We're pleased with the process as well as our home. Would definitely go with a Beazer Home again. There are some things that we would change with the process, but overall we are more than satisfied with our choice. If you are looking for a new build, Beazer should definitely be in your list of options.

We went with a new construction home by Beazer for our first ever home purchase. We also used one of their choice lenders and had a great experience. They were very communicative throughout the whole process, providing progress pictures every week and were always quick to respond to emails or phone calls. Eric and Lauren in the sales office were professional, friendly, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Beazer Homes.

Kudos to the Porches & Trailside sales team - Lisa, Eric, and Lauren!! My daughter purchased her first home and Lisa & Eric made it so special! Because I love the Beazer product so much, I sold my home in San Diego and purchased a Beazer home myself. Lisa, Eric, and Lauren made the experience just as special for me! Their professionalism, friendliness, and customer service are exemplary and they should be recognized for the outstanding representation of Beazer Homes!! Thank you!

In consideration of supply issues, it took 1 year to complete the build/purchase of my home. Back and forth issues with sales team, I thought we were past the headaches, however, now that we’re in, and have warranty concerns, the headaches are back! Although some concerns were quickly addressed, the landscape, drainage to be specific, is an absolute nightmare. I’ve provided photos, videos (with time/date stamps)verbal, and written communication, including concerns notates in an inspection report, it seems they’re doing all possible to avoid correcting even after it was suggested French drains be added to correct the situation. They push a “48 hours of standing water” “”that’s our policy.” I’ve provided information that is over 120 hours to their warranty rep, yet the excuses continue. Proof is standing water, visual from their 3rd party reps viewing standing water, and they still do not want to make it right. 3 inspections, a hideous looking yard, front and back, I’m told what Beazer is doing is a favor. Unbelievable words to hear. It appears they would rather jeopardize my home, the value, a safety zone for my children and allow the issue to grow vs addressing in timely and honorable fashion. This is our first home with Beazer Homes and found that from start to finish they are very easy to deal with. Sales team - Carmine B. and Detra M. are both very welcoming and answered all of our many questions. Brett makes time for everyone even if its a quick question as he walks by our home, Tobi also is extremely helpful and available to us. Highly recommend Beazer Homes - Juniper Trails!

The whole crew was great, gave us update info all the time when needed. Lisa, Lauren and Eric were very helpful and made our experience wonderful. I am definitely recommending Beezer homes to family and friends in the future.

Beazer team was really helpful through out the process. Prompt and proper communication and updates were there. Always available to clarify questions. Great job team !

For the most part it was a good experience. My true rating would be a 4.5. I only wish the master shower was bigger. I asked for the option to change to the standalone shower in the master bath but this was a "spec" home. Also the communication regarding the closing date could have been better.

Todd, Caroline, and Brittney were all great to work with. We love our new home!

Quality built home, love it!

We bought our house living out of the area and it was pretty easy from signing documents to follow up construction thanks to weekly pictures of our house construction. So far quality of delivered product has been great.

We did not have the best experience with Beazer. Great design and layout, but the quality of the home could have been better. It felt like the home was rushed and attention to detail was lacking throughout the home inside and out.

Shannon and Joanne went above and beyond to make our home buying experience exceptional. We visited many other communities in the Roseville/Rocklin areas before we decided to buy with Beazer and the two of them were hands-down the most welcoming, informative, helpful, and just genuinely nice people we encountered. Beazer is truly lucky to have them.

Shannon and Joanne were an absolute pleasure to work with. They helped us through every step of the process and made sure we were constantly receiving updates. I recommend them to anyone any day because you truly can’t get much better people than them when it comes to home buyer process.

Our overall experience was excellent! David was quick to answer concerns, responding to emails even if they were late at night, Both David and DaMarcus have been great after closing addressing a few of the minor issues we’ve had quickly. It’s tough to build a house post Covid, materials and labor availability clearly had an impact on the overall process, but Beazer did a great job to ensure it continued moving.

Our Sales Rep Matt and Construction Supervisor, Jeff, were in constant communication, providing updates at least once a week or more. Any issues were quickly addressed. I came to visit the house while under construction many times and they would take time to walk through and explain what was going on and what was upcoming. After Settlement, we had a few issues and Customer Service Rep Eric was able to address them. Great experience and a very nicely built, efficient home.

Overall, I'm happy with place. Of course there are problem that arise, but they are really quick to fix or repair items. The staff is good and really professional Harry and now Jackson have really helpful. Beazer has a really good track record in the industry and that was one of reason why we went them. Beazer's lender Thrive Morgage was the difference in our situation and they worked with us to the end. We feel really fortunate purchasing at Bayside and it will be a great community once everything is done.

Coop and Eileen kept us updated with emails, photos, and phones calls throughout the process on building our quality home in Gold Canyon. The warranty service after closing is awesome. We couldn’t be happier with Beazer.

The overall experience wasn't bad for a first-time home buyer however, I wish they could have been straight up with us (buyer) about the construction time frame. I know it's not their (builder) fault due to shortages but it would have been fair to both parties to have an open conversation from the beginning. Also, the sales associates should not showcase a model home that would not be in a different site. This is very misleading because not all buyers might be able to interpret the paper layout of the newly build.

Hello, Paul sessions did a great job in assisting us everytime we had something, kudos to him and his passion towards his work and the dedication. Hats off to Paul, thank you Beezer. If possible please increase Paul’s salary for his great work supporting Beezer.

I would like to thank Tiffany and Sean for helping to make a very frustrating situation much easier to handle. They were awesome and I consider them friends. Tiffany was outstanding in guiding me through the buying process and keeping me apprised of updates as warranted. Her cheerful/positive attitude gave me assurance that the buying process was under control. Sean was very accommodating and available to talk to me about my concerns. If he didn't know the answer he found out in a timely manner. If I asked for a change he was accommodating. One concern is in Beazer Corps. lack of quality oversight. Yes these are interesting times we are living in and it shows in the quality of the product produced. When one pays $350K+ for a new home, one expects a better product. The glaring issues upon closing were brought to Beazer and have been resolved. There have been, however, so many small details namely the less than stellar cleaning of the house prior to closing. I personally scrubbed, on my hands and knees, every inch of my tile floor in an effort to remove the copious amounts of paint and grout splattered all over the floor. Frustrating but done. There are numerous other small items that I'm just making the minor repairs myself. Another concern is that there seems to be a total lack of authority in holding the contractors accountable for their substandard work. It seems that the contractors hold the upper hand, bad work and all. The amount of re-work having to be done is mind boggling. It's a shame but it is what it is. I love the Highlands community and am excited to see it grow. If I had it to do all over again I would more than likely look at other builders. ... More
