From the time We first saw the model home to the time we moved in to a new home. We were keep informed about every issue from the grand opening to the finale closing. Received pictures from the first ground breaking to the final touch ups. Over all Great experience.

When the builder could not build on time around Januarydue to COVID 19, the builder credited us $2,000.

Cory introduction of the new come was spot on. Cory was very helpful with the transition.

Beazer was very organized and the home has been without issues since purchase 2 months ago. We love our new home and the builder, Stacey Musser has been super-responsive to any needs and we appreciate it.

Price of home is very competitive. Home was built simply with lot of things not included like knobs for the cabinets but overall we love the house and the neighborhood.

The whole process of starting from the ground up went very smooth! Cathy and Keedon were very helpful throughout everything and were always quick to respond to any questions. I would highly recommend anyone looking to get a house to consider going with Beazer Homes!

When you go to the design center know what you want. Your time with the designer is limited.

I had a seamless experience with Samantha Bowden purchasing a townhome at Mission Lane. She guided me through a transaction which took 4 months and helped me to address all the aspects of the deal ahead of time to ensure timely submission of documents and signings. Beazer takes great pride in their work, we saw this first hand from our builder rep, Troy Robinson. He is so trustworthy and dependable and has been through our entire build process and even still now 6 weeks later. We have been taken care of and communicated with very clearly every step of the way. Even when the answers aren't what you want to hear, you understand the reasoning and have clear communicated. We have seen how other builders in our neighborhood do not form the same relationships with their buyers like Beazer does, how messy other builders home-building process can look, many mistakes made and often not fixed...and we are so happy we instead went with Beazer for our forever home. Our home with Beazer was always secure and taken care of throughout the entire build; there were very few problems along the way, and when they were present they were fixed in a very timely manner.
