Building with Beazer in FL has been a great experience. My sales representative was knowledgeable, and did an excellent job on explaining the differences between the building lots, house locations, what to expect and has been available through the full process! My construction manager was excellent, immediately responding and addressing to any questions or concerns and took the time to walk me through all the house systems/equipment).

Basically my experience was with one person. I met him for my walk through. Jeremy gave me all the information I needed. He was there for me once I closed and informed me of everything I needed to know. He has been so resourceful. He is always front and center if you have a question or concern. My person who showed me the house I never saw or heard from after he showed me the house. So I can't even rate him. The person who took his place Abe was helpful with getting my keys from the title company. Abe is very nice.

Steve was an absolute god-send!!! He bent over backwards to make sure we were being taken care of and it wasn’t without notice. The whole buying process felt like a walk in the park with Beazer! I love their options in building and honestly would choose to build a Beazer home for any future houses!

We've built multiple new houses and Beazer was the easiest builder to work with. We love our new house and love the quality.

I know how it is with these mass builders. Slap it up as quickly as possible. Cut as many corners as you can. Close and move on. While it varies from job site to job site, my experience with Beazer was very positive. Could I have built something better with another $100-200k going custom? Sure, that’s probably true. But I had multiple inspectors that I brought in on my own and they both agreed the worksman ship was very good. Beazer was more than happy to accommodate inspection and they’ve been very fast to respond to my warranty requests so far. My experience with this builder was great, Chris is passionate about making sure that the homeowner is deeply satisfied with their home. He’s attentive, professional and makes himself available. Although there were issues with my home (mostly cosmetics) that were of concern to me, whenever I notified Chris he was expeditious in placing the work order. Chris has excellent customer service skills and I appreciate him going above and beyond. Thank you for all that you do!

The overall experience with Chris (sales agent) in knowing the products and providing direction that was best suited for my situation. Going to the design and having the design specialist walk me through my design options and seeing it all coming together with Greg who help me understand the different aspects of the home during the different phases of the home be build. Beazer has been very efficient from start to finish so far. Information has been available regarding the entire process. While there were some minor issues as with any new build, they were quick to respond and correct. Mike W on the construction side has been very courteous and cooperative in getting things done when needed.

Kevin is such an amazing manager. He's good at communicating, updating, and answering everything and anything. Answering questions you didn't even consider asking!

Our experience with Beazer homes has been great. The construction manager was very helpful. In the design studio they are very knowledgeable and provided very valuable suggestions. If they have some kind of VR to show how our house looks after we finalize the upgrades it will be nice. After closing our builder took the time to help us with some of the small issues we had and was very prompt to follow up.Overall great experience.

Beazer offered many more options than other builders when I started the process of home shopping that suited my needs. The sales person was excellent! He listened to my requests and was able to sell me a house that was perfect for me. The builder who was overseeing my build was a pleasure to work with. He addressed my every need and my beautiful house is now a beautiful home. Beazer also offered many mortgage vendors to choose from so you didn’t feel boxed in. Great builder, excellent build, and exceptional staff.

It was overall a good experience. There were a few things that weren’t complete when we first moved in, but Greg Bickelhaupt and Josh Keltzer were quick to make sure everything was taken care of.
