Worst experience ever. Would not recommend to anyone

Beazer team and builders were very friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend to people looking for a new home.

The house has 3 broken windows and a few things that need to be fixed, someone from the buider has been informed about and 3 weeks later no action has been taken.

Once the builder took over, the process was extremely transparent and the speed increased dramatically. after move-in, still takes care of the pending items and is very helpful. very appreciative of the work they put in.

Tina and Paul were both very professional, easy to work with, communicated timely with us, and just overall gave us a great experience. We're very happy we ended up with a new Beazer home and love our location where we're at.

The experience I had with Beazer Homes was very seamless. They communicated very well and kept me in the know on all updates. They were very caring about any concerns I had and were able to address them. I felt very comfortable during my first homebuilding process and would recommend them to others.

Overall, we are very happy with our Beazer home. It's beautiful and spacious. The experience, however, left very much to desire. We signed our contract in June 2021, and we were told that the estimated closing date would be January or February of 2022. Unfortunately, we were not able to close until the end of August 2022. A huge mistake was discovered and it literally took 5 months to fix it. Jack was overseeing construction at that time. He informed us of a quick and easy "workaround" to the mistake, but we were not happy with that. We expect this to be our "forever" home so we wanted it like it was supposed to be. We insisted on the mistake being fixed. Jack seemed to develop an attitude after this and never seemed to take construction of our home seriously after that. Eventually, Wes took over from Jack and he was able to get things moving quite quickly (after Jack had lollygagged for 5 months). On the day of our closing, Beazer called us at 11:00 am and informed us that the closing agents moved our closing from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. While this sounds minor, we had already contracted with movers to be at our apartment at 3:00 pm to move us into our new home. This was unacceptable. I called the closing agents and they informed me that BEAZER called them that morning and cancelled our closing because they said the house was not ready to close. BEAZER later called them back to say closing is back on, but the closing agents had already given our time slot to another buyer. BEAZER LIED to us and blamed the change on the closing agents when, in fact, it was BEAZER who canceled the closing. That was horrible! It makes us wonder how many other lies we were told when given excuses as to why our build took 6 to 7 months longer than expected. Now that we're in our home, there are still some relatively minor items to be resolved. Michael has been working to stay on top of the contractors to make sure these items get resolved. Michael was a joy to work with. He made the experience extremely pleasant. Mark was professional and competent. He made you feel like you and your home were his top priority and most important to him. The overall Beazer home-buying experience was remarkable.

Home is just enough size to enjoy a comfortable living with its environment and location.

Weekly updates were a great experience, with Barbara and David. Many of my concerns were addressed and resolved, before they became issues. I was kept informed and therefore knew what to expect.

Had a great first time home buying experience with Beazer Homes. Sales staff was helpful and attentive and construction managers went above and beyond making sure we were comfortable and settled upon and after move in. Quality of the build was evident upon move in and confirmed by an independent inspector. Definitely recommend for home buyers - would choose Beazer Homes with confidence

Luis goes above and beyond to respond to us quickly and answer any questions we had during and after closing. The thing that has impressed me the most is the professionalism, knowledge and helpfulness of all the workers.

Had a very good homebuying experience. The sales representative did a great job of keeping us updated in the home build progress. As a sight unseen buyer on the initial home layout we would’ve appreciated more directional orientation so as to see where the river views, sunrise and porch and bathroom layout would all fall.

Beazer and their builder crew were awesome. They kept me informed through out the entire process. About once a week I would receive a text with updated pictures of the progress. The builder crew including Benito was extremely encouraging. When there was warranty work he was “Johnny on the spot” to get it fixed. Every day during my morning walk I will see Benito and his crew engaging with the subs and other homeowners in the community. He is definitely fostering a great relationship between beazer and their customers like me.

Great experience with Beazer home

My Husband and I really love Mr. Wayne and what he’s doing for Beazer Homes. He has been a great help right from the onset and still a great help.

Field engineers accommodate our visits and walked us through all the details of the home building process and sales agents are prompt in providing timely updates of the whole build process. Our field engineer Mark was on top of things and the home was clean and no defects and was able to close it as planned.

We received outstanding customer service from Lisa, Colin, and Jim from start to completion of our home purchase. This was a forever home purchase and we received personal assistance from each of these. No matter the issue, these employees handled everything with professionalism and courtesy. Would recommend Beazer homes to anyone based upon the service we received. We couldn't be happier!!!

Smooth home buying experience overall from beginning to end in this very nice, brand-new development. Very good information throughout the construction phase and painless closing process. Marina and Jody were very helpful. We love the new house and the amenities of “The Cove”. There was only one slight glitch (otherwise I would have given 5 stars) with the street name that may have contributed to our address not being recognized for quite a while by DMV, banks and other institutions or service providers. This necessitated additional activities (e.g. a personal trip to the DMV). It may be unavoidable for completely new developments but Beazer did not appear to make any active efforts to resolve the issue. ... More

From day one I had such a wonderful experience with Beazer. The new home counselors Shannon and Joanne were welcoming, patient, dedicated, friendly, and honest. I appreciate their help throughout the entire home buying process. The home itself does really feel like it was built with a lot of thoughtfulness and quality. I appreciated their speedy response to my requests and concerns. Thank you Beazer!

Over all we had a great experience in our first new home with a few bumps. Our New Home Counselor was Frank C. and I have no negative input and wish I could give him a 10/5 stars. He made me change my mind about pulling out of the build. Reason below: So when we first started our first Construction Manager did a good job, but lacked the communication and we felt that we had to constantly remind or request for an update. Our tipping point was the pre drywall inspection and felt that they would not follow through and cover/hide all the issues reported by our private home inspector. We emailed Frank and he got on top of it right away and had corporate on the issue the following day. I was shock by Frank's speed and how he got things done. Few weeks later we got a new Construction Manager Nate B. . With the Frank and Nate combo the rest of the build went smooth as butter. We even moved a month early! Far down the road, if I need a builder. I will look for Beazer first! ... More

Home is good but buying process some experience was very bad..when i went to booking i was on waiting.. i was eagerly waiting for the home i choose the plane-3 they did not give me choice of elevation, they did not give me choice of plot, they did not informed the entrance would be left end side different side then the Model home until they built up and i saw the frame , no body told us that what you will not get then the model home , whatever in model home some items will be extra cost , somebody has to give us a detail information what you will get and what you will not get showing in the model home. after the home built up half i knew that kitchen backsplash tile they will not install , i asked them to installed but they denied to installed they told me that we can not change anything in plan, but in the fact no body informed us what will come with your home.. There should be a meeting with home buyer and engineering team before you start the building up the home BUT THEY DID NOT SET UP ANY MEETING , i spent over 7 hundred thousand for the home but if you see our kitchen its look like 25 years old kitchen .. basically i did not get chance of choice. moreover nobody informed that your solar will go with the mortgage, solar company contacted me they told me that you have to pay 25% advance payment for the solar i thought it is separate deal but at the end i knew that they add to mortgage its big loss if i would have know before i would not go for the solar because solar cost add to the mortgage and i am paying the interest on the solar more than i am saving in solar , DO NOT BUY A SOLAR IF YOU ARE PAYING INTEREST ON IT BECAUSE YOU WILL PAY $100 INTEREST AND YOU WILL SAVE $80 FORM SOLAR , BUYING A SOLAR YOU WILL LOOSE $20 A MONTH other than the staff is good they send me photos regularly.... ...
