Nine months they worked closely with us despite COvid and a delay in our move. Monika kept us informed every step of the way an insured the home we wanted was available. She took the time to send us photos!! Once we arrived Stacy welcomed us and throughly explained all aspects of all the nook and crannies within the home. Always availed to assist and explain with any questions we had. Both of them made our Beazer purchase exceptional.

I am satisfied with the house. I am still work with some house details here and there, but the Builder Supervisor, he is very helpful on our needs.

On every step of the process was on track and information was available when needed. The team working on site are very welcoming and easy to talk to.

Jenny was awesome. She showed me the house in the neighbourhood 11 different times to make the sale.

My experience with Beazer was great! The builder was on top of everything and so was the sales lady.What i liked about the builder was that he provides weekly updates on the house construction. Strongly recommend buying with Beazer

We couldn’t have had a better home buying experience! I expected to feel stressed at some point during the process but it was truly enjoyable all thanks to everyone at Beazer. Everyone was very kind, professional, prompt, and thorough. A lot of the standards with Beazer seemed to be upgrades if we would’ve went with another builder. We were updated weekly on the status of our home and the future plans for the week. We were given a projected closing date and we closed on that exact date.

Our experience was flawless and stress free right from the initial model home viewing. The team made the decision process extremely easy and straight forward for us, the financing quick and streamlined, and our experience at the design center was also top notch and enjoyable. The build quality itself is extremely high, quality materials and fixtures, and the build was even about a month ahead of schedule! Follow-up post close and move-in has also been great, and any questions or issues have been addressed immediately. I wasn't looking for a new home, but my experience from when i first entered the model. I knew this home had everything i would want in a new home Sales consultant was very knowledgeable and kept us up to date on our new build throughout the process. Superintendents take great pride in the quality and workmanship to ensure a quality home is built. I love my home and neighborhood. Would highly recommend buying a Beazer home.

The design and attention to detail is comparable to the “luxury” home builders in the valley .. Beazer Lucero has upped the game . Our builder jacie is on top of the game the entire time and alongside with our representative Liz , they kept us up to date all every aspect of this build .. they take pride in their build and in each home. Highly recommend

We are very satisfied with our experience with Beazer. Our home is beautifully built with great quality and craftsmanship. Customer service was excellent - from Carmen, the home sales agent, to Bob, the builder. They communicated well throughout the entire process and ensured we were happy with our new home purchase.

From the moment we started the process to the end everyone on the team showed us genuine care and concern to meet our expectations. Even a few calls since moving in to the warranty team have been handled expertly!

Very easy to work with everyone I’ve talked to from Beazer, whether that’s sales staff, closing staff, construction, or even VENDORS! They are all great and helpful. I’ve never seen them have any excuses for anything, they are very FAIR and helpful. I would recommend.

Great place to invest, quality homes.

I love the quality built construction of my home and the energy effieciency my home has with the spray foam insulation.....That alone saves me money every single day. I love the style and design of my Duet floor plan, too. Great job, Beazer! I truly found the best value for my money and am enjoying the no maintenance lifestyle my Duet home has. Thank you

From the beginning to the end my experience has been amazing. From the first moment we walked into the door to look at the model homes we were greated with a smile and answered all of our questions, to when we decided to purchase Tige had every answer and when he didn't know or the subject needed a little more explaining John our contractor was one call away and continues to be a call away. John has answered from the tinniest question to the biggest. The best part about building our home was every week I would get a picture of the progress that was being made and it truly was amazing to see our home grow from the ground up. WONDERFUL STAFF AND AMAZING NEIGHBORHOOD WE LOVE IT

From the sales team to the builder, Beazer kept me informed every step of the way and their response time is excellent. My home is just beautiful and the community is just what I was looking for.

The process of purchasing a home with Beazer was outstanding. The sales agent (Jim) was very knowledgable about the process and took his time going over every paperwork to ensure we understood everything. The ladies at the Design Studio (Linda and Maria) were outstanding, professional and patient with us while we chose the designs for our home and the Customer Service agent (Cory) took his time with us going over every details of the home, from top to bottom and he continued to stay in contact with us after we moved into the home. We have been in our new home for a little over a month and they all still check on us to make sure we are ok and everything with the home is outstanding ... More
