available and kept us updated as well as the Construction Department Armando the site Construction Manager. The Customer Care Rep Mike did a great job of explaining how to operate our new home components and maintain our home in the future. The design experience with Renee was so helpful and made our option selections very tastefully. The Mortgage choice lender process had 3 lenders to choose from all trying to obtain our loan. Mark hit all the numbers for us and was by our side throughout the entire process. Escrow closing with Cynthia was seamless. This is my 2nd Beazer Home purchase and I never had any hesitations because of the level of quality I know Beazer builds into every home. The community is beautiful and a peaceful place to call home! The builder was extremely helpful and always willing to answer question and solve any issues that happened.

The Beazer team has been the best team I could’ve ever had the pleasure to purchase from. They’re professionals and really care about each home buyer. They reassure perfection and if anything wasn’t to liking they are quick to correct and make changes. Michelle and bill were fantastic. Marlo was a GEM to work with as well.
