The Beazer company obviously did their homework when they developed the Concord. Until we moved in we did not fully understand the perfect layout. We love our home. And just as important, Brett, the Beazer Construction Manager is better than I can put into words, except he cares and he expects excellence.

I looked at several builders at Lucero and decided upon Beazer. I could buy a home with 10’ ceilings and 8’ doors as standard. A menu of other options allowed me to customize my home to my style and needs.

This builder was amazing to work with. From our first tour of the model, to signing the contract, design center, and the build process everything was fantastic. Excellent builder, from sales staff to end of build they helped us through the process with open arms. Upon receiving our keys they continue to follow up on issues that arise with a new home. We are very happy with Beazer, it’s the people that make a good company and they seem to understand this. Our only concern with our purchase is they should have provided a small retaining wall between home’s with elevation drop like we have, now we have to solve this issue. Thank you August, Colin, Javier all great people to work with.

Building with Beazer in FL has been a great experience. My sales representative was knowledgeable, and did an excellent job on explaining the differences between the building lots, house locations, what to expect and has been available through the full process! My construction manager was excellent, immediately responding and addressing to any questions or concerns and took the time to walk me through all the house systems/equipment).
